A week before departure, I also rushed to change the hotel. So Tez also ripped off a fine from me for rebooking !!! As a result, the hotel was opened not on May 15, as stated, but only in mid-July!!! As for this hotel, the information I have collected so far is as follows: "the TECHNICAL opening of the hotel is scheduled for April 23, the hotel will begin to receive tourists in early June."
