I liked the beach: a large coastline, a good entrance to the sea, a swing on the shore and one even in the sea. Sheds are solid, not umbrellas, a lot of sun loungers under a canopy. The beach is clean. The room card was given to us after 12:00. They settled us in the old building near the "quiet" pool. At first we were upset: the old cases look outdated. And then they were very happy, because the rooms themselves are good, with good repairs and cleaned well. Loud music from the main pool did not bother us day or night. In addition, it was close to go to the sea and the main restaurant. Dinner on the same day pleased us with its variety: sushi, mussels, shrimp, red fish in the walls, turkey kebabs, lamb and veal kebabs and a lot more delicious. lots of vegetables and fruits. Everything is very fresh and tasty. We dined at a restaurant near the beach: the choice is not as large as in a restaurant, but it is enough to have a tasty meal. Ice cream was offered from 12 to 16: "Oreo", frozen yogurt and various fruit - all delicious. Drinks are local.
The fridge in the room was filled with good quality drinks every day. The hotel had a simply gorgeous evening children's program. In addition to dancing with children, after every day there was a Show. A show with a capital letter: a show on the theme of Toy Story 3, Ninjago, a show of soap bubbles - the children squealed with delight, and the adults were very interested. Show tricks and acrobatic numbers. According to reviews, the evening program for adults was also very interesting - we did not go. The hotel has a water park. It should be noted that everything is well organized in terms of safety - many lifeguards work and they monitor compliance with the rules of skiing. We were satisfied with the rest and the quality of the hotel services, so we can recommend it for relaxation.
To begin with, I read the reviews and found out that you can join the hotel club and order a compliment from the hotel upon arrival. I filled out the form, and after 3 days a confirmation came, I printed it out and gave it to the reception along with the voucher during check-in (we were brought fruit and wine to the room). It was a pleasure. P. S. We took the wine home with us.
We booked the Club Standard, we were completely satisfied with the room. Shower, laminate flooring, flat screen TV, minibar at a high level (beer, cola, fanta, srite, sparkling water with different flavors, chocolate bars, straws).
Lots of entertainment for adults and children (played water polo, volleyball). For children, there is an excellent mini club (you need to sign up on time), the child always came out happy with chupacups, crafts, in the evening they were awarded a diploma and a medal).
The sea and the beach are just amazing! Clean, warm water, nice sand. Convenient entry. Dive from the pier. Constantly clean the path along which vacationers walk.
The water park is also super, we rolled on all the slides.
We went to tennis. Reservation of the court is free, and rackets and balls are given a $5 deposit. Tournaments are constantly held in the hotel, there are many athletes (now I want to enroll my daughter in tennis).

The receptionists are very kind to us. Everything will be explained and explained. Very nice. The only problem is cleaning the room. The concept of the hotel says that cleaning is every day, and bed linen is changed every three days. But we had cleaning on the first day and that's it. Garbage began to accumulate in the room and in the toilet. There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room. I left a request every day at the reception to bring bathrobes and throw out the trash. Brought only on the third day. The bar fills up regularly. The food at the hotel is very tasty. Not enough themed dinners as in season. The waiters are doing a great job. The girls are very attentive and always smiling. The hotel area is very green and clean.
In general, everything is very great, if you do not take into account the cleaning in the room. I would also like to note that on the second day of our stay at the hotel we received a letter from the administration. It contained a gift voucher. You can use it to buy something in the hotel store with the Mega Saray logo. Very nice. Thank you very much for your attention.
We were 4 adults and 2 children, registered and sent to eat, after we had breakfast, we were immediately shown to the rooms.
1) Number - 6232 - everything is super.
Number 6230 - outwardly everything seems to be the same, but something constantly broke, then the toilet bowl, then the holder, then the door handle, then the front door opened by itself, and at the end of the vacation the safe was blocked...
2) Cleaning - they cleaned well, but for 1 euro or 2 euros, they didn’t make flowers or figurines for us.
3) Food! WOW! To say that there was a lot of food - to say nothing! A LOT, DELICIOUS! DIFFERENT! There were even oysters.
4) Restaurant - at the entrance to the restaurant they measure the temperature, give out a mask. All service personnel are wearing masks and gloves. When visiting a restaurant (the choice of food that the service staff themselves give out behind glass) takes place in a mask, sit down at the table - take it off.
5) Bars! They serve high-quality drinks, and even beautifully decorated, and even in beautiful glassware! Milkshakes with umbrellas for children... We went to many places, but this was the first time we met!
By the way, there was no welcome drink.
6) Beach - cleaned. But I wouldn’t say that it’s clean, when you come to the beach in the morning (somewhere around 8 in the morning) you see yesterday’s uncleaned dishes, food... Somewhere around 12 they begin to clean...
