Ivan: Everyone liked the hotel, especially the lack of a jacuzzi in the DeLux room, which was promised on the official website of the hotel, and the view from the window of the DeLux room.
Julia: We rested last summer at the Sensimar Side Resort & Spa. We chose Sensimar Belek Resort & Spa because expected the same level of service. We didn't think we'd be faced with something like this. The DeLux room is uncomfortable, although more spacious than the Standard, does not correspond to the DeLux declared on the site, not in terms of interior or content (no jacuzzi, no second TV, no 3 zones, only 2). In general, I think it is dishonorable that the company declares on the website one type of DeLux, and upon check-in reports that all these rooms are occupied, and they can offer us only the second type of Delux (which differs from the standard only in the size of the room). This is the biggest drawback of the hotel, in small things: the shower stinks, the door is broken, the electronic lock does not always work. Everything else can be considered at the level: food, drinks, spa, fitness room, sauna. The only thing is that there are no holidays and theme parties that were regularly held for us at the Sensimar Side Resort & Spa. The rest is measured and calm, there are few children.
