Rested with a guy in June 2017 for 7 nights. Let's start with the check-in, we arrived at the hotel at seven in the morning and they didn’t check us in right away, they gave us cards for towels and offered to take a shower in the spa center, i. e. to a public place. We refused this and went straight to breakfast. We came back to the reception at about 11 o'clock, in the hope that at least now they would settle in, or at least say that you had to wait until the room was free, but it wasn't there, they told you to wait again. The next time they came up at 12 o'clock and they told us that the hotel did not have enough rooms and we were moved to another paraiso crystal. After much discussion and discussion of our compensation, we finally agreed to one night in another hotel. And we, by the way, were not the only ones, 9 more rooms were moved to that hotel, but as I understood them for the entire rest. already from this situation I was not delighted with the hotel.
Returning back to our crystal, we forgot our backpack in another hotel. This problem was quickly solved, for this a plus, they brought it to our hotel themselves, BUT the most important thing is that they brought it, I don’t know who did it, I won’t slander, thank God that there was no money in the backpack, I thought there was even nothing to steal, what was there worries, but it turns out it was not there. I can’t imagine why they need half a bottle of plain water, unfinished tea and, most importantly, 20 condoms, they all pulled it out of a backpack. Everything was turned over there. We laughed at this, but the sediment remained.

Once they brought cherries and bananas, but they didn’t have time to try it, they immediately dismantled it.

About service. I got the impression that Russians are not particularly liked there, in general, they don’t care. (By the way, in the hotel where we spent the first night, very friendly staff, compared to this heaven and earth). Bartenders are generally a separate issue, they absolutely do not know how to prepare cocktails, only a couple of people from the whole hotel made them delicious. Of the bartenders, very few people knew Russian, and even then not very well.
Number. The room is beautiful, all the amenities are there, but the cleaning is terrible, the floor in the bathroom was not washed and even the countertop was not wiped. Bed linen had to be changed every three days, during the entire stay they were never changed, only two pillows because I stained them with dyed wet hair. The mini bar was always replenished. Towels were changed frequently.
Discos in the club are not ice. many Turks and music included for them.
Wi-fi pulled very badly on the territory of the hotel, the only place where you can surf the Internet is in your room, but even then the network did not always disappear often.
