Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately met at the reception with a dissatisfied mine, in a sharp form they threw a card and ordered to go to fill the table. We decided not to spoil our vacation, swallowed and went to fill. The room was given a standard: a shabby floor, a bed and the rest of the furniture in the same form, there is no air conditioning, there is a fan that makes the room even hotter, and at night sucks the sewer smell into the room! Removed horribly. . . on request to clean the balcony. . . the maid looked with hatred and muttered some words with curses. Ice cream at 16 o'clock issued, which they laid out in advance in cups, was no longer ice cream, but melted porridge! I asked for a replacement but they refused! The staff does not speak either Russian or English.... do not understand you and what you need! The entire staff consists of schoolchildren and students who have no idea about courtesy and service. . . why the managers didn’t teach anything, it’s strange (((you can see the same management! Animation for children and adults is just terrible.... they obviously think that the Russians steal everything.... (((Alcohol is poured as if from their bins, at the bottom, at the request to add, they refuse in a sharp form... you stand and think you ask for yours or someone else's. The trouble is with food... the assortment of dishes is very meager and monotonous, often spoiled and put out rotten food, crowds everywhere, very small containers for tea, coffee is just poison. There is no water in the tap, in the rooms, every day, you have to seize the moment to wash. There are midges and pebbles on the beach. Beach towels are semi-dirty, faded and small. Sunbeds on Excrement was noticed in the pool, then they were fished out, but the water remained the same, chlorine was added : -) There is one big minus about what you can’t write everywhere. -for daily insulting staff, ignoring complaints and requests, surrounding dirt and unsanitary conditions around you. I consider it a crime for Coral Travel to sell this hotel!
