The next day we met with a representative of the TUI (Anya), told this story, she was surprised, she said that the Russians were settled only behind the road. Although when buying a ticket, they didn’t even give a hint about it !! ! DECEIVED !! ! Prices for excursions are clearly overpriced by three times, but since they paid right away, there was no turning back. In the rooms, bed linen was never changed, I can’t say the same about towels, they were changed every day. The floors weren't washed either!! ! There was a child in our company - there was no children's menu, as we were promised either! Russians have nothing to do in this hotel - everything is only for the French!

At the reception they speak either French, or, if you are lucky to meet a competent administrator, in English. They do not understand Russian (at least they say so). Tour operators do not solve any issues, that is, abroad you should not expect help from them - they say a lot, promise, "understand", but nothing oh in fact they don’t (We had a tour operator Tuya (from Tour Tes). And, most importantly - THE SMELL OF BURNING DURING THE WHOLE RECREATION. They have their own incineration plant on the territory (which, of course, no one from the staff knows about, but one by one, they admit that yes, there is such a thing) - no persuasion and swearing help - they both fire and fire every day ( especially this terrible smell intensifies from 21.00 to 6 in the morning). And he told us that it turns out that the hotel was bought by the French a year ago, so all the rooms here on the first line are for them.
Turks and all tourists from the CIS countries are settled behind the road from the hotel (before, the attendants lived there). And the same fate would await us if we settled here. Our people pay a lot of money - and they don't know anything about how they are treated here! No one warns about this!
