Rested family of three people (child 7 years). I do not know who in this hotel can like to relax. The hotel is not well maintained and needs renovation. To begin with, the hotel is designed in such a way that most of the rooms face a noisy city street or with balconies opening into a "stone well" - a view of a blank wall from three sides, so there is no fresh air, no breeze, no views of at least some kind .

The hotel is not well maintained and needs renovation. To begin with, the hotel is designed in such a way that most of the rooms face a noisy city street or with balconies opening into a "stone well" - a view of a blank wall from three sides, so there is no fresh air, no breeze, no views of at least some kind . Stupid wall! And where the rooms face the street, the balconies are somehow beveled at an angle so that there is no view and there is no daylight in the room either. You need to be lucky so that at least you get a room with a view of the hotel courtyard or the opposite street where there is no noise. Those who lived in rooms overlooking this busy street did not sleep until 3-4 am due to noise and loud music.
So, we arrived around 10 am and were immediately given a room: tiny, dark, with three single beds, the smell of dampness and a view of just this notorious street. A common practice, designed for those who are not in the know and, perhaps, will silently settle in and suffer until the end of the holiday. We turned around and went straight to the reception. Then they said there are no free rooms - wait. After 14 we came up again and were taken to the next room with access to a quiet street. It seems to be nothing, but they looked around and were horrified: old furniture, a refrigerator yellowed inside from old age - it’s time to throw it away, it blooms and smells in the shower fungus, dampness, the toilet bowl is a zhah with yellow streaks, the paper holder is dirty and splattered. To be there - not to love yourself! We categorically refused this number.
As a result, we were given a number, as they have on the official website and on all the photos in advertising. But!! ! Dampness, washed-out gray towels, slobbery pillows! This was the first hotel where I wiped everything myself with a sanitizer (fortunately, he is always with us now), as there was a feeling of dirt. For the first time in my history, a hotel does not provide shampoo, shower gel, or a glass for toothbrushes. Water - one small bottle per person per day, but for a child they were not given at all. Another interesting point: in the information sheet in the room it was said that one bottle of water is free upon check-in, and then for a fee, but when we began to figure out why the hotel description says free water every day, they fixed it and the water is still free, but only two bottles. All inclusive)))
On the beach there are not enough sunbeds for everyone and a lot of broken ones. They are also dirty and it looks like no one has washed them since the beginning of the season. Every day we wiped the sunbeds for ourselves with wet wipes and sprayed with antiseptic. And the maximum staff - brushed off the sand with a broom. And this is during the Covid period!
The food is very scarce. You won't go hungry, but you don't have a choice either.
From alcohol they drank only beer. Instant coffee, Turkish 10 liras.
There is no ice cream at all. From fruits - watermelon, apples, plums and sometimes pears.
Liked the massage! I advise.
We had a good rest, but we will never return and do not advise.

I am not a picky person, of course there are some moments everywhere, but you can ignore this. I had a certain amount of money, and chose based on this. We settled into this hotel fairly quickly. The room is very spacious, two-room, everything is fine in the room. The hotel is small, but everything is neat, I liked everything.

There was absolutely no internet, but the food was good. It can be better, but there were no problems, everyone was full. If there are more such successful tours, then I will go more than once.

