Bad.
We booked a Lake house garden view room (view of the garden, not the pool), as a wish, a double bed was registered (a three-year-old child sleeps with us). We go into the room (on the 1st floor), the smell of moisture and mold. It didn’t seem right, but it stands so that the ax can be hung. My first thought: it will fade ...but hardly. Then I look at the single beds and tell the boy that he helped us, that this is not it.
By the way, the boy is neither in Russian, nor in English, nor boom-boom. And this applies to 90% of the entire hotel staff. Without going into details, I’ll say that there are no double beds in such rooms (probably our operator messed up something), they cannot change the bed, they cannot change the mattress, they can only change the room with a surcharge. Surcharge was 40 euros per day. Total +320 euros for a double bed, just for a bed!! ! By the way, it can be called a double with a big stretch. They moved me to a room on the 2nd floor, with a double bed, overlooking the pool (a nice bonus) and no mold smell. As I read in another review, the smell of mold is due to the fact that the floor in these rooms is not tile, but carpet, and when people leave the pool (on the first floor there are rooms with direct access to the pool), then all the moisture remains in this carpet coating. How the moisture got to the room overlooking the garden - no idea.
Move on. Nutrition.
In connection with the coronavirus pandemic, restrictions were introduced in hotels, now hotel workers impose food on tourists. Probably because of this, the set of dishes was very poor. Here from the word at all. Sometimes there was simply nothing to choose from. But these are still flowers. You approach the chosen dish, it was slices of potatoes, separately fried, this is a side dish, you point with your finger, the worker nods and puts you ...2 pieces ! ! TWO THINGS, CARL! ! Not two servings, not two spoons, TWO PIECES!! ! I am an ordinary man, I have 75 kg of weight, I have nothing else on my plate, he puts me 2 pieces. Am I a refugee and eating you? I paid 3.000 euros for all this! Do you have to beg for food? And this situation is everywhere, you stand and beg "more, more, more ... ".
This also applies to the children's menu. You ask for soup, they pour it into a plate for 1 finger. What is it? This is greed! We talked later with other vacationers, everyone complains that they go hungry ...
Sitting down at tables in a restaurant, there were never napkins, salt, pepper, or toothpicks on the table. The waiter was supposed to bring all this later ...if he notices you. And if he doesn’t notice, he, anyone, himself ...The waiters easily manage to take the plate from under your nose from which you are still eating. First, you need to beg for food, then follow it and make sure that it is not taken away. Here's an all-inclusive for you.
To refill the bar in the room had to call every time to remind. The bar is replenished based on what you drank. There were 2 forfeits, 2 cola and 2 sprites. Drank 1 cola? Get 1 cola.
On the second day of my stay, my child had a birthday. I went to Guest Relations and ordered a bouquet for my wife, $82, just a second. We agreed on the time when it needs to be delivered to the room. We're late. I wanted to surprise my wife, but we are sitting in the room and I can’t explain why we are in the room, and not by the pool. I had to call to remind myself.
Separately, about the guide. We met.
Nothing helpful, not a word about insurance or "how to improve your stay at the hotel? ". Here, buy a transfer for $50, a fast track for $225, go shopping. Zero utility!
1. The program was well prepared in the mini club, both for small and older children.
2. My daughter was just delighted with the city of professions. Especially the modeling club and the ice cream factory. As we learned, this is a new program, which is not yet available in Belek hotels.
3. My son also really liked the mini club, he stayed without problems and, most importantly, he didn’t ask to come back : ) there was an opportunity to take time for himself (activities for adults, also interesting and rich)
The hotel itself was very nice! Decoration, territory, beach at a decent level. The food is not bad, no one will go hungry. The rooms are spacious. But the rooms that we were offered had an unsightly view. At the request to change the room, the receptionist sent Pegasus to the meeting party, who behaved simply in a boorish way!
Having traveled to many countries, I have never met such an attitude! An employee named Elena and her colleague were just frankly rude to our group who came to the seminar, when checking in because of the chaos they created, they brought an elderly person to tears, answering that if she got a bad number, then this is her karma! An adult wanted to leave from there if the situation with the room is not resolved, and she was given a room with a view of the wall! (just a wall). She was told to roll. After these words, her blood pressure rose, they brought her to tears, we were already tired after arriving after a 6.5 hour flight, adding up to three rubles, and then these women frayed all the nerves. We waited several hours for a change of room, sitting with our suitcases at the reception, and they simply watched as we sat and waited, without doing anything. As a result, the senior manager of the hotel barely changed the room, apparently seeing the condition of the elderly person. The view from the window is not on the sea, but at least not on the wall.
Pegas employees apparently forgot that they are at work and we are their guests! We are not welcomed for free and treat people like that! ? Who allowed them? ! They spoke in their own language and laughed in our direction. These female employees of Pegas reeked of chauvinism. They treated us like cattle, shouted without choosing expressions, threw passports, to my indignation about why we were treated like that, they answered that we did not deserve anything else. I have no words! I am shocked by the behavior of their employees!
Will never use them again and will not recommend to others!
1. The service in the restaurant (and breakfast, lunch and dinner is only in one restaurant, with the only entrance to the entire hotel! ) is ugly. It is not possible to find a free table from the first round. Then the search for cutlery, napkins, etc. begins. The hotel is full, the waiters do not have time to set tables, change tablecloths. Dishes are a separate issue...It's just dirty. My husband ordered whiskey in the evening, took a sip, put the glass down - there was a distinct spot of something white at the bottom ...The evening was ruined. Spoons, plates, etc. were changed several times for the same reason.
2. Power - on a solid "3". Of course, they did not remain hungry ...But there is no talk of at least some kind of diversity. The little daughter chose rice every lunch. Just rice.
Not every adult will be happy with boiled beef, and even a child ...Boiled broccoli, sausages, steamed chicken cutlets are on the children's menu. Everything. About the same every day. And the queues ...- this is generally akin to the Soviet era of complete shortages. At the moment the restaurant opens for dinner, people are ready to trample each other in a dash to the coveted distribution tables!
3. Children's club - since the children still visited this institution, we put "4". But out of a dozen animators, one or two girls evoke sympathy and trust, the rest just smile stiffly, greeting, doing their job.
4. A separate huge minus is the hotel guide - Rasul (Resul Muharrem). Three times they tried to find him. To no avail. He showed no interest in working with us at all. With a trip to Antalya for shopping, he simply deceived, on the day of this very trip he stopped answering calls / messages.
All he wants from tourists is to get early seat reservations on the plane for $25 per person, vip access and lounge seats for $49 per person. And it was on the first day and the first and only offer from him. Disgusting guy!
5. Well, the tour operator Anex Tour itself is just awful! We do not recommend to anyone! Don't fall for their tours! This is money thrown away! And ruined vacation
