Maybe this is the policy of the hotel, or they just don’t like us at the reception, but with the sea view paid for and indicated in the voucher, they put us in a room overlooking the water slides of the neighboring Sherwood, and only after unpleasant explanations with the senior manager they moved us... to the first floor overlooking the bushes. Well, they don’t have other rooms : (. And, by the way, they didn’t even apologize. The next day, they learned from a separate guide that this was a common misfortune - they all settled in the wrong place, everyone moved with a scandal. So just in case, be prepared for this.
And yet, if you leave in the evening, the number will not be extended for you !! ! You will sit in the lobby.
Nutrition. At the level of a good five, no better and no worse than anywhere else. For breakfast there is freshly squeezed juice and honeycombs. The products are fresh, on the first day everything is very tasty, by the fifth day, as usual, everything is boring : ). Bars are open between restaurants - you can eat all the time : ))
A la carte restaurants: fish - if you want to know how you can spoil the fish, the cookery is better, but also nothing outstanding - in the main restaurant they feed the same.
Rooms. Safe and minibar free of charge, including beer. Bathrobes (large sizes are in short supply, we waited 2 days), slippers, shampoo "Dav" in the shower, conditioner and shower gel are ridiculous, it's better to take your own. 3 Russian-language channels, air conditioning works fine, cleaning - like everywhere else in similar hotels, they didn’t notice much dirt, they left a dollar every other day, but this didn’t affect the quality at all, so it’s up to you. The rooms on the first floor (such as a sea view) overlook a green lawn from the bushes, the sea can be seen if you stand looking, in principle, it is quite quiet - no one walks past the balcony, there are pluses - it catches Wi-Fi well (they say, there are problems above with speed), and walk everywhere close.
I do not advise you to take rooms with a view of the landscape - you will watch and listen as the cars are unloaded in the yard.
Staff. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, besides this year in a restaurant, etc. there are guys from Central Asia - everyone speaks good Russian and they treat us better than the Germans : )). Speaking of Germans - this year there are quite a lot of Russians in the hotel - 15 couples lived with us at the same time, so the hotel ceases to be German, although all announcements and animations are still in German (ads are duplicated in English).
Beach and pool. There are many sunbeds everywhere, of course, the best places take up to 9 hours, but during the day you can always find a free sunbed without problems. The pool is very large, the depth is about 1.5 m everywhere - who can not swim and is afraid of water - you are here. I selected it myself according to this criterion, I did not regret it - you can swim on the mattress all day, there are a lot of places, no one interferes with anyone. Large pavilions by the pool should be taken at 8 o'clock. Water and food are constantly being delivered. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, you can do without special shoes, the depth grows very quickly - after 3 meters it is already deep.
Other little things. The dress code for dinner is 30 percent no longer observed - they go in shorts, T-shirts, in my opinion the staff has already come to terms with this. They constantly hold themed dinners - they ask you to wear certain colors (always white and some other ones - there were red, blue, orange). Most do, but not all.
A separate guide from Corolla Oksana loves to sell excursions and it’s beautiful to lie about them - don’t listen too much, it’s better to check the information via the Internet.
SPA is fully paid.

We had booked a standard room with a view of the landscape, we were put in a room without a balcony on the 1st floor overlooking the cars unloading into the restaurant and a private villa. Clothes had to be dried in the window on four short heated towel rails. Everything naturally flew away. When asked why without a balcony, they said the hotel is full and there are no rooms. The toilet stands right next to the bed behind two glasses with one large gap - it is clear that there is no sound insulation. Above the sink, where you need to put yourself in order, there are not even light bulbs (they are not provided). One outlet was just half bricked up! The robes were so small that I only fit into the men's one! Russian slippers for the shower do not give out-save!
There is not a single letter of information in Russian! Even knowing that you are Russian, they still slip papers under the door in German!
Although comparing our prices for the tour with the prices of the Germans, the same!
The next shock, there is nowhere to go beyond the hotel!!! ! There is just a desert! There are several shops and that's it! The bus runs every half an hour during the day to Serik, but it is unlikely that Serik will please a tourist - this is the same garbage dump! Boazkent is not a place for tourists who like to walk around the area behind the hotel.
Next, do not buy excursions to Dalyan to watch turtles and fishing in Karadzhioren! Scam! You will see turtles in the depths for a glimpse, otherwise you will be exhausted 6 hours there and 6 hours back! At 3 am the beginning of the tour is just exhausting horror! You won’t catch anything on fishing, but mountain serpentine on a big bus is still a pleasure! I still don't know how we didn't fall into the abyss....
The hotel guide Oksana does not help in anything, her main task is to sell you excursions, about which she gives false information.
After a week of asking us to change our room, we asked to see the general manager and complained to him! But they gave us even worse, on the 5th floor. The ceiling of our room was the roof of the hotel, and it was dark brown and there was just a sauna, we refused.
Beach. There are no mattresses, beds with black mold, there is nowhere to hang clothes, everyone just lies on it! There were windows in front of us so we had to remove them ourselves. Russian cocktails are prepared at random, the whole glass is poured over, they do not decorate the cocktail, like the Germans.
Food. You won't leave hungry, but leftover food is put up for the next meal! Even sweets that have already lost their appearance.
By the way, the Germans said that they have this hotel as 4 stars!
The pool-depth is 140 cm, that is, you won’t frolic much, your legs cling to the floor. There are water falls but they are not included!
Pros. This is the sea - the Germans do not swim, so there is no one in the sea! The sunbeds are always free.
Further-on the page of the hotel Koral gives incorrect information-nanny for a child for a fee-what kind of nanny is the hotel 18+.
The mini bar is also free and the safe is free! Apparently, Coral has no information about the hotel at all! Especially about balconies and terraces)))
