Stayed at the hotel during the off season. End of October - beginning of November. It was raining and cloudy.
What we liked:
1. Rooms (we had a Swim Up room with access to the pool (unheated pool) at this time of the year it was very cold. We didn’t swim in it. The room itself is spacious, stylish, I really liked it.
2. Meals - no complaints or questions.
3. Animation is great. Great parties every night. Caught a Halloween Party - enchanting. But a lot of people.
4. Territory - chic.
5. Service 50/50. Something excellent, where it fell short of the level of the hotel.
6. White sand on a beach that does not bask in the sun.
What did not like:
1. Central heated pool. There are many pools, but only one is heated. All vacationers, in one place - there were not enough places on the pool. Only once we managed to take sun loungers on the day when it was raining : )

2. Beach. The beach itself is good. There is enough space for everyone. But the chairs are plastic with mesh, as it falls short of the level of the hotel.
3. Cold pools in the area of ​ ​ children's slides. it's strange that the pool is not heated for children. Accordingly, it was impossible to use at this time of the year.
In general, the hotel is impressive. Incredible beautiful territory, with good service and impeccable food. Would love to come again.