For the first time forced to write a review in order to warn about what is really waiting in this hotel. We bought a tour to this hotel based on reviews, in which, apparently, the desire to relax without compatriots and among the Turkish flavor is higher than comfort and conditions. The room was bought with a sea view with the corresponding price. We arrived at the hotel at 3.00 am, they threw bracelets on the counter and put us in a room "for Russians" overlooking the street with bars and hookahs. The air conditioner didn't work, it was impossible to open the balcony door, there is quite a loud nightlife. In the morning, the receptionist girl promised to give us a room that we were entitled to according to the "sea view" voucher. We patiently waited until the appointed time, while she populated the crowds of Turks. At 14.00, the girl still found time to show us the room... Then there were 4 hours of proceedings and eastern bargaining. The girl spoke boorishly and openly expressed dislike for Russian tourists. I had to contact the hotline and call the Sanmar company in Moscow. Only after the call she pursed her lips gave us our number. Now about the rooms in this hotel, and we saw at least 5. Shabby, no soundproofing, air conditioners work at 16 degrees, rather like fans. As it turned out later, Russian tourists are settled in the basement floors with the smell of mold, dampness, ants and a view of the legs of walking Turks. No bribes or surcharges are accepted here. If you are Russian, your number will not be changed. The hotel is 95% Turkish. The flavor, apparently, lies in the loud exclusively Turkish music until 3.00 am, dirty dishes exposed in piles with leftover food in the corridors of the hotel, and picking up food with your hands from the buffet.
Food and buffet. . . It's 6 stalls for the whole hotel of the same. . . Meat only chicken.... fruits in July. . . scary and tasteless apples, sour small oranges and watermelon. Flavored instant coffee from the only vending machine on the street. Disregard for Russian tourists and in the bar - (and our pretty decent people, Tagil was not at all) Russian drinks in reusable gray plastic from old age, Turks - in glass.
The beach. . . is a separate issue. . . terrible dirt, broken bottles, cans, cigarette butts. . . it is not cleaned at all. The entrance to the sea is terrible, sharp stones, many injured their legs. Broken bottles were also found in the sea a couple of times. In order to make the entrance more comfortable, our Russian men dragged the plastic mat further into the sea. . . I do not recommend the hotel. The desire to rest without your own compatriots is not worth a spoiled vacation and a neglectful attitude.

The tour operator Coral returned some of the money to us after the appeal, for not matching the paid tour with the actual one. But the holiday was already ruined. We lived in the "3-star shed" for 4 days and then moved to Yelken Mandalinici. Yes. .
Why write that it is 4 stars. It's more like 3 with "-". Small hotel, nowhere to walk. There is no entertainment. There is no lift. Safes in the rooms are the size of steel cosmetic bags, lockable with a barn key. not screwed on. . . and costs $3 a day! There are no changing rooms. The water is only warm in the morning. My electronic key flew out of the door. The neighbors had their air conditioner set up. From the pros: the sea is nearby, the center of Turgutreis. And despite the mosque and the cries of the mullah, it is quite quiet.

stayed with friends for a week. Representatives of "PEGAS" were not immediately found, they could have made a larger sign. Brought to the hotel, handed over to the guide. Guide plainly did not explain, disappeared. on arrival they gave one TWIN room with 3 beds, another DBL right above the disco. (although we wrote in the "wish" - a DBL room with a double bed and in a quiet place.

on arrival they gave one TWIN room with 3 beds, another DBL right above the disco. (although we wrote in the "wish" - a DBL room with a double bed and in a quiet place. ) As a result, the first night was spent by all four of us in a TWIN room. The next day, after a long night and morning swearing, the guide offered to change our 2 rooms to one family room with two rooms (one double bed, in the second room there are 2 beds together). Although the room is better, but still one toilet and one air conditioner in 2 rooms for 4 people. Naturally not free, but at least you could sleep.
The towel pillows are all stained, bloody, etc. - apparently so old that they no longer wash off. Cleaning is generally ok. For a change of bedding they ask for 1 euro.
At the reception they speak English - but as soon as there is a problem, they immediately forget it. Russian is spoken only by guides, who cannot be found during the day with fire...
The beach is right next to the hotel - very small - a restaurant on the left - if you want to lie, pay, on the right is a mini-hotel, they immediately drive it away. We went to other beaches.
Food is the only bright spot in the whole pastime. It's delicious and varied. The chef is top notch - the only person we shook hands with before leaving.
Bar - alcohol g *** o, you can only drink cola and beer.
the pool is nice, spacious, clean.
gym - few simulators, but all the necessary "free weights" (dumbbells, barbells) are there.
Bath, sauna - there is a Hamam (they bought procedures and did not regret it - they do very well! ), Sauna and steam room - everything is free if you just take a steam bath.
Excursion + shopping - a waste of money - they offer Turkish rubbish for fabulous money, which on Saturday on the market can be bought several times cheaper. it’s better to take a car and drive around everything yourself, and it’s cheaper and your own king.
In principle, they evened out their rest, but the tour operator "Pegasus" certainly disappointed.

