Things stood in the hall, we were not offered a place to store them. They searched for everything. The room we were given looked depressing. Old furniture, dilapidated, sometimes torn and dirty wallpaper, a socket torn out of the wall, a jacuzzi - huge, and not very clean. There were no towels in the room.

We were very tired, but again went to the reception, in the evening 1 person appeared there, speaking English and Russian. We asked him to inform us about staying at their hotel and resolve the issue, at least with towels. It took 2 hours, after the call, no one brought us towels. This is outrageous, I had to look for the maid myself, who, apart from the Turkish language, did not know any, and explain everything to her.
I suggest that the hotel management organize the normal work of the reception, give the arriving guests all the information about the hotel and services immediately upon the arrival of the guests, and not after 5 days of their stay.
