First impression, I really liked it. We were quickly seated at 22.00. Free wi-fi and good catch, the room was offered more spacious like we were with a child, all rooms overlook the pool and the sea, there is an elevator, a shop in 3 minutes, a market in 15m, along the promenade. But then the cons also climbed: the food was not tasty and everything was monotonous.

Always scrambled eggs, vegetables and cereal for breakfast. Lunch - rice and pasta, boiled chicken breast or grilled breast very spicy. For dinner, the side dish is the same, and the mackerel fish is brought to a crispy state + vegetables, salads always.
Queues for 40 minutes.
The beach is small, besides for 2 hotels, sunbeds need to be borrowed both on the sea and on the pool. Turks come to the hotel for the weekend and the staff has the task of pleasing them, not everyone. This applies to both food and music, the disco has 70% Turkish songs, 20% English and 10 ours.
Cons with which you can measure, but still want to enjoy the rest.

The hotel itself is in a good location. Let's start in order....Upon check-in, it turned out that the toilet was leaking in the room, because of which there was an unpleasant smell in the room. We were refused a request to change the room, they said that they would repair it, but only after we resolutely refused to settle in it, we were told that another room would be vacated later.

We were refused a request to change the room, they said that they would repair it, but only after we resolutely refused to settle in it, we were told that another room would be vacated later. I had to wait for two hours. There are practically no Russian-speaking staff. Later, the air conditioner in the room broke down, but it was repaired in time for us. In a word, the appliances and plumbing in the hotel are not in the best condition. The food is very monotonous. Very little fruit, mostly meat, chicken, sometimes fish. We do not recommend taking a free shopping trip to Bodrum (it is included in the tour), you should not waste time. The beach is very small. The staff is not very responsive, sometimes the girl at the reception desk from Azerbaijan helped. The rooms are cleaned every day.

Chose on the advice of a travel agency. Tour operator in Turkey - Join Up. We got there and settled normally, except that we checked in at 22.00 - day and food - flight. The staff is friendly, I liked the room: TV, safe, jacuzzi, telephone, balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. Right in the morning we started exploring the hotel and the beach.

Right in the morning we started exploring the hotel and the beach. The beach is small 5 * 25 meters plus a pier. There is a sewer pipe leading to the beach. This beach is two Dragut Point South 4 and Dragut Point North 3! ? Surprise! The creative owner also combined food in one catering department of a 4-star hotel, the language does not dare to call it a restaurant. The result is three queues, each for 40 minutes. It was noticeable to the naked eye that there was not enough staff. The pool is very good, but there are only one sunbeds for two hotels.
Now let's sum up the result:
- good music by the pool.
- the price paid for the vouchers does not correspond to the service.
- the abundance of technology is good when it is working. In fact, TV and jacuzzi did not work, and Wi-fi was bad in the room appeared on the 5th day.
- food, organized in the best traditions of the collective farm. Low efficiency and calorie content - a waste of time and nerve cells.
- beach - no words.
- Turgutreis is a cape, which means a strong wind. Good for a regatta.
- it is necessary to prepare for the season in advance.
Have a good holiday everyone!

I usually fly to Egypt, but because of the quarantine, I had to do a PCR, or self-isolation for 2 weeks, so we decided to go to Turkey. The hotel is based on ratings. It was 9.5 here, flash, storm, madness! I have not yet come across hotels with such an assessment, so I immediately ordered, although the price was biting.

