Stayed 3 adults and 2 children. In short. The territory is wonderful. Lots of pools for kids. Children's club Tukan with animators. The girls are trying. Food is like everywhere else. The queues are long. Alcohol is everywhere. Poor quality. Ice cream - whoever had time, he ate. The rooms are not cleaned well. We had an unpleasant incident with the service staff. Thank you receptionist Ramazan Osman quickly sorted everything out. But the boorish attitude of Veronica (also the receptionist) really angered us. There should not be such an employee in a 5 * hotel !! !
