The impression was spoiled from the first minutes of staying at this hotel (in Turkey 4 times).
We arrived in the evening, after 21:00, the room was absolutely not ready for 3 guests, although the reservation was for three people. The only hygiene items were shower caps.
The next day, during a meeting with the guide, it was announced: if someone has a holiday (birthday, anniversary) during their stay, then according to the hotel concept, you can count on a compliment from the hotel. Faced with this situation, we turned to a separate guide, Elizabeth (responsible for such events), who, in a rather unfriendly manner, refused to help in finding a date for visiting a restaurant, a visit to which is guaranteed by the very concept of this hotel.
Regarding the compliment - Elizabeth's comment: "You understand that it will not be" wow.
Although we didn’t count on it at all, we just wanted to celebrate the new year of our life in a restaurant, and not at a public table. But unfortunately we got what we got.
