Choosing a hotel: we chose the hotel very carefully, because. with us was a one and a half year old son and my husband's mother, who had not been to Turkey before. The main criteria for the child were: a sandy beach, a gentle entrance to the sea, food, a large area, a clean and comfortable room, and for the mother they wanted to show all the delights of all inclusive. TUI Magic Life Masmavi satisfied all our requirements by 110%.
Hotel infrastructure: like all hotel complexes in Turkey, Masmavi consists of a main building and a bungalow. You will not see incredible architecture, the usual nondescript 6-storey building of the main building and pretty nice bungalows around.
The reception is located in a separate building at the entrance (this is good, the constant flow of buses and taxis does not interfere with vacationers).
But then indescribable beauty begins: part of the territory is planted with pine trees, everywhere there is a well-groomed green lawn, fountains, unusual pools, landscape design worked out to the smallest detail, flowers, palm trees. Everything in the complex does not leave indifferent even the most demanding guest.
Staff: we were brought to the hotel at 6 in the morning (there was a night flight), the child was sleeping in her arms, and we ourselves wanted to relax. But we were ready for the fact that we will be settled only at 14:00, so we had no particular illusions. I don’t know if it was a miracle or the hotel really cares about its guests, we were settled immediately upon arrival (that is, at 7 in the morning we were in our room and without any additional payments).
The staff is courteous, responsive and welcoming. Everywhere is clean, well-groomed and beautiful, i. е. A lot of work is done every day, but when the employees did this work, we did not see it. Which once again confirms the high level of the hotel.
Meals: We used to go to the main restaurant all the time. The cuisine is varied and you won't leave hungry. Even gourmets will find something to eat. I was pleasantly surprised by the king prawns and rams on a spit. Lots of fish, meat, pastries, fruits. And everything is very, very tasty.
Rooms: lived in the main building in a two-room suite. The rooms are not big, but quite comfortable. Everything you need is there. Cleaned and cleaned every day.
Entertainment: the hotel is designed for any kind of recreation, both for youth and for families. The bar offers a wide range of strong drinks and cocktails, the animation is active, but not imposed, quite worthy performances in the amphitheater.
Tennis, archery, yoga, aqua aerobics, football, gym, water slides, if you like outdoor activities, you will find something to do on site.
For children: when we were going on vacation, we thought that our baby was too small for such a trip. The hotel has a lot of guests with children (age starting from 3 months). There is a playground and a children's room (two girls - animators are constantly there). Three children's pools (we went all the time to the sea).
If you are relaxing with a child, we recommend that you hide a few new toys in your suitcase, because. there they stand like an airplane)))
P. S. I never understood people who go to the same place every year. But in TUI Magic Life Masmavi I would like to come back again. I give it the highest score in all respects.

We traveled with 2 families - 4 adults and 3 children (15.12 and 3 years old). We arrived at the hotel at half past six in the morning. I couldn't sleep on the plane at all. I already imagined white sheets and was in anticipation of sleep. But at the reception there was the only guy who did not speak Russian, who in English (his knowledge did not save me in any way) told us that we can now sit on chairs, go to eat at 7 in the morning. If you are lucky and there will be a free room, we will be settled at 9-10 in the morning. If there are no free rooms, then in general, according to the rules, check-in is from 14 pm. My sister with a 3-year-old child could not even imagine such a thing that after a sleepless night they would continue to muzzle us. No place to take a shower, no place to lie down. On the territory there are soft sofas. But on the day of our arrival it rained, it was cold and wet, it was not an option to sit on them. I felt sick, my blood pressure rose. For 10 minutes we managed to take a nap in the chair at the reception, which is comfortable for sitting, but not adapted for sleeping in any way - low. The staff who later came to work did not help us either. I asked for at least a standard room for a while until the families were free, but the guy stupidly repeated the same thing: the hotel is full, there are no rooms. Well, I will never believe in it and I will not be able to understand. As a result, my sister was settled at half 10, our family at half past twelve. Far from how I imagined the beginning of our holiday. The rest of the day we slept in the room, so the first day was gone. Then everything was fine: food, bar, animation, everything was on top. Big beautiful area. Every day a new program. I really liked the sporty Jena with her bikes. Another disadvantage: at the end of April-beginning of May it is too early to go, it is still quite cold, windy, the water is often cool. The girl Yulia, who guided us, assured us that it was already warm at that time. Alas, it is not. We almost all got sick. My husband was on fire for 2 days, I coped with my medicines. When they ended, the temperature rose in the youngest son and I called their Turkish doctor. They drove for about 2 hours. I paid $60 for the call. I was given an appointment and 4 paracetamol tablets. My husband has a sore throat, we are already being treated at home. My son is already feeling better, we are treating a cough. The hotel is not bad, but the beginning and end of the holiday are spoiled. I recommend paying attention to the time of the flight and the conditions of honey. insurance, and also go a little later, when the water is warmer. I recommend the hotel to revise the rules for settling, even if there is no free room in the early morning, you need to think over the concept so that people feel like people. Organize a common shower (we took one in Egypt), a place to relax where you can lie down. There is a room for suitcases. Why not make one for people? So that people do not want to immediately go home, having arrived on vacation.