The hotel is based on ratings. It was 9.5 here, flash, storm, madness! I have not yet come across hotels with such an assessment, so I immediately ordered, although the price was biting.
We settled in a nice room on the first floor, 3-4 rooms from the sea. To get into the room you need to make a huge detour through the reception, because there is only one way to all 4 floors in all 85 rooms. No food! Lunch example: 1 soup, fried potatoes, baked tomatoes with cheese, cucumbers, lettuce tomatoes, cheese, 5 types of sugary tasteless biscuits (this is in all hotels, so I’m silent about desserts), and something similar to veal kebab, but this is soy meat for a hike, because it tastes like a newspaper with flavoring . . / AND ALL! Can you imagine? I don’t even stutter for seafood, the fish was only 1 time in 8 days! Of course, I understand everything, but the owner just. . . Everyone had a quarantine, and the whole world suffered! Does he think that vacationers will not understand that they are terribly saving on them?
Getting up at 6 in the morning to take sunbeds is trash! If you overslept, there is a direct road to the neighboring beach of their trio, with rusty half-meter umbrellas and burnt-out plastic sun loungers, and then, if there is a place. I have a feeling that the owner did not want to hire staff and drove all vacationers from 2 hotels to 1! Dinner is the same, you only need to go and read to feed, otherwise you will have to wait for the table.
Positive emotions left only a good view from the room and very helpful hotel staff. Nice and smiling guys, always ready to help you if needed. I talked to some and they confirmed that the owner is very greedy and the salaries are even lower than usual.
There are almost no Russian speakers, only at the reception, the cooks know 5-10 words in Ukrainian. English is spoken very badly and not everyone, because of the language barrier, I had to eat raw oatmeal drenched in cold milk (spoiler: it tastes like sawdust), because either they don’t have it, or they don’t understand what hot is or boiled milk: ( They look at me, and their eyes are 5 kopecks each.
In general, I was pleased with my company, because if it were not for the people with whom I was, then for such a price I would not have survived a vacation in a sea full of algae, and without an actual beach (100 by 3 meters does not count); when ships and yachts float, the waves flood everything there, and you, along with slippers, bags and equipment, will be carried into the sea...
Ill-bred Turkish children with mothers who yell everywhere only reinforced my negativity. There are almost no Europeans. Ukrainians and Russians. Oh yes, and the Turks, who never clean up after themselves, pig and scatter fries on the pontoon.
Something like this... And you decide for yourself whether you need such a vacation: |

Staff: 10 points - everyone is very nice, smiling, helpful, like family)))) Rooms: 10 points - cozy, clean, with a gorgeous view, opening the balcony, in the morning you hear the sound of the sea and the murmur of the pool filters (like streams), which sooooo pleasantly caresses your ears through a dream.

Rooms: 10 points - cozy, clean, with a gorgeous view, opening the balcony, in the morning you hear the sound of the sea and the murmur of the pool filters (like streams), which sooooo pleasantly caresses your ears through a dream.
Promenade: 10 points - a beautiful promenade along the sea for several kilometers, along which it is a pleasure to walk.
Sea: 7 to 10 points. The sea changes color depending on the sun: for example, at 8 am it can be hazy gray, at 9 am green, at 10 am blue, at 12 blue, etc. (in short, 50 shades of blue). The main thing is not to get scared right away: we arrived early and were upset that the sea was ugly, then we realized what was happening. Small algae sometimes wash up on the shore.
Meals: from 3 to 7 points - NOT a restaurant (as in those hotels that we used to), but rather a dining room, the choice is small, but by the third day you get used to it and take what you like.
Alcohol: from 3 to 8. I appreciate the fact that all drinks are served in beautiful glass glasses. The taste of the cocktail depends on the bartender. Very tasty cocktails were made only by Orkhad. He is not a bartender, his "position" is higher, but he helped, because the "newcomers" could not cope, they did something more like a puddle (Orkhad 10 points, the rest - 3 points). Beer and brandy are normal (8 points).
Beach: 1 point - consider it not there, a strip of "earth" a meter wide, brings algae to the beach, and when a boat sails, it washes away sun loungers in waves; pontoon - 10 points - the view is gorgeous, but you need to take sun loungers on the pontoon (and, by the way, by the pool) no later than 6.30 in the morning. Otherwise, you risk being left without a place at all. If the hotel has 84 rooms (that's about 168 people or more), then I counted 95 sun loungers by the pool, on the pontoon and the "beach".
CONCLUSION: we mainly complain about the owner of the hotel: we need to think something about places for vacationers - the number of sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, chairs should be more!!!! ! + I would like, of course, to diversify the food: not one soup, but, for example, 2-3; more sauces, salads, meat dishes.
But, with all the "minuses", "pluses" of the rest: nature, beautiful sea, gorgeous views, unrealistically friendly and at the same time unobtrusive hotel staff, the opportunity to walk every evening along the beautiful embankment to the colorful center of Turgutreis, where there are many "delicious" fish restaurants, " made our vacation unforgettable. I hope we will come again))))

