We were brought to the hotel around 6:30 am. We knew that check-in according to international standards starts at 14-00 and were ready for this, but still hoped that the child would be settled earlier. It wasn't there. They offered to put on bracelets, change clothes, leave luggage and go to breakfast. We think OK, but where to leave the luggage? Where to change? It turns out that there is no luggage room at the reception and you have to change clothes in the TOILET !!!! ! Well, well, so be it. We took turns going to the toilet to change clothes, as we need to keep track of things.
We had breakfast. Went back to reception to see if the room was ready. We specially booked a room back in Moscow, in the Maracan style. We are told that, since we have ordered an individual number, it is still being prepared. At 13-30 the room is ready. I think finally. While the family is on the beach, I get into an electric car with a luggage carrier and go to my room. This unfortunate driver twice managed to fly out of the road and knock down clay pots for garbage that stand along the edges of the road. A great start to the holiday... With a smart look, he connected it to the lock, pressed the buttons and could not open it. Here I begin to understand that the rest will be specific. The boy safely jumps into his electric car and drives away. The family is already looking for me. Fifteen minutes later, a technician appears and opens the room with a master key.

I go. . . and what do I see!!! ! THIS IS A REGULAR STANDARD ROOM! And where is the vaunted Maracan style? Or this style with a touch of Turkish? They brought my family. I will not write what my wife said about me, but she did not accept my excuses about a broken lock and equipment. Seeing the number, she switched her anger from me to this maracan style. I started calling Moscow. They replied that they would. While they were sorting out, they went to inspect the hotel.
The hotel grounds are very beautiful, everything is well maintained and clean. The beach is far to go, but we hoped that we would be relocated and the rest would be as it should. We were wrong. After a while, we went to the reception desk (helpers from Tui's company) and explained the situation. THEY MADE SERIOUS FACES and went with us to the reception desk. As expected, the receptionists gently sent them and for one us. However, nothing surprising. True, they promised that tomorrow everything would be fine and we would be moved to another room.
The next day, I again went to the counter, they looked at me quite unkindly. Gritting their teeth gave the keys to another room. I already knew for sure that nothing good would be offered to us, but still. Let's go see the new number. The room was exactly the one we ordered, but it was located under the mountain!!!! ! Yes, I was not mistaken under the mountain. That is, when you go out onto the balcony, then you have a huge earthen rampart in front of you and people are walking along the top of the road.
Everything, with the replacement of the number is over, we will live in the old one. The safe in the room does not work. I called the front desk and they brought another one. CLOSED!! ! I spat on him and no longer spoiled my nerves from the completely useless work of the reception staff.

We always went to the restaurant an hour and a half after opening. One day by this time the table cleaners had already begun to clean the tablecloths, although there was still an hour and a half left before the end.
All hotel staff (reception, animation, photographers, bus drivers and other Tui employees) ate together with the hotel guests, and at the rush hour. The kitchen staff at the guests did not hesitate to approach the distribution and take what they needed from the Swedish line. Sugar is only lumpy.

The trays on which the presses stand are buried in mud. There is only one microwave for the whole hotel, and if you want to feed your child on the street, you will have to heat it in the central dining room. Porridge on the line is in large, but not deep trays, you have to pick it up with a spoon. Next to breakfast are tureens with soup! Why soup for breakfast? After all, you can pour porridge there and put a ladle next to it.
Dishes that are on the street near the pool are cold. Do you want to warm up? Welcome to the central dining room. The so-called à la carte restaurants are a special topic. I won’t talk about everything, but I’ll tell you about Italian. We ordered a caprese salad, meat steak, fish steak and risotto. I will not describe all the colors (the meat steak was completely raw), I will say that they only ate a fish steak. The rest of the Italian cuisine is not like at all.
Reanimators, oh sorry animators, "dead", saved only volleyball. On the playground there is a place of soft cover, sand!! ! Every time the child had to wash it off with water. In the middle of our stay, all bottled water refrigerators were removed throughout the hotel. What for? Saving? BUT THE HOTEL IS NOT CHEAP!
