I personally haven’t been there, but my friends didn’t recommend me to go to Joy hotels at all - the hotels are not bad, usually with good territory, but the management of the network of these hotels abandoned everything - repairs are not done on time, the service is lame, the staff sometimes boycotts. Two years ago, one hotel of their Joy Tekirova chain went bankrupt (where the staff stopped serving tourists altogether, and they were moved to other hotels), which was subsequently bought by Tez-Tour (Amara chain), and now it is called Club Saphire.

I completely agree with Zlata28 - I did not pay attention that you have already bought a tour to this hotel. Then I can advise one thing: look for the positive in everything, and do not pay attention to minor flaws. Well, you are going to rest, so take a rest, and do not strain yourself about the little things.

We stayed at this hotel in May.
Pros: territory, food, beach is huge, service is excellent
Cons: the rooms are old, there is no animation, only Russian vacationers, respectively, drinking and screaming until the morning, but this can be in any hotel.
We were in Turkey 7 times, in Kiris the most beautiful nature. If I had the opportunity, I would not hesitate to go to this hotel again, and this is probably the best review :)))))))))))

I liked the hotel, WORLD PALACE in my opinion is better than JOY KIRISH. The hotel is green with a huge territory, the food is good, it was recently renovated, the rooms have plasma, the animation is unobtrusive, the average budget 5 *. Go and think about nothing, tune in to a good rest! And you shouldn't trust the reviews so much, because they are written not only by tourists, but also by all sorts of ill-wishers who do not want this hotel to be sold! I myself was surprised by the bad reviews on many of the hotels I've been to, because the hotels were good. Have a good rest!

We rested in this hotel in July 2008. The territory is very beautiful, super green, the mountains are nearby and because of this it is not so hot. The animation last year was super, I liked it very much. hotel. And dirt everywhere, especially in the restaurant. So the hotel left a double impression. But we had a very good rest, no matter what. Would I go to this hotel again? Probably not.

We were with a friend at the beginning of May, we were delighted. This year all the rooms were renovated, we left to finish finishing the neighboring building.
