There is no soundproofing. Refrigerator - mini bar not working! We ask you to fix the fourth day - every half hour they lie that they fixed it !! ! Horror!!!

The guest service is an empty place, they don’t solve anything, they lie, they are useless !! ! They just take up space!
There are no imported alcoholic drinks declared in the menu !! ! Only local alcohol!! ! As soon as you ask for something from the import - they have nothing, it's all over! Once a day, one or two bottles of imported alcohol are put out at the bar (and then only at the lobby), and this is only after a half-hour scandal with managers !! ! About them separately: they do not solve anything, for that there are dozens of them - one more beautiful than the other !! ! For example, when communicating with a bar and restaurant manager about the lack of declared alcohol on the menu, he replies that at the very end of the menu it is written in small print in Turkish that if something is missing, they have the right to replace it with anything. At the same time, they also yell in Turkish at each other and hotel guests! You can forget about elite alcohol in general - it is not there!
When you demand something, the staff can just silently turn around and leave! The food is meager and monotonous! There are no normal fish! Not even lamb! Forget seafood! There isn't even lokum. Food like in Egypt in the top four: chicken and cutlet with rice and tomato, tasteless fruits and biscuit cakes. I didn't see the children's menu at all!
The animation is disgusting: There are no normal shows, there is no live music!
The beach is poorly cleaned from algae, a half-dismantled pontoon with no descents into the sea, there are not enough sunbeds. Change of towels only in the spa.
The hotel is ruined!! ! Before the pandemic, it was on the level - now it's a pathetic parody!! ! Do not go here!! ! Do not waste your money - for such a price tag you will get much more in any other hotel of this category!

The staff (cleaning, bar, restaurant) is very nice and attentive. Beautiful and well-groomed territory of the hotel. Great snack bar on the beach. Ice cream in abundance. Good DJ at the bar. Huge pools!
The rooms are dirty, the cleaning was disgusting, upon departure they were forced to pay 271 € for linen spoiled by a one-year-old child (they didn’t teach to run to the toilet), they didn’t wear diapers, because diarrhea corroded the ass to the blood, not a single mother will hurt her child! Prices and damaged sheets, no one provided, everything is just in words! The cost of sheets and towels is also thought up.
The restaurant does not have a blender to feed babies! The food is monotonous and tasteless (but they don’t argue about tastes), there is no seafood, from the word at all, once a week they give sushi from them one name, rice with carrots! No one in this hotel heard about covid-19 prevention measures, even in the kitchen, everyone goes without gloves, antiseptics hang for beauty. Used condoms are lying on the beach for half a day and g... clearly! No one cleans anything even on request! The dishes are dirty, especially the glasses. They deceive the hotel doctor, apply only for your insurance, no one will return you the spent 90 €.
Lots of reviews from September this year about eating disorders at this hotel, I hope they don't get away with it! Elementary wet cleaning and mopping were not carried out. And for a long time, judging by the amount of dirt and dust.
Internet access was limited, the network worked with constant interruptions.
The hotel is in a very bad condition, it needs a major overhaul, dirt and stench everywhere you look. The rooms have hard old mattresses and pillows. The floor was scratched, the walls were stained and painted, the wallpaper was torn, and patched in places. Air conditioning produces hot air and not only in the room, but throughout the hotel. Cleaning is generally a separate issue, you can simply say no in this hotel, the floors in the room are not washed, they were washed only after a complaint. Dirty bathrobes were taken away, issued after 3 days, also after a complaint. The hotel staff is not professional, they are Kazakhs or Uzbeks who came to earn extra money for the season, so the service is at a very low level. They don't speak English. And so it is in everything. The furniture throughout the hotel is old, worn and scratched, like the hotel itself. The area around the pool and the beach is not washed at all. Tiles fell off in places in the pool, Dirty sunbeds, and the mattresses on them are generally terrible, everything is dirty, greasy stains and bird droppings. No one has washed them for 13 days. It seems that they have never been changed or washed all summer. In some mattresses, foam crumbled from old age.
