Hello, we are planning an independent tour by car to Turkey in winter, namely from mid-December to mid-January. On the way, we would like to get to Cappadocia. I visited it and I really liked it .. You can fly in a hot air balloon all year round. It all depends on the weather (wind strength and air temperature).
