+ large territory; Issued beach towels (deposit $ 10 / 100 lire at the reception); The beach is close (5-10 min. depending on the speed of the step); 2 pools; Bus stop at the hotel; Various show program (competitions, dances); The staff is friendly - WiFi leaves a lot to be desired. Works near the reception only and not always; Lots of stairs; The sunbeds are broken; Coffee and tea in the restaurant only for breakfast, the rest of the time they are given out at the bar (it’s not logical, as there are many different desserts for lunch / dinner); Music from club cafes is heard until 3-4 in the morning (I slept in earplugs); The rooms are shabby.

Rested from 8 to 15 July 2023.
FOOD:
During this period, only apples, oranges, and watermelon were added for dinner. The food is monotonous, but everyone can overeat) Meat is mostly chicken and something like sausages / cutlets from fast food minced meat, as it seemed to me. There were fish several times a week. Once they even served grilled Dorado fish and beef ribs - it was very tasty!
BEACH:
We got to it only on the third day of rest)) There were no umbrellas at all. Immediately mentally attributed this fact to a minus because the sun bakes mercilessly! But on the seventh day we walked there and there were umbrellas (I didn’t understand what happened on our first visit, because the worker on the beach said there were no umbrellas).
Showers were not seen there, it's okay, the hotel is nearby. And rinse your feet from the sand? I don’t know if this is provided for or if we are so sharp-sighted)) but we only spotted a low faucet on the corner where the jacuzzi was and used some water from there.

The hotel and service correspond to 2 stars with a minus. They brought us to the hotel in the evening, met us with the so-called porter, and the adventure began. . . They settled us in a smelly room with a sewer smell and a broken lock on the front door. With difficulty and noise, they managed to change the number.

They settled us in a smelly room with a sewer smell and a broken lock on the front door. With difficulty and noise, they managed to change the number. The beach is public for money, you still sunbathe before lunch, and after an hour noisy parties begin until the evening. The beach is dirty and it is dangerous to go to it. The roads are narrow, there are no traffic lights, the Turks drive without rules. By the time you get to that beach, you need to look back 1000 times.
In the dining room, the food is monotonous every day, the cleaners don’t give you a normal meal, snatch a plate right in front of you, and the manager walks right on your heels and watches what you take. The beer is not tasty, the wine is hard to find, the manager allocates a bottle of red, white and rose for lunch and pours a quarter glass. There weren’t enough forks, for the fork brought to you they demand a tip. There are a lot of cats and freely walk on the tables if you do not look after them. Since there are no trays and had to go several times for food. Vouchers were taken on the Tez tour and such a vacation does not correspond to the declared price (€ 1000 for two for 7 days). The Internet is weak and only at the reception and then intermittently.

I chose the hotel consciously, understanding its location (3rd line) and its other characteristics. We rested two adults. We lived in rooms 101 and 102. The view from the windows was amazing!! ! You can see the sea, mountains and mills, the symbol of Bodrum. There is a taxi rank next to the hotel. There are also buttons for calling a taxi around the city (if you get lost).

We went to relax and have fun, and not to carry out audits in white gloves and humiliate the staff.
1. Check-in before the scheduled time without problems.
2. Walk 10 minutes to the sea. We did not visit our own beach, the nearest one was enough for us, but with our own beach accessories.
3. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, green and conducive to walks around the territory.
4. Nutrition. You will not leave hungry. The food is good, 4 bars on site. Lunches near the pool, drinks, alcohol and more.
5. Wi-Fi in the rooms was stronger on the balcony.
6. Daily cleaning is common in coastal hotels. I liked that the cleaners do not violate your exact order in the room (according to the standard). Your belongings remain in the places where it is convenient for you.
I want to talk about the hotel staff. Awesome good attitude. I will say more, I personally felt like a queen, there was so much attention, care, most importantly, everything was sincere. No one looked into our wallets. There were many pleasant moments from the staff.
Minuses.
1. Poor soundproofing in the hotel.
2. Lack of lunch box service, for a 4* it's amazing.
3. The hotel manager does not know how to quickly respond to the situation, allows the creation of a problem, although he must predict common truths in advance. Such as, for example, the number of personnel for a certain number of vacationers.
People both in the hotel and in the city helped, if they saw that we needed help, they themselves offered help (for free), without knowing languages. So do not be afraid to walk and move independently around the city and its environs.

