We want to thank Ahmed, who has been working at the reception for many years, settled us quickly, in rooms with a fresh renovation and a convenient location - he found us rooms close to each other, told us about the changes in the hotel, a very competent, attentive and pleasant person! The beach bar had a disco from 22-24, evening mini disco and shows for adults. In the evening there is where to walk along the promenade. There is a kids club where you can leave the child under the signature and calmly go about their business.
The hotel is family, almost all with kids, although there were couples, there are not many young people. It can be seen that all the employees are trying and polite to the vacationers. We really liked the rest, we will come again and advise everyone, I think that this is the best hotel in Belek in terms of price-quality ratio, it is also close to the airport, it is important who travels with children.
Now about the cons - cleanliness: you need to ask for cleaning every day, they clean it well every other time. There is no animation - the girls walk with such faces that an adult does not want to come up, not like a child. Especially the animator Katya, she never smiles at all, she works like a machine.

3. The room is quite good. Cleaned regularly, changed towels and bedding, even though we were only 6 nights.

5. A special treat at the spa) paid for a massage, hammam and scrub for 5 treatments. Massage is the bomb! I highly recommend to those who work at the computer and drive for a long time! Really didn't regret it.

Pools, slides, the sea - just super. The child is delighted. It's bad that the slides work on time. The sea is very warm, but very salty. The entry is not entirely sandy, there are stones along the coastline, it is not convenient to enter everywhere. But these are trifles. You need to borrow sunbeds early in the morning, if you want under an awning.
The food is varied and there is a lot of food. But there are not always enough places. Bars are open, drinks are diluted a little, but no one wanted to get drunk, so everything was fine.
There was some entertainment at the pool, but we were at sea. In the evening, interesting dances for children, then a show for everyone.
There are shops on the premises.
Rooms are clean, cleaned daily. Of the minuses - the shower cabin was leaking, so of course it doesn’t pull on 5 stars.
Separately, I want to note the paid fish restaurant. For 25 euros, the three of us ate to satiety.
A pleasant bonus from the hotel for a birthday was found in the room a postcard, a bottle of wine and a small cake with candles.

My husband and I's mood fell nowhere lower and we frustrated trudged to the beach.
The sea met us with mega warm waters, since it was about 38 degrees outside and we finally took our souls away.
Half an hour before the settlement, we reluctantly and arguing decided to drop in for lunch, not expecting anything tasty to see there, and... the first thing that caught my eye was grilled trout. In general, the rest played with bright colors. There was plenty of food and everything, damn it, is very tasty: beef, veal, turkey, chicken, fish, there were even shrimp, mussels, squid rings. Mmm. There were always apples and oranges in the morning. For lunch and dinner + melon, watermelon, grapes, apricots. Lots of cakes, ice cream at the bar.
The staff is very responsive, all requests were embodied, and not ignored. We were given a room in a building next to the pool, but with access to the store. He arranged for us (I will attach a photo).
In general, the result is this: the food is delicious, the staff is excellent, the show program (we went to one only) dance looked with great pleasure, I even personally thanked the dancers; palm trees should be cut, as there are a lot of dry leaves and this spoils the appearance of the tree, and the beach - guys, we should clean it up more carefully and somehow solve the problem with flies in the restaurant. It was for the flies, trees and the beach that I removed a star in my assessment.
Conclusion: I will return here with the children, as the price suits me very much and the quality is more than consistent.
Now the negative will go and it could be better:
Check-in will take place at 14:00, regardless of your arrival, ie on arrival at 3 o'clock in the morning you will have to spend an hour on the sofas of the reception, where there are several air coolers without air conditioning, which can not cope with suffocation. The advantage is the ability to use food and beach without settlement. The Internet both at the reception and paid outside it is terrible (in its hour 3G was faster).
When settling in the room draws attention to the minimalism of the standard room - a little more room in the dormitory for students. One of the beds is located at a distance of 40-50 cm from the door of the toilet, from which periods during the rest came the smell (to put it mildly) of sewage from hotel guests, sometimes to the point of nausea.