Chilled out with a friend. When buying a tour, we focused on the Bodrum region. Which of course affected the price of the tour. The fact that the star rating of Turkish hotels differs from European ones was known, which was confirmed. When transporting vacationers to hotels, our hotel was the last. The transfer (a small bus) could not even drive up to the entrance of the hotel, we were dropped off on the street, our luggage was put out, and we ourselves "rolled" our suitcases along the street, along the paving stones, 100-200 meters to the entrance.

The transfer (a small bus) could not even drive up to the entrance of the hotel, we were dropped off on the street, our luggage was put out, and we ourselves "rolled" our suitcases along the street, along the paving stones, 100-200 meters to the entrance. My question to the guide: "Is this a normal service? " caused surprise in her and the answer; "What's wrong? Unfortunately, the bus can't drive up because of parked cars" (tour operator TEZTUR). Check-in at this hotel from 14-00, we arrived after 11 o'clock, before check-in time we were offered to "entertain" ourselves at the hotel (change clothes, go to the beach, swim in the pool, go to lunch , , , ), but we will be provided only after 14-00. "Having fun", tired after a sleepless night and flight.
Knowing in advance that in Turkey they love tips and rewards, when submitting applications for moving in, they made a small "present", which nevertheless facilitated our resettlement in the building "with windows not on the street of bars. " The room was given on the second floor, but without a balcony, small and decently shabby. Air conditioning, shower room and toilet, hair dryer, phone all worked. The minibar is empty. Safe in the room for a fee. The amount announced to us for using the safe is 20 euros. They did not dispute the number, since the prospect of being in a building with windows facing the bars promised sleepless nights.
The hotel is small, located in a very small area. There is nothing to occupy yourself in it, except for sitting at the bar and swimming in the pool. Having no penchant for alcoholic beverages and taking chlorinated water treatments, neither is interesting. An alternative can be considered the close location of the beach, which was pleasing. Yes, and not everything is smooth here. The beach is not very clean, sometimes there were not enough sunbeds for everyone. Mattresses for sunbeds had to be taken by the pool and worn by ourselves (provided that a sunbed was still found). The second trouble on the beach is the local dogs, who behave in a businesslike manner. They do whatever they want on the beach. They can take away your beach shoes and bury them. Pull off a towel from the sunbed and pat it, taking it out in the sand, and also lie down on a sunbed covered with a towel while the owner of this bathes. These dogs immediately sleep, run in a pack, approach people, and it is difficult to drive them away, and immediately bathe with people. With all the love for animals, well, there is no desire to relax on the beach and swim with street dogs. When voicing this problem to the hotel guide, in response they heard a blatant lie that they were hearing about it for the first time and that tomorrow this problem would be eliminated, possibly by shooting. !!!!????
The beach towels included with the services were received by us in the room upon check-in. They immediately drew attention to their staleness, which suggested that either it was poorly stretched, or, even worse, they were left from the previous tenants. Subsequently, we were informed that the replacement of a beach towel costs 1 euro. Bed linen and other towels in a state of decent wear and tear.
The only positive was the food. Of course, there was not such a breadth of assortment as in five-star hotels, but they fed us with quite varied and freshly prepared dishes. Fish, chicken, other meat dishes of various preparations, herbs, and vegetables were always present. salads, pastries are very tasty, fruits - watermelon, melon, peaches, plums, apricots, apples, grapes.
The hotel staff is friendly and courteous - a plus.
City hotel. which also brings its advantage, you can take walks, go shopping. Everything is nearby.

