But there is one BUT, which I did not attach importance to in the reviews - there is still a large number of "some kind of infection walking" on the territory of the hotel (((!
When I read last year's reviews, I could not think that the situation had not changed over the year, I hoped that disinfection and time should do their job and improve the situation.
The first thing you notice when you enter the main restaurant is not the dishes and design, but the fact that here 80% of the children just cough terribly! On the 3rd day of outdoor activities and visits to children's areas - and we picked up this infection (it started with a high fever, vomiting, then there was a rash... ). Ambulances ply here like fixed-route taxis! Children are constantly brought and taken away (it is very sad that such a luxurious vacation was overshadowed by the illness of a child during the entire tour). And then neither the number, nor the sea, nor the food, nor the beach is any more important... I think mothers will understand me...
Yes, everything about this hotel was great! Really - very beautiful, tasty, cozy and funny, the service is cool! If you go as an adult or with older children, you will be very satisfied! But if you have a child who is prone to frequent colds, with weak immunity, and you are traveling in the hope of getting healthier - you are not here. Perhaps this situation is typical not only for this hotel, but for the entire resort, I see the same thing in the reviews of other hotels (
My recommendations, based on personal experience - take insurance with a 0% deductible from your travel agency to cover the maximum amount of expenses (doctor's examination, medicines, delivery to the hospital), it will be 4-5 more profitable than paying for everything on the spot.
I do not like negative posts, but this one turned out, which means it is also needed. I hope it will help you keep your child healthy and make the right choice of hotel!
