This is the biggest drawback of the hotel, in small things: the shower stinks, the door is broken, the electronic lock does not always work. Everything else can be considered at the level: food, drinks, spa, fitness room, sauna. The only thing is that there are no holidays and theme parties that were regularly held for us at the Sensimar Side Resort & Spa. The rest is measured and calm, there are few children.
