The food is simple, sorry for the pig .... , the dishes are dirty, greasy, before putting anything on a plate, wash it with boiling water and wipe it with a napkin. Monotony, for breakfast only overdried scrambled eggs and cereal. Lunches and dinners are similarly complete monotony and disgrace ...After 3 three days, after poisoning, rotovirus, I had to not eat at all in this hotel and go to the city to a restaurant.
Room 908 turned out to be very unusual in general: the lack of doors to the toilet. When asked to put the door, fed only promises.
The rooms are shabby, in which there is no cleaning, in our room after 5 days, after the scandal at the reception, the room was cleaned. For the last 3 days there was no water at all in the room, although they always responded to claims with consent and elimination, but when we left we did not wait for water.
These numbers did not see bathrobes and slippers ...

I was settled with a two-year-old child in buildings from the sea. Room on the second floor with a balcony above the road, the noise of cars does not allow you to sleep even with the balcony door closed.
On the very first evening, I noticed that a large puddle had flowed from the working air conditioner in the middle of the room, a similar large puddle had flowed into the toilet from the toilet (I can’t upload the video). The next day, at a meeting with the guide, I asked to change my number, to which the girl at the reception said that there were no free rooms at all and she could not help me in any way! (The staff at the reception does not speak Russian and knows very little English) The guide agreed that in due to such a situation, a master will be called to my room and everything will be repaired for me... At lunch, the master knocked on my door, looked at the situation and just silently left. EVERYTHING!! ! Nobody did anything and nobody told me anything! I had to run all day with my child from reception to reception in two buildings and demand a repairman. Only at 9 pm two other masters were sent to me. They no longer just took a look at everything, but also untwisted the air conditioner, drained half a bucket of water from there, poked around the hoses and twisted it back. They told me that another person would take care of the toilet tomorrow and left. 20 minutes after they left the air conditioner, water began to drip again, when I called and reported this to the reception, a polite girl told me that THERE IS NOTHING ELSE CAN HELP ME! That is, they can’t resettle me and they can’t repair anything! So, pay the money and live in such conditions... the whole next day I sought resettlement, caught the authorities who were not very eager to help me. AND ONLY FOR THE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT of $50 they agreed to move me to another room!
This is how the staff profits from the hopeless situation of tourists.
By the way, the hotel is more focused on Turkish guests, they are smiled and spoken politely here, and at the bar they ignore you until all the Turks are served, even if you stand in line ahead of them.
Of course, my vacation was saved by the fact that the hotel had a good sea and food, but the sediment remained. 2 lost days, a lot of nerves and $50.....
The second time I will definitely not go here, and I will not advise anyone, although everything could be different.
Before the holidays, we chose hotels for a long time and carefully, an incredible number of them were revised. My head was spinning from all the information I received! In the end, we settled on four options and chose mio bianco resort 4.
A wonderful hotel in every sense of the word!
Polite and hospitable staff, varied and delicious food, alcohol - for every taste (bartenders prepare delicious cocktails! ), daily cleaning of rooms with towels changed (bed linen was changed 2 times in 12 days), the hotel area is well-groomed, everything is buried in vegetation.
The Aegean Sea is the cleanest!! ! The water temperature was 20-22 degrees, and we hardly got out of the water)). The beach is well equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, towels are provided free of charge. There are small pebbles on the shore, and sand in the sea. Sea entry is very good. The water is clear and you can see the swimming fish. There are two bars on the beach where you can eat and drink without restrictions.
Nature is unique! Beauty all around! Mountains, the sea, a variety of flowering vegetation, fresh air - words can not convey, it must be seen))).
The animation is not very diverse, there are no discos in the hotel, but if someone needs it, they take it to the city. This hotel is suitable for a quiet holiday. If you like parties, then this is not the place for you. The Internet is not stable, there are no Russian television channels, but this did not bother us at all. Beautiful Turkish music constantly sounds on the territory of the hotel and on the beach.
The general result of my review is as follows - we were well-fed, satisfied and happy people! )))
I will definitely return there again next year, because 12 days were not enough to fully enjoy all this incredible beauty!
