The most popular excursion is closer from all regions of Turkey to go to Pamukkale from Marmaris
Cleopatra Island in Gökova Bay from Marmaris with white sand, this is a sea excursion by ship
Sea excursion from a visit to the beach Maiden's Spit Kizkumu Plaj where 600 meters you can wade along the sea
Extremely beautiful exciting excursion - paragliding in Oludeniz from Babadag mountain, all the beauty of Oludeniz mountains, nature, butterfly valley, blue lagoon, islands, Oludeniz beaches
If you have a biometric passport, then by ferry trip to the island of Rhodes

add ... excursion to the Dalyan River
аватар Vika284
Also common in this region are excursions to Dalyan with a visit to the Lycian tombs, a calm rafting down the river to the junction of the Aegean and the Mediterranean Sea, turtles, blue crabs and visiting mud springs
Or also the Dalyan region, to the Koycegiz lake, a boat trip to the uninhabited islands of the lake, after that, lunch in a restaurant where you can ride on a swing across the entire river and a mini waterfall, also a trip to the turtle shore of Iztuzu beach at another point where the Aegean seas are connected and Mediterranean

Thanks for answers! What kind of excursions I know, the impressions of those tourists who visited them are important to me :) For example, there are very mixed reviews about Dalyan. Most likely, I'm not ready to spend a day of rest on it. I'll take note of 6 islands, thanks!

We went to Dalyan twice in 2015 and in 2017. The first time we drove from Kemer for a long time, tediously, and because of this, everything was fast and crumpled on the spot. The second time we went from Fethiye, we liked it more. And they caught crabs for a long time and swam for a long time, and the turtle in all its glory swam in front of us for a long time. The only thing, for the first time, the mud bath was real, there are springs with hydrogen sulfide water on the river bank, the smell is stingy. And the second time they brought us to some kind of mud treatment center built along the road, passing through a store with the same mud in a jar, medical cosmetics, and then concrete pools with clay in the open air. I tell the guide that this is not therapeutic mud, there is no smell, but she says, yes, this is clay. And the people are smeared, satisfied :))) Well, this part of the tour was not interesting to me, both times we did not climb into this muck, we waited in the cold. But in general, a very pleasant excursion, in the air, in a boat, new impressions, these tombs along the river, in general, interesting.

Turtles on excursions to Dalyan can not always be seen - in many reviews there is such a point, there were on a classic excursion to Dalyan a calm excursion first along the river, an attempt to see the turtles, trying blue crabs and swimming in the sea and hydrogen sulfide baths
And there were not a classic version of an excursion with a lake and then swinging over a waterfall and a turtle beach (they definitely saw turtles here) more interesting and not sleepy
Another option Dalyan where you can catch these same blue crabs and then they will cook for you on the grill is also interesting
More impressive was paragliding to Oludeniz from the Babadag mountain, it is impossible to describe the emotions and feelings that you experience during the flight over the fabulous beauty of Oludeniz, from above Oludeniz is much more beautiful

Well, both times they cooked crabs for us, $ 8 per serving. Both of our excursions were absolutely identical, but the second one was somehow more sincere, they tried harder for tourists. Crabs were caught for a long time, everyone caught several, even women in their years got excited. There, on the spot, a man with a fishing rod, on which a fish was tied, tried so hard to lure a turtle out of the depths of the river for us, showed it to us with all its sides.

OlgaOlOlga if you have not been on an excursion to Pamukkale, then it is best to go on this excursion from this region, less time than from the Antalya coast, be sure to check how many shops you will visit along the way, if 3-4 it is very tiring, if one shop then you can take
Historical excursion to Ephesus, the house of the Virgin Mary, and one of the 7 wonders of the world Temple of Artemis in Ephesus
by the way, excursions are available near you + 2 more wonders of the world out of 7 wonders are the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus in Bodrum and the Colossus of Rhodes in Rhodes
Dalyan is more interesting for those where self-catching crabs, visiting hydrogen sulfide baths and smearing with clay, that is, people who, after clay-mud, are allergic to their skin
Excursion Dalyan-Lake Koycegiz-Turtle Beach, where you can ride a swing across the entire river and a mini waterfall - photo

We are going to Rhodes separately, not from Turkey. And the rest of the excursions are worth considering, thanks!
Maybe someone else can advise where you can take a walk, wander around in Fethiye or in the surrounding area?

Take a dolmus, go to the center of Fethiye, take a walk along the nice promenade with expensive yachts, where you can just buy a cheaper sea excursion to 6 or 12 islands, visit the Archaeological Museum in Fethiye
On Sunday there is a big bazaar in Calis, you can go to the bazaar and visit Calis beach
on Tuesday and Friday in the center of Fethiye bazaar, buy souvenirs and gifts for relatives
go to Oludeniz by yourself, 30 minutes by dolmush from the center of Fethiye
On your own on a dolmus bus or buy an excursion on the embankment to the longest canyon in Turkey, Saklikent, on the excursion you will also visit the remains of the ancient city of Xanthos and Tlos. And in the Saklikent National Park itself, right at the entrance, there are various excursions: rafting, rock climbing, hiking over sections of the river in the canyon (it is better to take special shoes and spare clothes to change clothes)

In mid-July we returned from Oludeniz. We went on excursions. 1.Kash-Kaputash-Patara 2.Saklikent and Tlos 3.and also to Rhodes. Liked everything. + also flew paragliding.

Thank you :) we have already returned from Fethiye. We went to Saklikent on our own - super! But Dalyan is just a disgusting excursion, a pity for time and money. I also liked 6 islands, we had a great swim. Oludeniz was not impressed, it’s good that they didn’t stop at it as a place of rest (it’s beautiful, of course, but it’s clean to come for a walk, no more).
