The hotel was chosen for a corporate party, unfortunately, the time for early booking of a hotel choice was missed (booked at the end of April), and as they say, they chose from what was affordable for our company and, of course, considered the rating of hotels on websites. A trip of 32 people was planned, but half of the tours were purchased through the t / o "Labyrinth", the second half through "Sanmar". It is a pity, but the trip of the team in full force was disrupted due to the sad events with the ruined "Labyrinth", and therefore only 16 people came to rest.
I personally have a huge experience of visiting Turkey, I have been visiting this country for more than 30 years and for the third time we celebrate the professional holiday "Builder's Day" in it.
I will try to give a definition of the hotel without emotions. So, check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 9 am, we were late for breakfast, since they showed us the direction to the bar, where you could drink coffee from the machine or Turkish tea or soft drinks like UPI. Realizing that it was useless to ask the group for an additional payment for early check-in, the manager immediately told us that we would not receive a room before 14-00. We left our suitcases in front of the reception desk, changed clothes in the assembly hall, which is downstairs next to the SPA area, there are also toilets.

At the reception, the manager Ali gave out beach towels to those who wished and kindly agreed to help me fill out the questionnaires (as the head of the group, I myself decided to fill out all the questionnaires for the group, and send people to rest on the beach after a night flight). You are probably aware that this hotel does not accept single men, and it is clear that in the vouchers men were recorded with women, but since there are no married couples among colleagues, the actual check-in differed sharply from the entry in the vouchers, while my request to give rooms with separate beds was denied, it turned out that all three "male" rooms were with one family bed. At the same time, the numbers were immediately changed for 20 bucks. AT LEAST SOMETHING the receptionist received!
The rooms in the hotel are different from very small to medium, among our rooms was a “family” room (designed for a family of 4 people, one family bed, the second “single bed” and one for a child up to 1.3m-1.4m tall) - on the 4th floor, a small two-room suite with a very small bathroom, in which a shower, toilet and sink are barely squeezed in. The standard bathroom is bigger. The furniture in the rooms is not new, but quite solid, some in white, some in dark. The chiffoniers are divided into 2 halves, there are enough hangers, but the ladies were upset that the dress could not be hung up. Air conditioners are individual. email there are enough sockets, but electrical appliances work from the room key fob, i. e. in your presence, however, a similar system in most hotels around the world. On the balconies there is a plastic table and 2 chairs, there is a wooden dryer for swimwear. In the bathroom in containers, soap and shower gel (for the unpretentious, you can wash your head), 1 shower cap, toilet paper. For four days of our stay, nothing was replenished. A hair dryer is available, BUT it is NOT REAL to dry their hair!! ! Very low power, for 30 seconds of work it is not possible to dry even a strand of hair, then it overheats and you need to wait 2-3 minutes. WHO NEED A HAIRDRYER - TAKE YOUR OWN! There is no refrigerator in the room, this is for those who inattentively read the description of the hotel. In total, the hotel has 4 floors, given the low-speed elevator, it's very good, you can always climb on foot. The view from the rooms is either on the mountains or on the pool, from the 3rd and 4th floors you can see the direction to the sea through the pool area. They didn’t burden the rooms with cleaning, they cleaned it 1 time in 5 days, they even made swans out of dirty towels, they took out the garbage a couple of times from the bucket, it’s clear that we didn’t tip for such a service. During our stay, the towels in our room were not changed, although the hotel states that towels are changed every 3 days. We must admit that we did not throw towels on the floor.
The restaurant, also known as the dining room, evokes a double feeling. The choice of dishes is not large, but they cook quite decently. For breakfast, delicious pancakes are fried. Kills the eternal queue before lunch and dinner, people line up for distribution with hot as for rations in a hungry time! It is for this reason that I took the second dish for my entire stay for lunch only 1 time, I managed with mashed soup (decent in taste), sliced vegetables, fruits and sweets. Fruits included watermelons, melons, oranges and greatfruits. For dinner, you either need to stand in line, or start with fruit, and when the people slowly dissipate, you can take what remains from the distribution, although sometimes new hot dishes are also brought out. There were cases when, having come to dinner later, hotel guests could not find a table, i. e. There aren't enough tables for everyone.
Thanks to Vakhit (the hotel manager) for his assistance in organizing a festive evening, tables for a festive dinner were prepared for us.

The hotel area is not large, but quite comfortable, there is a swimming pool, toilets and showers near the pool, a pool bar is open from 10 am to 10 pm, on the other side there is a volleyball court and a disco bar. Very green and well maintained, the gardener is really one of those who really work in this hotel.
The hotel has a hammam, we visited it upon arrival. Considering my experience of Turkish baths on a five-point system, you can put 3 with a stretch! The complex does not have a swimming pool or at least a jacuzzi, a salt steam room, a small steam room, there is only a Finnish sauna, a shower, a hammam itself (the stone is not hot), a relaxation room and massage rooms. The disgusting thing is that towels are not changed on the loungers in the lounge for clients until you tell them to. The mask is applied to everyone with one brush! Peeling and general oil massage are not bad, but not so much that you want to repeat, although part of our group was bred for a “therapeutic” massage and they visited 3 more sessions for $ 50. Given that we were "killing" the time before getting the rooms, it's fine from the road, but I recommend visiting the exit complex for $15.
Animation in the hotel can be said no, I saw aqua aerobics, water polo, volleyball, tried to see a disco. Who conducts the animation is not heard, not seen! Children are not entertained at all. At 23-00 the hotel dies out. Only on Saturday is the Turkish night.
The hotel beach is 3-5 minutes walk. This is a narrow strip, on the left is the Lara Beach Hotel, on the right is ours. Sheds are installed, sunbeds (no mattresses) should be arranged by a whip boy, who always wakes up for work and is not earlier than 9 o'clock, he also brings drinking water and glasses. In short, our Akhmed is always gone, or he sleeps by a barrel of water, unlike the neighboring beach boy, who arranges sunbeds in the morning. On the beach for two hotels there is one changing room and one helio shower, minus that there is no foot wash and toilet. The entry into the sea is rocky, but you can do without safety shoes. Depth through 3-4 meters. The sea is wonderful, the water sports zones located nearby on both sides (parachute, catamarans, bananas) do not strain. In a nearby hotel on Saturday there was a foamy disco on the beach in the afternoon, all of our comers took off their bracelets and ran to dance.

The location of the hotel in the village, there are a lot of shops, street travel agencies nearby, there are bus stops, you can go to Kemer. Kirish himself was not impressed. Among the tourists mainly in the hotel are Russians, Poles and Turks.
