1) Food at the highest level, given the free restaurant on the beach, 4 meals a day can be considered. Gained 3 kg in a week.
2) The bartender and the variety of free alcohol are on top, Russian vodka, tequila, whiskey, even the beer is not bad, a variety of liquors, and the bartender, a man of age, is a true professional in his field.
3) The mini-bar in the room is always full (although only Pepsi and Fanta).
Of the minuses:
1) The rooms are just terrible, the photo shows one, with a sea view, a jacuzzi and a large bed. In fact, they gave a room in the basement under the pool with constant dampness, an old dilapidated bed. When asked to give a normal number, they first say that there are no other rooms, and then they take them aside and say that for $ 150 you can "solve the issue" with relocation to a normal room.
2) Nationalism on the part of managers at the reception. Russian and Ukrainian tourists are forced to wait half a day for check-in, referring to the lack of free rooms, sometimes when they try to find out something, they say that they have no time, they ignore and simply piss off tourists, while for the Turks they always have free rooms, and not in the basement where Ukrainian and Russian tourists live on the top floor.
3) The beach is very rocky, it's hard to enter the water, except to jump from the pier.
4) The pool is usually dirty (mainly because of the Turks who climb there with food and drinks), especially in the evening.
5) The climate of the region as a whole is an amateur, the sea is an order of magnitude colder than the Mediterranean.
6) The hotel is far from the city, if you want to take a walk, prepare 20 dollars for a taxi.
7) The declared free hammam does not work due to quarantine, but paid for 30 euros per person, please. It can be seen that euro bills, in their opinion, kill the coronavirus.
8) The hotel is not designed for Russian-speaking tourists, from the hotel staff, 1 manager knows Russian (and even then not much) and the cleaning lady is apparently from Turkmenistan. English is not much better.
In general, the impression of the hotel, 4 stars in Kemer is a cut above these "5" stars in Bodrum. I recommend the hotel to those who plan not to get out of the binge and can not notice the living conditions in the dungeon.
We moved the next day to 2516 - there is one large bed and a smaller one and the room is large. The jacuzzi worked but the water was sometimes rusty but not always. There were no mosquitoes, although there was still one). The balcony is big enough. In general, I liked the room, but not the cleaning. We didn't ask to be cleaned, but they usually cleaned the jacuzzi and took away the rubbish. After the next cleaning, half a bag of seeds was gone. Well, I didn’t want to raise a scandal, but the fact itself is not very pleasant. Just insistently asked not to clean. On the day of departure, I looked under the bed - there was a broken glass... There was a kettle in the room, tea bags. In the refrigerator put water a couple of times supplemented the mini-bar.
The dining room is located near the pool through it and access to the sea. We got our own food, there were no queues. The food was not bad, there were tuna and squid shrimp, fish every day. But the selection was shrinking every day. Later we found out that on the 19th of the day of our departure the hotel closes. No breakfast at all, boiled eggs, bread, herbs, jam. Lunch is always better + soup, beef, chicken, rice, potatoes. Plums, pears, grapes. There was always cheese vegetables and herbs. It was sweet, but somehow everything was modest))) You won't die of hunger!!!
We were at the pool once, the water is colder than the sea, the pool was green, no one cleaned it.
The end of the season there were enough sunbeds, they always sunbathed on the pier. Very strange, but near the shore the water was cold, the farther into the sea the warmer. Don't wear masks, there's nothing to see! This is not Egypt, there were fish but (((not that. The sea was very warm until the last day.
If you are standing on the beach, then there is a path on the left, half an hour and you are in the village of Torba, there is not much to do there, but I advise you to take a walk.
On the right is the Vogue hotel, try to get there or swim or negotiate with the guard. Yes, it's beautiful, there's a cool water park! But the price for a week is 1200 dollars from one, we have 350 for 10 days) We talked with a woman who was resting there, she complained very much that there were queues and that the food was bad. (We didn’t get food at all then)))
The hotel area is small, green, there are not so many differences in height, it is convenient to move around. But very, very steep climb at the very exit of the hotel!! ! It will be difficult to climb 100-200 meters before entering the hotel, and then it’s normal, 20 minutes and you are near the highway to Bodrum. The fare is 4 lira (1 dollar - 7.6 lira). Back ask Torba-Kairan Hotel Tor. Not all minibuses can pay with a card, and we didn’t have lira, we had to pay $ 4. Although the guys ordered a taxi to Bodrum for $ 20. Market days in Bodrum Tuesday is clothing, Friday is food and vegetable. Market on the second floor near the bus station. There is also a Migros supermarket.