By the way, for the first time in 9 years of traveling to different countries and hotels toilet without a hood. If we talk about cleaning, it consisted of making beds and changing towels and wiping the floor in the shower. The dust we noticed while settling under one of the bedside tables was stored until our eviction. Food: the diet is good, there were no complaints.
The only thing that catches the eye is a skinny cook with braces, who tried to serve women as much as possible (that is, if a pretty girl was standing in line behind the egg, he began to carefully wipe the pans, etc. , so that the man was taken away by a colleague). At the same time, he considers it very original to throw in, for example, a portion of cheese that exceeds the volume of all other ingredients (including beaten eggs). Or throw in a portion of ground red pepper, the amount of which exceeded the number of mushrooms, for example. As a rule, his dishes remained not very affected after breakfast.
The sea was muddy due to the rising sand, once the waves were a little bigger than usual and caused debris, which the next morning was carefully piled up and removed in the afternoon.
To sum up in general - you need to work hard enough to get the hotel closer to 5 stars, which positions itself.
Only the staff and food were happy, except for one cook
1 flight. Fly with Azur. When booked, the departure time was indicated at 03:15. Should have been at the hotel in the morning. 4 days before departure, the flight was rescheduled for 14-20. We realized that we lost a day. Upon arrival at the airport, they said that there was still a delay until 18-20. As a result, we got to the hotel at 11 pm. Naturally, there was nothing to eat, even though the hotel has a late dinner. But it is so poor that they could not feed the child. I drank tea with a banana. We flew back with Turkish Airlines. Without delay. Meals on the plane. Azur has been tinkering without food since July 1st. Overpaid for a regular flight 7000 for three.
2. Hotel accommodation. Settled in quickly. We looked at the number. The first thing that caught my eye was the poverty of the room and its size. 18-20 meters is the maximum. The room has a bed and a folding chair. Air conditioning above the seat. Blows directly on a child's bed. Somehow it is impossible to rearrange, because the number is very small. Asked to change the room - refused in a boorish form. Plumbing is very old, covered in limescale. The shower stall is leaking. For all the time of rest, no one wiped the puddle from the leaking cabin. Cabin doors do not close. Cracked sink. The trash can is rusty. The room is cleaned, but mediocre. Towels are not always changed. Linen changed 2 times in 12 days. Gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper is not always put, you have to ask.
3. Nutrition. The food is good. There is a choice. And meat and vegetables and fruits.
There were cherries twice. We wiped it with a napkin, as a result, the napkin is black. They didn’t eat (((. Watermelons, apples, oranges every day.
4. Alcohol. Medium quality. Wife liked the wine. Cocktails are not bad. Whiskey, vodka, rum - not so much. According to the guide, all drinks are made in Turkey. Even Red Label and Captain Morgan.
5. Beach. Good sandy. But there are stones, you have to go in carefully. There are always sun loungers on the beach.
6. Pools. Liked. But you need to borrow sunbeds at 7-30. If you come at 9, you won't find a sunbed by the pool.
Now I would like to say about the concept of the hotel. In my opinion, this is 3 stars, well, not like 5. There is something to compare with. If everything is included, then it should be so, and not so that the Internet is paid, the safe is paid, the iron is not given (they offer to hand over their things to the maid for ironing, naturally for money). Throughout the day in the lobby, a crowd of people in the hunt for free internet. Air conditioning in the lobby does not always work. Well, and most importantly: 4 days before the end of the rest, the wife woke up at 5 in the morning from the fact that a ROCKET was crawling on her shoulder. Huge Turkish cockroach. The tears knew no bounds. Couldn't sleep any longer. The next day, early in the morning, we left for an excursion, so we came to solve this issue at 6 pm.
They showed a video with a cockroach. They explained the situation. Asked for another room, maybe on the second floor. Again in a boorish form refused. There are no numbers. The hotel is full. Sent to Guest Relation. In this service, the only thing they offered was to disinfect the room. I really don't know how safe it is for people. Went to resolve the issue with the submitter of Anex. Also to no avail. Their only answer is "write a claim, it will be considered within 2 days. " As a result, they wrote a claim, provided a photo and video of living creatures in the room. There is no answer so far. One gets the impression that there is mutual responsibility. As a result, there was nothing to do, they agreed to disinfection. In the evening they came to the room for the night. In the hope that we will not see these creatures. We spent the night okay. No one crawled on the bed, but they found a couple dead on the floor. We decided that disinfection worked. In the afternoon, as usual, we went swimming, returned And... here he is our red-haired friend ((((crawls on the floor. It was not possible to kill, he crawled under the plinth. Further more fun. In the evening after swimming, I went to the balcony to hang a towel. bed. Looked in, didn’t see anyone. Thought it seemed. We went to rest. As a result, my wife was unlucky again. She saw another red-haired friend. Again tears, hysteria. Again ran to the lobby to the administration. They brought a cockroach on a napkin. They showed me. They said that we won’t sleep with cockroaches in the room. A wonderful “beauty” with white hair and painted eyebrows at the reception again rudely sent with the word no rooms. The guest relation offered disinfection))) They said that you have a cockroach flying, do not open the windows and in general the presence of such living creatures is normal. ((((. We decided to sleep in the hotel lobby. I started filming how the child was sleeping, the situation in the lobby. On the grounds, I shoot everything that she will file a lawsuit against us and began to call the police. The police arrived. They asked what was the problem. Were able to explain. The police administration of the hotel and Lucia explained that you can shoot in the lobby. The only thing we were told was not to lie on the sofas and not to talk loudly.
Guys. During these few days we talked with many visitors. Some also had cockroaches and other animals. Some had leaking sewers. Imagine you got up in the morning, in your bathroom there is a canal and a corresponding smell.
You can not do it this way. A 5 star hotel should not allow cockroaches in the rooms, let alone take them off and find them in the bed.