Rested with my husband at the Mandalinci hotel from 08 to 17 July 2013. Not a very good hotel to stay.
Accommodation: We lived in a room overlooking the bar street. Under the window there are 3 bars that compete all night with who the music is louder yelling. Until 5 in the morning the windows rang in the room. Somewhere in the middle of the vacation, they thought of buying earplugs at the pharmacy - it became much easier to sleep.
Service: For 10 days in the room, bed linen was never changed, soap and shampoo / shower gel were not brought, I had to buy my own. The promised daily water was brought 2 times. For those rare cases when cleaning was nevertheless carried out, they always left the door to the balcony open - come in whoever you want and take what you want. Another minus is a paid safe, not a deposit (as a long time ago all over the world ), namely paid, the money for the safe is not returned later.
Absolutely not attentive staff at the reception - brought them tickets for excursions, so that they would prepare lunch boxes based on them.
They promised 50 times to record themselves and prepare everything, the next day, no lunch box, no manager at the reception.
Meals: Meals at the hotel are not very good - dinners were the most normal. Breakfasts are absolutely the same every day and not very edible, dinners are also so-so. In general, there was a lot of food, but it is absolutely impossible to eat it. By the end of the holiday, we almost did not eat at the local canteen.
Territory and beach: There is no personal territory at all - only the hotel itself, a restaurant and a swimming pool right there - not a single extra meter. The pool is not big but warm and clean.
The private beach is very small, there were never enough sunbeds for everyone. The entrance to the sea is quite convenient - sand, and some pebbles. The beach is dirty - algae, cigarette butts and disposable cups.

Meals: when compared with other hotels where we were worse, but we didn’t go hungry, there was always not a big choice - meat, fish, various salads, sweets, in the morning a very tasty omelette with vegetables, we were full and satisfied : ) The bar worked alone, there was enough booze and drinks : ) Beach: Sunbeds were occupied from 8 in the morning, since after 10 places one could not find. The beach area is not very clean, a lot of dogs swim in the sea, lie on the sand and pee and poop there : ) but we love dogs, so they didn’t bother us, but there were also outraged tourists : ) The sea is a fairy tale very clean, warm and beautiful, the view from the beach is very beautiful. The town of Turgutreis itself is not big, everything is very close, there are many supermarkets, souvenir shops. We went to Bodrum ourselves (5 lira one-way fare) We took excursions at a local agency from Vicki. (at the corner of the hotel from the sea) We were lucky with the weather. The temperature during the day is above 30, and in the evening 26 (warm things were not needed), the sea is 26-24, very warm, there was no rain.

As for the windows on the street bar, we had just such a room, but we did not hesitate to rest, because we hung out there until morning. I highly recommend to go on a ship in the bays, Thomas Bot, Eral invites you to go, it's a lot of fun with them, all the time music, on the ship, in the middle of the sea, dived in the bay different, water is different, bay of desires, camel beach, aaaaaaaaaa! ! ! ! ! I would like to mention Memo from the spa, he is a miracle and his whole team is very kind and friendly.
The only downside of the hotel - the lack of animation, once there was a Turkish night and on Wednesday invited a music band, and so near the street bar, there is something to do.

My husband and I went to this hotel for our honeymoon trip. flew to Bodrum. We were well received at the airport. We reached the hotel in 1.5 hours, stopping by other hotels on the way to carry other people. The bus is decent, with air conditioning, on the way we admired the views of the Turkish mountains and the unusually turquoise Aegean Sea.

We arrived at the hotel, the hotel is VERY decent, very clean, very friendly staff, but they don’t speak Russian ANYTHING. Top notch service!!! ! At any call, they will do whatever you want! The restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious. Top notch restaurant service. Once again I emphasize that the hotel and the restaurant are VERY CLEAN!!! ! The pool is clean, at the pool bar you can eat French fries and hamburgers for every taste all day....the choice of drinks was a pleasant surprise. The beach is sandy, literally 10 meters from the pool.
And now about BUT:
The hotel is built in the shape of the letter "P". In the right wing, the windows of the rooms overlook a quiet, picturesque street and a view of the sea. Mostly Europeans settle there. But the left wing, completely with windows along the street of bars. The street is called Bar's Street. So if you get to the left wing, you are guaranteed sleepless nights!!!! ! And believe me, I say SLEEPLESS WITHOUT EXAGGERATION!!!!! ! The music is blaring so that you can't hear the TV in the room until 3 o'clock in the morning. In this wing, the Russians and Ukrainians are accommodated. Since they do not know how to stand up for themselves and endure all this "indignantly in a rag. " My husband and I dreamed of going to bed at 9 pm and getting up early, and going to the sea....it didn’t work out for us..... we tried to sleep in the library....at the reception, they called the police, everything was quiet for 5 minutes and it continued right there....that's how we musically rested for 7 days....we arrived home and enjoyed the quiet nights in the suburbs.
Moral: ask for a room in the right wing and you will be happy! and so happy with the hotel!