We stayed at this hotel for a week at the beginning of September. In terms of money, we got $ 550 for two. I'll start in order. ACCOMMODATION: We arrived in Bodrum early in the morning at about 6:00, we were already at the hotel in 30 minutes, it was not far from the airport. We arrived, we were put on bracelets and we were immediately settled, that is, we did not wait until 14-00, did not pay extra, apparently we were just lucky that there were free rooms.

We stayed at this hotel for a week at the beginning of September. In terms of money, we got $ 550 for two. I'll start in order.
ACCOMMODATION:
We arrived in Bodrum early in the morning at about 6:00, we were already at the hotel in 30 minutes, it was not far from the airport. We arrived, we were put on bracelets and we were immediately settled, that is, we did not wait until 14-00, did not pay extra, apparently we were just lucky that there were free rooms.
The hotel area is large and beautiful, everywhere greenery, palm trees and flowers.
There are 2 bars, 2 swimming pools for adults, 2 in my opinion for children + slide. There are sun loungers and umbrellas (all free).
NUMBERS:
In the first room where they tried to settle us, it stank of dampness, the shower was broken, which made me very upset. I went to the reception and asked to change the room, which they did. The second was already not so sad, in the end we stayed there. There is almost no soundproofing in the rooms, all conversations, slamming the door - everything will be heard. The bed was uncomfortable, put 2 mattresses and just put them together. The rooms could do with a refurbishment. On a note, we lived in the lower buildings, those that are not far from the pool. There was a hair dryer, there was no soap, it was only in dispensers, but it didn’t last long, there was also shampoo, it’s good that I took all my own.
CLEANING:
When we checked into the room, it felt like it hadn't been cleaned at all before. The bed was not changed for all 7 days, the towels were the same, we were given 2 towels for 2! This is generally complete nonsense... the floors were washed only 1 time, the garbage was also thrown out 1 time. It was not clear to respond to requests to do something, whether they simply did not understand them, or whether it was in their order of things.
NUTRITION:
The food is good, but monotonous. There was always chicken, fish, beef, rice, a couple of times there were potatoes, pasta, bulgur. With fruits watermelons and plums. There were enough sweets. At lunch, snacks in the form of burgers with potatoes or something similar to semi-finished meat (I still didn’t understand what it was). You won't go hungry, but the choice is primitive. I don’t know if this is due to quarantine, or if the concept is like that, but in some triplets there was more choice. There were queues in the evening, so you have to come early, although there was enough food for everyone.
THE DRINKS:
With alcohol were gin, wine, vodka and beer. Beer is the best. Cocktails were weak and very diluted. Water upon check-in is given in the amount of one bottle, then you go and ask to be filled with it in a bottle. There was also Fanta, Sprite and Cola.
ANIMATION:
There is animation, but very primitive, some competitions were held a couple of times with dancing and other things, but we didn’t see anything special for all the time) There were no discotheques.
SERVICE, STAFF:
80% of the inhabitants are Turks. There were also Ukrainians, Russians, Germans and British. There is simply no service as such, all the time you need to ask the staff for something if you need something. And the downside is that they are nothing plainly in English. do not understand, that is, it is very difficult to conduct a dialogue . .
THE INTERNET:
Wi-fi is very weak, at first they tried to catch it in the lobby, but then it was completely impossible to find it. It doesn't exist in the rooms at all. We bought a Turkish SIM card, everything cost about $30.
SEA BEACH:
The sea is gorgeous, clean, warm, I thought it would be colder, but we were comfortable. From the hotel there is a shuttle bus to the beach at 11-00, return after 14-00, but we did not go there. We walked down to the beaches. Walk 5-7 minutes. There is a public beach, but it is not very good, but there are private ones, you just need to take something from the menu (coffee, tea, beer) and you can sunbathe as much as you want. There are sun loungers, mattresses and umbrellas. I advise you to go there)
Bodrum itself is beautiful, the hotel is not in the center, but in the Gumbet area, but you can get to the center by minibuses, the cost is 3 lira per person, it takes 10-15 minutes to go. In the center you can buy anything you want. There are many clubs, cafes, restaurants in Gumbet itself, so the choice is large.
In general, a three-star hotel. No more desire to go there again - does not arise. )

The tour was booked a few days before departure, initially they wanted to take another hotel, but it didn’t work out and therefore they quickly looked after a replacement. It cost us $770 and perhaps the price is justified. We arrived at the hotel at 10 and hoped that they would send us to have breakfast, but this did not happen, we waited about an hour for check-in.

