As it turned out upon arrival, the hotel was not ready for the visit of guests.
There is not enough staff. Everywhere is very dirty: elevators, stairs, tables - everything is covered with stains of unknown origin.
Rooms are miserable. If you do not have a sea view, then there is nothing to do but sleep. The furniture is old, battered, shabby. Huge gaps in the doors, through which local animals can get to visit you (for example, we had a lizard, ants and a cockroach). Channel 1 is Russian, the rest are not ours. The refrigerator almost does not work, so barely, the temperature is a couple of degrees lower than outside.
The toilet bowl makes water bad, it was necessary to press the button 10 times for the water to go).
And probably the main "highlight" of the room is the presence of a joint door with a neighbor's room, you can visit if someone is bored or listen to who is doing what at the moment.
There are a lot of sea urchins on the beach in the water, don't go without slippers!

The piers are closed with a fence, they did not work.
The only place we spent time was the main pool, but that's not what we came here for, was it?
There are some pluses, but they really could not smooth out all the negative points, alas! (the city is nearby, the minibar replenishment is good daily, the bathroom was clean and thanks for that, the Internet catches everywhere and is free).
This hotel is overpriced. This is not Turkey, but at best Berdyansk, or something...
