When checking in, I had to force the working staff to give us another room, because it was hard to describe what was in the first one offered! What 4 stars, if the circle is devastation and dirt! The cabinet doors are broken. There are no safes although they claimed one. Even wifi is only in the lobby! And this is just the beginning. There were no towels in the room. Our neighbors were given a room with a DIRTY SHEETS. All rooms are smoky. As far as food is concerned, one can only write and write here. We have never had a delicious meal! Our tourists had to eat to eat. The dishes are greasy. There was nothing at the bar but diluted cola and terrible beer! 99% of the guests here are Turkish. They collect whole tables of plates, eat and eat, they don’t even let you at the table! The staff behaves terribly - they offer to spend the night together! The pool area is dirty, hair everywhere. After all that, what do you think I paid money for? Maybe the beach would at least be good? But even here we were in for a huge disappointment. . In the evening we just went and collected glasses! The beach is not cleaned at all! The child took out the used contraception from the water! I wrote this review so that you will never repeat our mistakes with the choice! The pictures on the sites are good and beautiful, but you don’t need to follow them. It is better to go to another city, without doubting good service.
