Majesty Club Tuana in Fethiye is what you need, but I'm not sure about the price - the hotel, and the whole coast is not cheap. The hotels suggested in the previous answer are not cheap either!

Check out Lykia Botanika 4* in Fethiye. I won't tell you the price from Russia. The hotel is green, but not a very large area. The place is not noisy. In Marmaris with a good territory, only expensive hotels.

Yes, Marmaris Park is a good 4*. But the beach is a platform and descent into the water by stairs. And there are also disadvantages in the rooms in the bungalow - excellent audibility from neighboring rooms, especially from the toilet: you walk down the street and hear what is happening in each room! If that doesn't scare you, then consider it. There is also good animation, once a week a Turkish night, delicious coffee (in past years it definitely was) and an excellent open-air disco and squirrels jumping on the balconies !!!