DAY 1.
On the very first day, even before settling in, we found Dr Serbest SPA according to the signs and signed up there to go to the hammam for a program with steam rooms and three types of massage. We were booked for 3pm and told to come by that time. We come, pay $ 100 for two, change clothes, and the massage therapist drags you straight from the locker rooms to peeling. We tell him in complete bewilderment that this procedure requires prepared and steamed skin, because we have been in the Turkish hammam for the sixth time and we know how it happens, and this character points to the clock and says "time, time", we refuse to go. He goes to the main (SERDAR), returns and allows him to go to the steam room for 5-7 minutes. Let's go for a peeling. The masseurs were already angry and in a hurry. Accordingly, peeling resembled planing with a planer on wood.
There was a frantic desire to tear at least something from the skin to show their peeling skills. As a result, my skin on the dé colleté area was completely torn off (photo attached) and small spots all over my body, which later provoked an allergy to the sun. We leave the SPA, start complaining at their reception, they tell us that I got burned in the sun (yeah, an hour after checking in), they bring a cheap hand cream and say: “This is for you, smear it. ” We give the cream back, we go to the hotel in Guest Relations, we find the girl OKSANA S there? ZAN, we show how the procedures are carried out in their SPA. Her first answer is that the SPA does not apply to the hotel at all (despite the fact that their advertising is just everywhere, even on the room keys and in the speed dial in the room). But she went with us to the spa to "resolve" the issue. She recounted the whole problem, but they had already prepared and told her their story, that we were allegedly late ourselves, we had to come in advance, and not exactly at 15.00.
And what happened to my skin is "NORMAL". Oksana said that the issue would be resolved and asked us to come back in a couple of days.

DAY 2-4.
All this time I had to treat the skin, buying products for treatment with my own money. As a result, the issue was not resolved even after 4 days, because Oksana, with her keen “medical” look, did not notice serious injuries, running past me on more important matters.

DAY 5.
We decided to remind ourselves, we come to the SPA to Serdar and ask how our issue will be resolved. He says that we should not interfere with the rest of the guests and threatens us to call the security of the hotel (which they do not belong to, as you remember) =)) We again come to the Guest Relations counter to Oksana, she says that she listened to both sides of the conflict and does not understand what we want.
I ask what two parties, if there is only the injured party, from whom they took the money, skinned, accused of being the one to blame and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE, not to mention returning $50 to the injured person. She calls Serdar again, talks to him and then informs us that he agreed to return the $25, because he believes that he did nothing wrong. My boyfriend said out loud that he should go to hell with his proposal and not be dishonored, because we spent more on treatment! (FURTHER THIS PHRASE WILL BE COMPLETELY CHANGED BY OKSANA AND WILL BE THE BASIS FOR EVICTION). We said we would write a review about this spa! Oksana calls the person ADIL TURUN? (Operation Manager) and says that it is not possible to resolve the conflict peacefully. Adil asks us to come up to him and says that he has already talked to the spa and we will be refunded 50 dollars, for this we need to go back to Oksana so that she goes to the spa with us and fixes everything.
Two hours later we find Oksana, but she turns away from us and asks to turn to Natalia, who is sitting next to us, and she tells us that no one will return anything to us and threatened that if we continue in the same spirit, then our rest will be suspended! We are shocked, we tell her that this is some kind of mistake, we personally talked with Adil and he said something completely different. Oksana joins the conversation and says: “I spoke with Adil half an hour ago and we decided that you would leave us a bad review anyway, so we won’t return anything to you, and if you continue in the same vein, we can evict you. And if we return the money to you, we will ask you for a receipt that you have no claims. " We refuse and answer her that we will leave a review in any case, and the price of your hotel's reputation is $ 50 and cheap threats. Probably they hoped to scare us and shut our mouths.
At the end, she added that she didn’t want to waste her time on us anymore and forbade us to contact the Guest Service, which is included in the price, despite the fact that even in the evening of the previous day they lied to our tour operator by phone that they were not aware of any problems with guests! It was very ridiculous to hear all these words from a person who sees us for the first time and could not even answer the question, what are our names !! ! After this conversation, our travel agent personally called the Guest Service, where Oksana slandered us that we go to the whole hotel and swear, and then just hung up. Further attempts to get through to her ended in hanging up.

