Recently returned from Turkey.
My husband and I decided to go to the Aegean Sea. We chose this hotel because access to the sea is not only from the pier, but also from the shore. We looked at the photos, read the reviews - they are different. The rating of the hotel is not the highest. But we decided to go there.
We paid in April for 2 months for June for a week through the SAM travel agency. We received the documents the day before departure (the husband was worried). Departure was at 6 am, arrived somewhere at 10 am. We left things, put on bracelets, - went for a walk around the territory, and at the same time had breakfast. Breakfast went well. The food satisfied us, because we were hungry. Then we went to the beach. The beach is very small. The buildings are neat in appearance (we never got into the rooms), so I can’t say anything about them. On the beach we meet a Russian-speaking man, our compatriot. And he told us that it turns out that the hotel was bought by the French a year ago, so all the rooms here on the first line are for them.
Turks and all tourists from the CIS countries are settled behind the road from the hotel (before, the attendants lived there). And the same fate would await us if we settled here. Our people pay a lot of money - and they don't know anything about how they are treated here! No one warns about this!
(When we were already returning to Kyiv, we were on a plane, a bus stopped at this hotel for our tourists, we asked them how the hotel was for you. The answer was terrible! )

In general, we walk for 2 hours, no one comes up to us, they don’t say anything. The husband could not stand it, and he went to find out when they would settle. And then he was informed that there were no rooms available! Absolutely not! We are shocked! And like us (comrades in misfortune) there are four more adults with a 4 year old child (also from Kyiv). Negotiations went on for a long time. They stand their ground - there are no numbers! We were all terribly upset.
Through long conversations on our part and their freezing, they offered us to go to another hotel Camel Bodrum Beach Club 4 * (ex. Noa Javelin) . There was no way out. Level below the first hotel. We looked at the territory, the beach, the toilet (you can judge the hotel right away by the toilet) - can not be compared with the first NOA. For some reason, the beach is gray in color - there was a mountain of garbage on the beach, in the main restaurant - the floor is dirty - poorly cleaned. In general, we were shocked by what we saw. We had lunch at this hotel (because lunch time has come) - the food is a little worse than in the first PLA for us - a lot of fast food. The staff is nice, friendly, the manager is a nice guy, was kind and welcoming. I really wanted us to stay, but we were six adults and (1 child) did not agree. We were offered a hotel at a lower level than we paid in April.
Our comrades in misfortune - got through to the Kiev travel agent, I don’t know how, but a representative of the TUI Tour Operator came to us, listened to us and said that they were offering us another hotel - Bodrum Park Resort 5 *. We are tired, exhausted went there. In general, the last hotel is a fairy tale compared to the first and even more so the second. Praise God and Praise Allah that we were so unlucky at first and so lucky at the end! The hotel is not bad - a quiet place, the territory is closed from the local population - there are no bracelets! And fresh juices in the morning for free, and ice cream 2 times a day, and drinks are not "UPI" colored, but packaged juices. In general, we liked Bodrum Park Resort. Guys, read the reviews. A lot of hotels are located near the roads, the territory is very small. Choose carefully. DO NOT buy tours in the NOA hotel chain! These hotels are problematic. And people pay big money, and what they buy is a pig in a poke.