It cost us $770 and perhaps the price is justified. We arrived at the hotel at 10 and hoped that they would send us to have breakfast, but this did not happen, we waited about an hour for check-in. The room that we were given was not cleaned at the time of check-in and the next week it was also not cleaned, the staff did not even enter the bathroom, they did not wash the floor at all, they only swept it, they did not add soap, the towels were changed 2 times, probably due to the fact that we they left a dollar, they only brought towels for the feet, since no one entered the bathroom at the time of departure, we had 3 of them : ) in general, the room and the territory are very much in need of repair.
The territory of the hotel is very large, a lot of greenery, a beautiful view, two swimming pools. The food was not bad, delicious cakes, a lot of desserts and there were meat and vegetables, everything was always enough and it was delicious. The service is completely absent, 3 times at the reception they asked for another bedspread, because there was 1 and a small one, in the end they caught the cleaner and he took us out of the pantry, they didn’t give the password for Wi-Fi, we had to go find out ourselves (by the way, he only works at the reception ), they didn’t say that you can take beach towels either, they didn’t give a shuttle schedule to the beach.
Another unpleasant moment: when we checked out, we were given 2 lunch boxes. One contained: butter, honey, 2 slices of watermelon, tomato, cucumber and 2 slices of cheese. There were no cutlery or bread. The second had only 4 slices of cucumber and 2 pieces of cheese, it was not pleasant to find this on the way to the airport, in which only 1 cafe with sandwiches for 14 dollars was open early in the morning. There is no beach, there is a shuttle that takes you to the beach at 10 and 11, and back at 18. There is also a shuttle at 14, but it goes to the party beach, the price is 30 lira per person.
We went to the beach at 500-700 meters, the beaches are from cafes, you need to buy something to take a sunbed. Highly recommend the beach from Nagi Cafe. A very clean beach, the workers are not intrusive, delicious Turkish coffee, normal prices and an ice cream shop nearby - just unrealistically delicious, I recommend it. Nearby there is a piece without sunbeds, a public beach, but it is very dirty there, everything is strewn with gobies and there are a lot of locals. I think that for the money you can find something better, but overall the hotel is tolerable.

I liked the green area and there was a Greek style. If the room was a good repair, then the bathroom was tired, it was dark. The food was good, we were given both fish and meat, there was a large selection of dishes. It’s not far from the sea, you go out in a straight line through the street and you are there, minus the fact that there is no private beach.

The sea is clean, there is WiFi on the beach, the hotel also has it, but it won’t work out right away - there are a lot of users, apparently there is a limiter. Two pools, there is a slide, which is turned on at 11:00 to 11:30 and at 17:00 to 17:30.
You can only find fault with plumbing and air conditioners (we had norms, but our neighbors did not).
We recommend the hotel for a quiet family vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! !

The hotel area is located on a mountain, so there are two accommodation options: either you are closer to the reception, bar, pool, or you are closer to the sea. The hotel staff speaks very little English and does not speak Russian at all. From the good: the territory is beautiful, green. There are two pools: one with animation and a higher concentration of bleach; the second is for a relaxing holiday. There is a water slide, but it does not work. The food is excellent: more than enough choice of dishes for all tastes. The staff is very polite, the waiters quickly clear the dishes from the tables. The territory of the hotel is shabby. But the rooms... specifically in ours: rusty plumbing, a broken drain button in the toilet bowl, a broken faucet in the shower, a broken hair dryer, the direction of air conditioning was regulated with a selfie stick. Not very clean bed linen and towels.
If objectively: price-quality corresponds.

All around is dirt, bulls, plastic glasses on every corner, it feels like you live in a garbage dump, the rooms are terrible, it’s simply impossible to live, there is mold all around, there is no water in the toilet bowl, but shit is pouring on top of your head in abundance.

The air conditioner was opened, and nothing is visible there, one solid dirt. For breakfast, they serve what is left after dinner, just mix everything and pour sauce. We were not the only ones, we were 15 people at the reception , but the Turks don’t understand anything, although they took 15 dollars upon arrival and thanked us in Russian. On the second day we were moved, the room is not much better, but at least shit didn’t pour on our heads and thanks for that, in general, 2 days for a smack and mood for relaxation too. in general, there is no time to write about everything, I do not advise this hotel to anyone, do not spoil your vacation.

