And look for any corner, the hotel is big! After numerous appeals from our side, we were settled later than the scheduled time in the most unpresentable room with terrible noise from the general ventilation. After the intervention of the tour operator, the next day they moved to a normal room. We also experienced a shock from the cleaning in the rooms... I understand when there are not enough non-urgent items, but the lack of soap (especially in the era of the virus)... or drinking water... or an uncleaned trash can left in the middle of the bathroom... A a pathetic semblance of getting the room ready for bed! Small chocolates could be put once a week, and then after complaints) Everything, absolutely everything had to beg at the hotel, which calls itself deluxe. You like the role of humiliating beggars for your own a lot of money, huh? ))
And on the last day the hotel surprised even more. In the off-season, there is always enough space on the beach, and we usually had lunch at the beach snack bar, leaving things by the sunbeds with umbrellas, and so did all the guests of the hotel who were constantly on the beach. Having left for literally 20 minutes, we found that our sunbeds, along with things and towels (used and dirty))), were occupied by Turkish citizens, and, most likely, not guests of our hotel. We called the security and the beach manager, but they did nothing (except for our resettlement to other sunbeds). Moreover, we heard accusations from the lips of Turkish citizens! Like a husband molests a woman, and I grab their child (well, of course, I want to catch the virus before leaving, not otherwise))), and now we will find ourselves in the police! Surveillance cameras? And they don't seem to be there. Witness the whole beach? No, we won't listen to them! The manager hears his native Turkish and that's it, the decision is made!! ! After the arrival, the husband wrote a letter to the general manager and received a reply - we figure it out, that's all. They are no longer interested in us, they have received their income, and will receive it in the future, there are many who want to come, no matter what!
And one more thing - an angry white dog with a red collar runs around the hotel in its low-rise part in the evenings, which can suddenly attack you and bite you. We were attacked twice... Well, that's normal - the hotel does not accept animals, but it does accept especially chosen ones. The staff knew about this dog, but did nothing.
