the presentation by the kitchen staff of yesterday's rotten food and in general the introduction of new "bright ideas" (such as cutting different sizes and shapes of products and decomposition into separate plates as separate dishes) in the concept of "buffet";
and washing dishes, after which you are guaranteed all sorts of sores such as stomatitis;
and artificially created queues for food and the constant lack of something (carried out, both from under the counter and the restless demands of the needy);
and high-level sound traffic of the wonderful Turkish language, always and everywhere (the volume could not exceed even moms with children and drunken vacationers);
and cleaning the room (there was always a feeling that someone visited, but did nothing. I remembered Lenin's: "Ghost to roam Europe, ghost ... ")

The food is one of a kind. It took some getting used to. For breakfast there were boiled eggs, oatmeal (dry), there could be fried eggplants, sausages, I don’t know the name of the dish, but it looks like pancakes inside cottage cheese and fried in oil (it was given every day), a variety of salads (10 plates), milk, cereal, balloons, cookies, waffles, cottage cheese and sour cream. The child from this list ate only eggs. From home we took porridge, which is brewed with boiling water. He ate this. Plus tea and biscuits.
For lunch there was always mashed soup, rice or pasta, or mashed potatoes, chicken, soy cutlets, fish was given twice in 10 days, different salads, a very fresh long loaf, fruits (melon, apples, peaches, nectarines, oranges, and many of which I don’t even know the name, but most of them were not ripe), sweet pastries of various kinds. On the first day we went to the sauna, hammam and massage for the whole body. Very cool. If you went to the hammam once, all other days you can go to the sauna and hammam for free.
