Well, "village" is also a conventional name :) Sheep and chickens don't run. Usually there is a central street with decent sidewalks, many shops, cafes. You can walk in the evening. Kemer is a real small town. Personally, I prefer the villages, and once or twice during the holidays go to Kemer, minibuses run constantly. I love Goynuk and Tekirova.