Alcohol, there was beer and majito, wine! Take everything else with you! Bailey was gone! On the last day there was nothing at all! We had a very meager breakfast, eggs, bread, greens. And they said that they would no longer feed, and leaving the hotel at 19-00))))) Who is to blame? Nobody, complain to whom? Nobody cares. Someone went to Bodrum, someone went to Vogue. We just sunbathed, although at 14-00 they tried to kick us out of the beach. The room, as expected, was handed over at 12, we were not allowed to stay there. We left in complete darkness, we didn’t even turn on the light in the lobby… Everything would be fine, but the last day is not very good… Will I return to this hotel, no!
Will I recommend? Not! Now, before ordering a tour, I will always ask when the season closes, because no one warned us...
I chose this particular hotel because from the pictures it looked very good, heated indoor pool, spa, good territory, jacuzzi in the room, etc. BUT ALL THE PHOTOS are not true!!!
I don’t know for what reasons everything deteriorated so much, we carried out an audit on the first floor, which used to be a spa, a hammam, a bathhouse, an indoor pool, a rocking chair, a very chic huge territory, everything is tiled, mosaic drawings on the walls, beautiful furniture - as we were told from -for quarantine, everything is not working yet, it smells a little damp, it's a pity that no one cares for this !!!
Only massage and some other procedure works.
Further on the second floor - it’s generally tin nothing has been functioning there for a long time, before there were club entertainment rooms, even a cinema, but now it’s just a nightmare, water is dripping from the ceiling, everything smells of dampness, everything is closed, again we were shocked that no one could put everything in order!
3rd floor reception - everything is also thought out in taste with designer chairs, beautiful sofas, there is also a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and on the other side of the sea. BUT!! ! how can you ruin everything so much, can't you just wash the tables? the tables are all sticky with traces of glasses and cups, the curtains are worn out, not washed, rumpled, the glasses are very dirty! the chairs are all obsessed with style (for example, in the front room, chic pink bar stools are taken out to the terraces, where there are other wicker tables and chairs in style, it really hurts my eyes, plus it looks careless and disgusting) On the terrace, all the dirty tables are sticky.
4th floor dining room due to quarantine, all food is imposed by workers who do not know Russian at all, plates are chipped, tables are not cleaned well, napkins with holes, tablecloths are rumpled, cats are walking around that can climb tables, everything as a whole can and not bad but not very well maintained and it is felt.
1. The territory is small, with a capacity of approximately 200 people, there is one cool huge pool with a waterfall, two below, in general, not bad, but again not well maintained, the sunbeds are dirty, they do not give out towels. If you want to take a sunbed, you need to wake up earlier, there are not enough of them for everyone.
2. Rooms - to whom it is important to tell... Under the pool there used to be either shops or rooms for staff there are no windows overlooking the pool or the sea (it seems to me that there are no windows at all) and if you have a standard room then you can be settled there, but they do it on purpose so that you pay them 10-20 dollars and you are moved to a normal one !! ! All other buildings of 4 and 3 floors all come with a jacuzzi and there is enough space for everyone, you can safely buy a room without a jacuzzi, you will be relocated for $ 20, except for a room with its own pool (since there are only a couple of them).
They are two-story houses, they are separate, they come with a jacuzzi + their own pool, and they are two-story with yellow sofas and even their own kitchen, if there is a choice, then take it right away!
there are also villas, one-story houses - I can’t say anything about them, but they look pretty good.
we had an ordinary room with a jacuzzi, this is the only thing I liked, the style is coolly thought out, but they clean it badly, the glass in the bathroom is dirty, the rusty faucet can be washed better!
3. Service - there is no service in that hotel.
4. Beach - the beach is very small, there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, everything is again not neat and dirty !!!!!! ! I repeat, if everything is washed well, changed, removed, it will not be bad, the water in the sea is cool clean, the sea is warm.
5. Location - 20 minutes drive from the airport, 5 minutes to the city by car. It is located in the bay below, because of this the sun sets behind the mountain earlier and at 6-7 o'clock you will not see the sun at all. Do not be afraid to leave the hotel yourself, you can go up (this is not long 7-13 minutes) to the end along the asphalt road, go out onto the highway there, near the police post, buses with the inscription Bodrum stop immediately on the highway, you just need to wave your hand and for 4.5 lire per person you will reach the center of Bodrum. You can get up from the hotel, turn right and take a walk along the unpaved road, there is nothing particularly beautiful there, look at the views around.
In conclusion, I’ll say that not everything is so straight and bad, the staff is friendly, good, everyone helps, everything is good, you can relax, but I can’t advise you to go there!
If you have any questions ask I will answer.
Service - 4.
Territory - 4.
Beach - 3 (very great happiness to take a sunbed on the beach to sunbathe).
Entertainment - 2.
Local "shop" with cosmic prices.