There are no umbrellas, instead of them there are rusty pipes and rags tied to them. I'll attach a photo. The wooden pantones laid between the sunbeds are falling apart, torn sticks with nails are sticking out. The quality of the food is just awful, the same thing every day, some kind of mechanics is not fresh, in the evening they could not have eaten enough food for dinner. Overcooked dry meat. Chicken or turkey. Frozen shrimp were given a couple of times from seafood. Pike perch and grilled overdried trout. And so all 13 days. All the food is not tasty, in the end we could not choose what to eat. Cocktails in bars are generally some kind of swill, sometimes even without ice. The height of ignorance is a mojito with strawberry syrup... It was my birthday, the hotel did not congratulate me in any way.
This is our first time in Turkey, it's a pity that it happened. Next time we will study the hotel very carefully so as not to get into a spoiled vacation again. Terrible hotel, would not recommend at all. Regret 100 times.
At the entrance to the "dining room" there is a sanitizer - even if you press 3 times, you will not have enough to treat your hands ! ! Savings - horror! ! Similarly, on the floors, 80% of the time there is simply no antiseptic !! ! Then everyone puts 50% of the food on their own, that is, if I sneezed and picked up the device, everyone takes it after me !! ! and so on in a circle... all the guests without masks, although it would be logical where a crowd of people put them on, and when you sit down at the table, before a meal - take them off, as they do in normal hotels! but why the hotel saves on everything!!! ! there are no alcohol wipes on the tables, the staff - many are simply without masks... especially those who are in blue or red T-shirts with the logo of the hotel, what to talk about, called the manager from the guest relay - and he is without a mask, how is it?????
Audibility in the rooms - no words!! ! You can hear everyone who coughs on the floor below, above, left or right...
On the non-smoking floor, they smoke in the rooms and on the balconies, the windows are so cheap or old, all the stench comes into the room from the neighbors, the stink is really impossible to ask when checking in if the guests smoke and where to settle them ???
At 22:45 in the next room they begin to repair the air conditioner, the noise is on the floor of the floor, it lasts half an hour, support at number 7777 picks up the phone from the 4th time, after calling them nothing happens!!! ! baby woke up!!
at 00:47 you can hear how people walk in the corridor, the doors slam like in a compartment - the child shudders ! ! . .

No non-smoking areas!! ! the children's pool can sit underdeveloped who smoke near their own and other people's children, no one controls it!!
Umbrellas near the pool also have to be opened by ourselves - such a service, and most of the umbrellas are simply broken, the sunbeds are not washed and not processed!! ! In the hotel anti-covid measures are equal to zero! ! The playground is terribly dirty and all broken! ! Animation for children - None! ! Animators well, very sad!

All food is the same type, onion rings for breakfast, lunch and dinner! ! Every day, pasta and buckwheat, a lot of fried meat, often raw meat, scrambled eggs in the morning - 85% of it is just burnt!
Fruits: Melon - green, Plum and Peaches 90% green! ! instead of fresh - juice dilutions !! ! Coffee powder!

Unfortunately this hotel shattered my illusions to the ground. I perfectly understand that there is a pandemic in the world, the situation is difficult and we are all tired of it. But tourists and guests in Turkey are always worth their weight in gold. We expect sun, sea, delicious food and smiling locals from Turkey. And Turkey expects investments from us in the form of payment for tours and the purchase of all kinds of souvenir and edible products. Quite normal economic relations.
Unfortunately, this time we did not expect any of the above. It should be mentioned that since we had an important event, I decided to please a loved one a little and ordered a romantic package. In principle, everything that I want to tell about in this review began with him.