The area is not large but enough for passive recreation. All rooms with sea view. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.
There were no downsides for me or my family at the hotel.
I recommend Dragut Point South Hotel !!!
I think if we are in Bodrum we will stay only in this hotel

For those who travel to Turgutreis for the first time, I want to warn you that the water in these places is a little invigorating and worries that it is not suitable for families with small children. The hotel is suitable for those who want to "chill" - passively relax, without even bothering to think about whether to relax on the beach or by the pool, and whether to rush to eat.

The hotel is suitable for those who want to "chill" - passively relax, without even bothering to think about whether to relax on the beach or by the pool, and whether to rush to eat. The hotel is so compact that, lying by the pool, you can go for a swim in the sea, which is literally a few steps away, and right next to you, and a bar, and the main restaurant, and you can migrate with drinks and food anywhere - even to a sun lounger, and though in the room - no one will say a word. By the way, the food here is available almost all day long: I was late for breakfast - there is a brunch, smoothly flowing into snacks and ice cream, and then lunch, after which again goodies, cakes and tea, and then dinner) And again, not all : after all, there is also a night soup! )))
As for the menu, it is typically all-inclusive and you should not expect any frills, but absolutely everything is tasty and sound. Oh yes, the ice cream and local alcohol here are very good, which exceeded my expectations from a standard all-inclusive. Especially delicious cocktails are made by a blonde in a bar near the reception (the main thing is to be able to explain what you want).
Yes, not knowing English is a problem for many: the administrative staff have no problems with this (there is even a girl who speaks Russian), but explaining to the bartender what to pour for you is a challenge, so here's a little hint for you: use the word " no" instead of "without" - then there are more chances that you will be understood)))
But this is the only drawback, because the staff is wonderful, responsive, always ready to help. And the guys at the reception will solve any problem. And there is no tradition to settle in rooms "worse" if you did not give a reward.
A little about the hotel building and rooms.
The hotel is well maintained, very comfortable, each room has a wonderful view of the sea, as well as a jacuzzi. They clean well, shampoos and balms are changed at least every day, if they are over. The only thing was that there was an incident with towels several times: they are taken away to be changed every day, but fresh ones from the laundry may not be delivered on time, but brought later, and this caused certain inconveniences. But, at the same time, if you need an extra blanket or bedspread - feel free to write a note in English and leave it on the bed - the maid will be able to translate, and your wish will be fulfilled.
And another little trick - the air conditioner can be turned on again after 5 minutes, as you get the card, so you will always have optimal conditions in your room.
As for the animation, it is extremely unobtrusive, which is a definite plus for me.
Now let's go over the disadvantages:
Since the territory is small, then, accordingly, there is little greenery.
In addition, for lovers of the beach - it is very small, and the whole thing is "caressed by the wave", so it won't work out much to tinker in the sand. But there is a wide pontoon with sun loungers. But for me, this is again a plus, because it was much more comfortable for me to lie by the pool and the bar, because the sea is within easy reach.
Another minus is the lack of Russian TV channels.
And last but not least: a local dog that is welcomed by the staff. She is calm and lies like a seal, but I don’t understand, since she is welcomed, then why they don’t bring her into a well-groomed state. Although, in any case, there is no place for a dog in a hotel, because guests may have allergies.
That's all, the impressions of the hotel are very good, rested well.