Almost no one knows English.
You cannot swim in the pool after 18:00.
The territory is located +- a kilometer from the road.
Spa - 0. It's just a nightmare. Smells damp.
The kitchen is monotonous, ordinary. From fruits - watermelon, peaches, grapes.
The hotel pulls a maximum of 2 *.
The hotel has many disadvantages:
1. Dirty, bad cleaning (his absence for 3 days, except for the replacement of towels, nothing happened until we talked at the reception). There is no disinfection of anything that should have been during the epidemic! ! ! !!
2. The staff does not understand English, is not "qualified", there is a "seasonality".
3 The food is not tasty, the choice is very small, save on everything.
4. At the bar alcoholic beverages only locally produced, no juices, no fresh fruit, only powdered.
5. The area of the beach and the hotel itself is not large, and needs care.
6. There is no Wi-Fi in the whole territory, only at the reception, limited access to sites.
7. "Unclear" Jacuzzi in the rooms occupying the north gauge.
8. It is possible to get to Bodrum only by taxi.
9.
The hotel was to be filled by 50% for the quarantine period, but in fact 90-100%.
10. To my remarks to the representative of the tour operator TUI, I heard the answer, "Well, we haven't read the reviews! " (That's why I decided to write for the first time).
Of the pros:
1. There was a good view from the window (after "talks" with the hotel manager).
2. Beautiful beach (though not large) with comfortable sunbeds, clean sea.
3. No children (quiet stay on the beach).
4. Location of the hotel in relation to the airport in Bodrum, go min. 20.
5. Of the vacationers are mostly Turks, a few English and Ukrainians.
6. Good transfer in both directions, comfortably reached (operator TUI).
7. From food I can note - it's watermelon and cheese, and a trip to the a la carte restaurant, and delicious sea bass.
8. Comfortable bed in the room.
9. There was an evening with live music, very professional and beautiful.
In general, I do NOT RECOMMEND! Given that the price per hour of writing a review has tripled, you can very much "spoil the rest. " Price-quality does not match.
From Bodrum Airport they were taken to the hotel in an old, decrepit bus, without air conditioning, it did not reach the hotel, in 2 stages passengers were transferred to a minibus and taken on it. It didn't make a very good impression.
At the hotel, at the reception, none of the promised English- and Russian-speaking guides turned out to be, so it was impossible to get information about the hotel. They offered to fill out a questionnaire, for some reason in German. We arrived at the hotel at 9-00 and waited until 14-00 at the reception. Things stood in the hall, we were not offered a place to store them. They searched for everything. The room we were given looked depressing. Old furniture, dilapidated, sometimes torn and dirty wallpaper, a socket torn out of the wall, a jacuzzi - huge, and not very clean. There were no towels in the room.
We were very tired, but again went to the reception, in the evening 1 person appeared there, speaking English and Russian. We asked him to inform us about staying at their hotel and resolve the issue, at least with towels. It took 2 hours, after the call, no one brought us towels. This is outrageous, I had to look for the maid myself, who, apart from the Turkish language, did not know any, and explain everything to her.
I suggest that the hotel management organize the normal work of the reception, give the arriving guests all the information about the hotel and services immediately upon the arrival of the guests, and not after 5 days of their stay.
I suggest - once a month to conduct an expert check of the rooms for compliance with technical and sanitary standards.
Next is the question of nutrition. One main restaurant - Asgard - looks unremarkable, cheap furniture, dull design, as in the whole hotel. Breakfast is monotonous, leftovers from dinner are served, the choice of dishes is small.
Lunch - more choice of dishes. Dinner - not bad Breakfast out of 5 points - 3 points, lunch - 4 points, dinner - 4 points. From time to time flies fly over the dishes, fruit (very small choice) - Drosophila appear, this is not acceptable!
Of the bars, I liked only the Dotto Snack bar, with good service, fresh food and drinks. He deserves 5 points.
Housekeeping - 3, maximum 4 points.
In general, the hotel staff is polite, attentive, if you manage to explain to them what the problem is.
The beach at the hotel is very small, there are not enough sun loungers for everyone, as well as beach towels.
The internet in the hotel is very weak.
In general, I rate the hotel at 3 and a half, a maximum of 4 points (out of 5 possible)
I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.
By the way, the representative of the travel agency that sold us a tour to the hotel appeared only once in all the time to offer us excursions, and to say that he does not deal with all other issues.
1 The bed is very narrow. Sleep like on a train
2. Hotel guide Tarik or Torik....it's just awful.
3. The staff does not speak English, Russian, German at all
4. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, despite the tip
The hotel is not up to 5 stars. There is something to compare with (Greece, Cyprus. France, Tunisia, Egypt, in Turkey already 6 times).
