Definitely do not recommend the hotel. Vacationing with my husband. We were not met (they carried our suitcases), we were not offered a welcome drink and a lounge to change clothes, we waited a long time to check into the room (from 7 am to 3 pm). The room had to be changed, as it was very noisy, the windows overlooked the general ventilation. Changed only after a complaint to the travel agency. The cleaning of the room was not normal (could hang dirty towels, put a trash can in the middle of the bathroom, not put water and soap). Everything had to be asked for.
The security at the hotel is also not up to par. On the last day of our vacation, our sunbeds, along with towels and things, were occupied by unknown people, while we were away for a short time on the beach. According to neighbors, they were not hotel guests. But the security and the beach manager did not understand what had happened. In this situation, the husband sent a letter to the general manager, but the answer came - we are sorting it out, and since then nothing more.
We were also attacked twice by an angry white dog with a red collar, which was released from the buggy. The staff knew about her, but did nothing, and she attacked us again the next day in the evening.

We will not return to this hotel, despite the pluses - beautiful territory, delicious food. No one ever apologized to us, we did not feel safe.
