I don’t know how in Ukraine, but in the Russian Federation, the current legislation does not determine the amount of margins for the resale of goods (rendering services). Even the previously established maximum mark-ups for foodstuffs in the "social" list (bread, milk, etc.) have been abolished. FREE MARKET PRICES!
