With charter flights it is IMPOSSIBLE to be more careful! As it is written in any standard contract. Departure time can be changed unilaterally without any explanation of the reasons. It's always a lottery.

The cruise was booked + friends from the travel agency bypassed the penalties, and the plane tickets are non-refundable, but, fearing something, this time I insured myself against non-departure, so the money returned.
