I was very tired of waiting for check-in because we arrived early in the morning, and check-in after 14.00. After I saw the number that we were offered, I was shocked. The room on the first floor, very small in size for two adults and a child of 6 years old, and a balcony measuring a meter by a meter resting against a utility room - drove me into a stupor. Furniture, wallpaper, curtains and everything else is very tired, plus a completely non-working air conditioning system. After a conversation in a raised tone, the next day the room was replaced with the same one only with a view of the palm tree and a working air conditioner, which, due to the fact that the room was small in size, blew right into the child's bed. The air flow control function in the air conditioner did not work, I no longer had the strength to swear at the reception, so we slept with an open balcony. Because of this, of course, it was stuffy to sleep at night, some insects constantly climbed in, plus at 2-3 a. m. the Turkish neighbors could arrange gatherings on the balcony with music, conversations and smoking. This is perhaps the only big and fat minus for me that crosses out all the good impressions of the rest in this hotel. Judging by the eyes of the boys at the reception, it can be seen that when we checked in, we were expected to receive additional rewards. The room was cleaned every day, but for 7 days we never changed bed linen and towels. The rest of the hotel is a standard 4. Sunbeds on the beach were occupied before breakfast, a table in the dining room was also occupied in the forefront, otherwise there would have been problems with this later. The food is normal, as in other hotels of this category, sometimes you could not find table knives or ran out of juice and tea. The staff, in principle, is friendly, although they practically do not speak Russian and English, but they try to understand what you want from them. Animation in the evenings was for children and adults in Turkish, because somewhere around three-quarters of the tourists are Turks. The biggest plus in all this is the sea, it is of course magnificent!! !