DAY 7.
Came an official response from Tez Tour. In it, we learned that the hotel slandered us, accused us of incorrect communication with the staff and, of course, did not forget to remind us that the SPA does not belong to the hotel. Therefore, the hotel will not apologize.
This answer did not suit us, because these were one-sided negotiations with the people against whom our complaint was directed. We called the Turkish office of Tez Tour ourselves. After all, the complaint was not about the spa itself, but about the threats about our eviction from the managers. And now slander has been added to everything else. Tez Tour calls the hotel again, and they report that NOBODY even told us about the eviction, there was only a small problem with the SPA center, which does not apply to them. To understand this theater of the absurd, Tez Tour decides to send its main guide to the region to the hotel to conduct tripartite negotiations. We met the guide, he called Oksana to come to the negotiations, she promised to be in 2 minutes, but after 15 minutes she did not appear, refusing to participate in the conversation. Irem appeared instead. We insisted that our conversation be recorded, as we were tired of lying on their part.
Naturally, Irem refused, to which we refused to communicate with her. We sat silently and watched her tell Turkish tales to our guide. And then, out of nowhere, the highlight of the program in the red T-shirt of the manager named Adil appears, sits opposite us and, breathing heavily, declares that we should get out of here and that he does not want to see us in the hotel for a minute! Then he solemnly waves his hand at us and disappears in an unknown direction, leaving everyone present in complete awe of his show. Adil, I'm sorry. that they didn’t have time to clap at that moment. We got up and went to pack our things while Tez Tour picked up a hotel for us for the remaining day.

Fantastic! Perhaps this is where the positives end. Go * but in a beautiful wrapper!

NUMBERS. When we checked in, we were told for several hours that our room was not yet ready. And then settled anyway in another room.
=) About the room cleaning, I also want to say that from the incomplete week that we spent here, we had to call the reception several times and ask to either clean the room (when it was already 15.30), or bring towels, which were carefully absent.

NUTRITION:
Take quantity, but not quality. The chefs are so busy preparing side dishes that they seem to forget about meat altogether. Boiled lamb, undercooked chicken wings, liver, small fried fish with lots of bones - this is what is considered worthy to feed people in a five-star German hotel. Roast turkey and fried salmon twice a week are seen as a holiday. There is a large selection of food, but not much to choose from.

THE DRINKS. Diluted fanta in most machines (photo for comparison is attached). Sometimes there is no milk in the coffee machines, you have to redo the latte several times.
People who write that there is fresh juice for breakfast here...If the vending machine says freshly squized juice, it doesn't mean it's fresh =) It's just yuppies or ordinary juice that is shattered before your eyes under the guise of freshly squeezed juice. Strawberries in mid-May were also never seen.

WAITER. Trying to please the guests, perhaps the waiters are the only people in the hotel who even try to do a good job. But in the evening, when you go to the table with a plate, they will only brush away crumbs and leftover food on the part of the table where they decided that you will sit, and the rest of the table will remain uncleaned.

BAR SERVICE. If not German, stop and wait until the Germans are served. Even if you are alone at the bar, wait for the German to come. Without it, you won't be noticed. =)

TOTAL. Perhaps you will be lucky and you will be able to relax without problems.
But I would not advise anyone to go to this hotel, where they can spoil your health, blackmail you, and then slander and evict you. I hope this review will help tourists when choosing a place to stay.

Jacaranda fan and san is what you need, a great vacation for little money (by the standards of this year, that's for sure! ). Food, entertainment at the highest level. As it was described to us, so it turned out. The beach is great too. This is their highlight - a clean, gentle entrance. Flying May 26, 2015 with two children (2 years old and 7 years old). Our accommodation is a standard bungalow (not luxury). Please describe which room is better to take, where it is quieter, not far from the main restaurant and from the beach. What kind of food, are there cereals, soups for children? And what about poisoning (I read that many children were poisoned). Another very interesting infa about the division of the hotel: what exactly is possible and impossible for us? Thank you if anyone answers!

I read a review on one of the sites that they only bake buns in the hotel, and you won’t find baklava in the afternoon with fire. Is it true? And then this delicacy is one of the reasons for love for Turkey :)

We want to go to this hotel with a 10 year old child, having read last year's reviews a little shocked. According to reviews on other sites, this hotel is the leader among hotels of this class in Belek. Yes, and cases with a lack of places are scary, I don’t even know what to do?