I already felt the catch when I checked in - the promised VIP reception turned out to be not VIP at all and we just stood, like everyone else, even a little longer because the girl who received us was constantly distracted by other people who arrived, leaving us, our friends who arrived at the same hotel settled in faster. The girl from the Guest Relation didn't even bother to say "congratulations", although she did specify if we were newlyweds. Absolutely phlegmatic personality without a shadow of hospitality. We were sent to eat before check-in. And then another problem came up. In connection with the pandemic, where food is all covered with protective plastic glasses. It seems that everything is logical - waiters or cooks will collect food for you and give it to you so that a lot of people do not delve into food, increasing the risks. In fact, all the days of rest, we just had to wriggle and wring our hands to reach for food, burning ourselves and cursing the already hated epidemic.
To all complaints, requests and hints, the girl with the Guest Relations robot answered that everything would be fixed and they would try, but the situation remained the same for the whole vacation. The staff in the restaurant was absolutely unfriendly I would even say angry. They poked a finger into the devices for picking up food, saying that you can handle it yourself and ignored you. We had to constantly wait for someone to come and put food. The food itself is monotonous - turkey, chicken, one type of fish in different versions and that's it. No seafood for you, no frills of any kind. And in principle, it would be normal if it were not for one thing: the hotel is positioned as a VIP and Luxury. In the lobby you can see awards and various nominations in the luxury and VIP segment. But with this kind of cuisine, it's not even close to VIP and Luxe. But back to the romantic package that I chose. When we got into the room, there was champagne on the table and the key word was "on the table. "
That is, the VIP class hotel did not even bother to put it in a bucket of ice, while the manager asked me for the time of arrival. The decoration of the room, let's say it was at 3-ku. I immediately wrote to the manager who answered me by e-mail and painted the problem. Ice had to wait until it was brought. We went to sit on the terrace to rest from the road, as we flew and got there in the morning. Some man came with a girl from the guest relay and right in front of everyone they began to ask me what was wrong. Of course, I sent them beforehand saying what was wrong, but mentioning that let it be as it is for now. However, another surprise awaited me. The air conditioning in the room didn't work and my romantic first night turned into a living hell. In the morning, I immediately wrote first of all that I want to cancel everything and get my money back, since the package absolutely does not correspond to the declared level.
At first, managers, guest relay and staff tried to dissuade me, but then they agreed and said that the money would be returned. But then another problem began, I paid with a card and the amount was still just booked. But everyone said in unison that they could no longer cancel the reservation and now the money must be returned by contacting their bank. I will return to this issue later.
Further on the hotel. Before arriving there, of course, we familiarized ourselves with the full range of services and promised entertainment at the hotel. Still, I want to spend a vacation about an important event interesting. Among other things, which is the standard for Turkish hotels, a concert by Alexander Revva was announced on the site. I have made several calls to the hotel. I asked directly and several times whether this event would take place and each time I received an answer that everything is fine and everything is in force.
Then when I can see the staff already got it, they told me that all the information was on the site and hung up. And on the website of such a serious VIP-Luxury hotel it was written that Pirozhkov's concert would take place on May 6th. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the first thing we heard was that there would be no Revva and his concert. Guest Relations answered all our questions and indignations that they allegedly did not know this themselves, then they began to say that so far it is not yet 100% known and they are looking for a flight, etc. , etc. At the same time, the information was still on the site and even after 5 days of stay, we met guests who went to the hotel with the idea that they would also get to the Revva concert. Absolutely irresponsible attitude towards guests, neglect and deception of guests. Now for drinks. As the hotel claims to be high class and we had the Ultra All Inclusive we were allowed to order drinks with foreign alcohol. And this is a separate issue.
In addition to the fact that the staff of the bars is absolutely dead, without emotional and unprofessional, you also have to stand above them and watch that the alcohol is poured for you exactly imported, and not the one that they have in bottles. Of course, they were very angry and constantly asked to go to the table, and they would already bring a drink. The same thing worked with normal Illy bean coffee. If you don’t stand all the time over the bartender, then wait for something, you will get swill from a simple machine standing right next to it. The feeling of relaxation and enjoyment was completely destroyed by such an attitude. As for the air conditioner - we spent 4 days of our vacation constantly swearing and demanding to turn on the air conditioners. And although the girl at the Guest Relations stubbornly made fools of us, saying that only we were worried, we later learned from at least 10 more people that they also could not be in the room, because it was wildly hot there and they were also told that only they did not like it .
