The hotel was chosen as a compromise option, in order to be close to the center of Bodrum, including its attractions, and close to the sea for a reasonable budget, and live in normal conditions. In this sense, the hotel fully justified itself.
I will list the positive and negative aspects of the rest in this hotel.
Positive:
1. Responsible and friendly work of the hotel staff, from the reception to the dish cleaners in the restaurant.
2. Good, varied cuisine in a restaurant, often with omelettes, pancakes, meat dishes freshly fried in your presence.
3. Regular cleaning of rooms, change of linen and towels.
4. Proper operation of plumbing, electrical appliances, including a minibar that served as a refrigerator.
5. Proximity to dolmush stops (there are two), for trips to the center of Bodrum and the proximity of the center of Gumbet, with its shops, restaurants, clubs, excursion bureaus.
6. Private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, located close to the hotel.
Negative:
1. Subjectively, the most negative thing was the quality of the beach and the sea itself, both near the hotel and in Gumbet Bay as a whole. The entrance to the sea is with small stones, the sea is shallow, a river flows nearby, which silts up the bottom, you can’t see the exit to the open sea from the beach (the impression that you are at a rate). But people who are not experienced in beach holidays even liked it.
2. Poor soundproofing, but this is a problem for all budget hotels.
3. The first floor we lived on is a basement, the balcony is located at ground level, so cats and ants come to visit, there is poor ventilation, and you can’t leave the balcony open.
4. At the reception, the staff almost do not speak Russian, and English is poor, but the translator on your smartphone will help you.
The audience is mainly family, age and multinational, mostly Russian-speaking, many Poles, Turks, rarely Western Europeans. So, the hotel staff do everything for your good rest, but otherwise it all depends on the guests themselves.

We immediately got our number, the only thing that the TV did not work, but after 5 minutes a friend came with a screwdriver and repaired it. The most original dish that I saw there was "Borscht", not at all like our borscht, this is purely their joke, there was also a dish called "Bride's Soup". On the territory of the bar, the pool, the sea and the hotel itself, there was only a knee-deep children's pool, there were no more children on the territory, the hotel is most of all for adults.

We chose this hotel, as it was recommended to us, they said that the reviews are good and the price of 730 euros for seven days in the season is inexpensive. We arrived at the hotel at 9 pm, no one at the reception spoke Russian, settled in the most terrible room, despite the fact that we paid 10 dollars. The room is dark, there is no normal lighting, only the sconces are yellow, the water in the refrigerator is rotten, stuffy, the room was on the 3rd floor under the dome, there is only 1 socket near the bed, the old TV only works one Russian channel, there was no hot water. We went to the reception to change the room, they answered that only tomorrow at 12, as there are no available rooms. They fed us in the evening only because we were boiling that hungry. The next day, they changed our room, gave us better good beds, a spacious bathroom, but the lighting was also not very good, the balcony overlooked the wall, though they gave us a clothesline to dry. The safe costs $10 per week on the key.
The beach is not very, the sea is dirty, beach towels are also paid. The food is normal, this is the only difference between this holiday and the Crimean one. Breakfast is nothing special, mostly eggs, cheese, vegetables and cereals with milk, lunch and dinner a large selection of dishes, everything is delicious, but few fruits, a maximum of 3 types, basically gave ding and watermelon. In general, the rest was normal, but boring for young people. The rooms are terrible audibility, did not let sleep ambiguous sounds in the next room.
Wi-Fi catches only in the lobby and then every other time.
There is no territory, but the terrace on the 3rd floor is quite nice. There is no air conditioning in the dining room, stuffy. The pool is ok, plenty of sun loungers. From drinks, good beer, water from a cooler in the lobby and in the restaurant. But the highlight of our stay was the check out. The plane flight was at 9 pm, and check-out at 12 noon, since there was still a lot of time, we decided to go to the sea. They asked if it was possible to extend a free room until the evening, to which they answered 20 euros ????!! ! or offered to leave things in the luggage room and take a shower in the hammam. We agreed to the second option, since paying 20 euros for 4 hours is somehow too expensive. There are no towels in the hammam, we were allowed to take from the room. In general, we left our suitcases and towels in this luggage room and went to the sea, returned and there were no towels, they took them away. Already indignant, we went down to this hammam and were horrified, some kind of utility room, it stinks terribly, there is no light, a passage yard. Somehow in the dark they washed, dried off, dressed and went to collect their suitcases in the corridor, since there was no room for this in the luggage room. So good people do not take this hotel, there are better ones for the same money, but the sea is dirty. This hotel is not worth the money, and far from 4* for a European resort.

Rested with a friend at the end of the season, October 2018 I liked the hotel, small and cozy. There were few CIS-s in the hotel, and therefore in the restaurant no one collected full plates with a mountain of food and everything was enough for everyone: both meat and fish, everything was fresh, tasty. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed.

I liked the hotel, small and cozy. There were few CIS-s in the hotel, and therefore in the restaurant no one collected full plates with a mountain of food and everything was enough for everyone: both meat and fish, everything was fresh, tasty. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. The guy at the reception always tried to help despite our poor English
What I didn’t like was that the hotel’s beach was not at all well-groomed, stones, some kind of river, Vanyuchka, flows down. We walked further away, where there are good beaches, and because. the end of the season, the beaches are half empty and no one objected.
The guide Aneh of the tour, O. Morozova, treated us very disgustingly. She downloaded money from us for a trip to Pomukkale twice as much as they charge in other travel agencies, and then she also changed the date of departure for us and it was impossible to reach her. Do not contact her for a tour. excursions!! ! Then we also went to the island of KOS, but with a tour agency from Bodrum. The attitude is wonderful, they made a big discount and, as a bonus, a free hammam