We recently returned from vacation, and, to be honest, the impressions about this hotel were not very good, although before the trip I read all the reviews, which, basically, were all good, I want to add a little fly in the ointment to sweet tales about this hotel. We have already been to Turkey many times, but in Bodrum for the first time, we went from the tour operator BiblioGlobus for 10 days, the host side Lemar. a long flight, as I had to listen to his speech in order to understand something from what was said. (I digress if your guide offers a review - it’s better not to go, they will only take you to the mills, to the afmitheater and to some other ruins, and then you will go shopping for two hours - a la Fur and leather tailoring of the 90s, gold from copper, and Turkish rags from China - what kind of survey is this)))) only kill time, it’s easier to go to the city by minibus to see all the sights of Bodrum, the city is very beautiful, with a claim to Greece... beautiful bays, the magnificent Aegean coast and neat white town houses, as if from Greek myths))) it’s better not to take excursions from a guide - everything is exorbitantly expensive, you can buy cheaper on the street)
We arrived at the hotel at 22.30, checked in quickly, within 20 minutes, gave a room, we went in and were stunned - the beds were crumpled, there was no TV, refrigerator, telephone and lazy people from the air conditioner, and at the same time, it smelled terribly of sewage . . to our questions, the attendant the hotel employee pretended not to understand us and just ran away, we didn’t check in and went back with our things, but at the reception they tried to make a straight face and like no one understands anything! (I want to warn everyone that the hotel has Russian-speaking and understanding staff there is only one female manager at the reception, who doesn’t come every day, the rest either don’t understand at all, or, most likely, they just ignore and pretend that they don’t understand, so it’s good if you know English and can speak it, but not only understand and know a couple of phrases, like us... it will be very difficult . . The hotel is designed for "their" vacationers, mostly Turks, there are 70 percent of them there, the rest are Finns, British, Austrians, Germans, and only 15 Russian man in each race! ) As a result, we were brought back to the same room and after 10 minutes they dragged the TV, which they tried to connect, but it did not work, and again we dragged ourselves to the reception with all the things. to settle in such a room is complete idiocy. At the reception, after my tears and my husband's attempts to explain why there was nothing in the room and such a stench, they gave us another room, a little better (at least without a smell, although there was a bad drain in the shower room - the water left badly, because of this water poured over the edge onto the floor, the toilet tank was leaking, but after all the ordeals and the long road, we were tired, we were happy about this - vacation)))) Animation in the hotel is all only for foreigners in English and Turkish, Russians were not even invited to participate in competitions, although we expressed a desire - it's a shame ((((There is no disco, only a competitive program from 22.00 to 23.00! In general, we had to entertain ourselves walking around Gumbet. The food is monotonous, a buffet consisting mainly of fast food: hamburgers, tortillas, barbecue and french fries, sausages and salads, seasoned with vinegar and soy sauce, in general, the table is oriented towards Europeans, despite the fact that they went in the season, there were only apples and oranges from fruits, twice for a "fight with dogs "they gave peaches and watermelons with unripe melons, about grapes, strawberries and so on, here, it seems, no one knows...
I will briefly say about the hotel itself - outwardly, everything is decent enough for a four, the hotel is beautiful: there are many flowers on the territory and it is made in a very original way - like a small city surrounded by palm trees and gardens, this captivates in pictures and photos,
BUT - the service and the staff leaves much to be desired and does not pull at all for 4: cigarette butts and plastic glasses are lying all over the territory, which they are in no hurry to clean up, the staff walks around the territory, lighting cigarettes where they rest, and immediately throw these same bulls , but I’m generally silent about cleaning the rooms, the towels are all gray and unwashed - on the second day they gave a “clean” towel with the imprint of someone’s heel, it’s a pity that I didn’t take a picture))))
During our stay, the lights and water were turned off twice in the evening for 2 hours.
We went together with my husband to relax and hang out, and on vacation the main thing is the mood, so with all the minuses of the hotel and the "cool" attitude of the staff towards the Russians, we did not lose heart))) - we made a bunch of those Russians who came with us to check-in and entertained themselves))) it was fun, but we won’t go there anymore... disappointed . . Have a good rest!