At my insistent request, he wrote a paper in which he promised that the money would be returned no later than 10 working days.
Well. It's been almost a month now. No money has been returned to my account. All managers have stopped responding to my emails, they just ignore me. I also wrote to the general manager of the hotel, Mr. Murat Yilmaz Zeren, through the world-famous business network LinkedIn, of which he is a member. And got no response from there. It's not about the amount of the matter in relation to the client, to the guest. Absolute indifference, deceit and unwillingness to help. Of course, I contacted my bank and naturally they will return this money to me, it just takes a very long time. But all the evidence is there. In the form of letters and paper confirmations.
The hotel had pluses - the interior is very good although it needs updating. The pool was heated. The area is quite spacious.
But what attitude they have towards you as a client completely kills all the pluses.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Since I have a very extensive network of contacts, both family and business, I will take all possible measures to discourage guests from this hotel. And of course, I will never visit it myself.
I'll start with the bad:
1. The beach does not meet the "blue flag", you need to clean it more often.
2. When checking into a hotel, arrogant Mustafa, or how eagerly lures him out of an additional fee for early check-in in the amount of 90 euros, barely persuaded him for 20 American rubles, and this despite the fact that the hotel is only 20% occupied.
3. The sun loungers on the beach are in a terrible state - they are all broken, and there are no mattresses on them!
4. Nutrition!! ! Well, now, in these difficult times, everyone is on the loose in this regard, but the guys are V. I. P. his mother!
5. When you lie down and rest, no one will ask if everything is fine with me and I would not like something to drink, but I should have asked!
6. The sea. . . I don't know, it was the first time in Belek, but the sea really disappointed me, it's dirty(((
7. I almost forgot - the hotel is already in need of renovation, in the corridors in some places it smells of lamb, I can't stand it!
8. A la carte restaurant for 100 euros with 2 people, hahaha.
Pros:
1. The staff is trying and most succeed.
2. A lot of greenery on the territory, and the territory itself is 90.000 square meters. m quite satisfied.
Here are some goodies! In general, I do not recommend)
Convenient location of the rooms (relative to the spa, restaurant and lobby), a sufficient number of shops with a good assortment, comfortable upholstered furniture in the lobby and throughout the hotel, beautiful terraces, well-groomed green area, playground, with a good security system. Swimming pools, wellness spa, hammam are just great! After the pool or hammam, you can also drink herbal tea there, and returning to your room, you can look into the cafe and drink a cup of coffee with cakes or chocolate.
And in the evening in the lobby every evening there is live music, an animation program.
The relaxed atmosphere allows you to relax (I wrote and smiled “relax” myself, but we didn’t do anything else there and definitely didn’t strain : )), those who wish can dance, sing and take part in competitions. Which we did and won a bottle of wine. Nicely! The hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis and drinks at the bar will satisfy the most demanding guests. Cognac courvoisier, whiskey chivas, koktel mohito, Bloody Mary and much more. Nuts, chips, fruits are served, as well as hot salep (which is said to be a good aphrozodiac).
Delicious cocktails are made for children. The staff takes them seriously and very attentively. Spend your holidays at Spice Hotel & SPA 5* and you won't regret it!
There are very few sun loungers, at the peak of the season I can’t even imagine where they place everyone, there are no umbrellas at all (one for 10 people). There are no sunbeds on the grass! Only elbow to elbow by the pool, or by the sea is also very tight! A separate song for the lobby bar! No imported drinks! Under familiar labels, an incomprehensible drink! Even the staff does not hide that managers replace drinks!
Finally killed the beach boy, who approached us in the VIP area with a mattress from which water was pouring, and told us to get up from the sunbed, because. he needs to put a mattress on it! We thanked, but said that we did not want to lie on wet and dirty mattresses. Answer: Well, it flows a little, but they are all dirty!! !
