2. Lots of cats running around, so cat poop everywhere, and smell from all corners!
3. In the shoe store at the hotel they sold shoes that fell apart after 2 days, they refused to exchange or return the money, at the reception they did not help either!
4. The hotel is old and shabby, poorly cleaned. The restaurant has slippery floors and someone is constantly falling, the woman was taken to the hospital after such a fall!
5. Only animation is beyond praise! Both kids and adults are great!
2. Settlement. We arrived at the hotel around 8 o'clock in the morning, went to breakfast and to the sea, and at 12 o'clock our room was ready.
3. Number. Two-room for 2 adults and 2 children, we were given a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the sea, inside the rooms are separated by steps, but it did not bother us at all. The Japanese-style room, like the hotel, is clean, spacious, the refrigerator is filled every day, the balcony is large. Only clothespins for drying swimwear are missing.
4. Nutrition. Great, 5 types of m? meat, fish, 15 types of fruit. Daily! There were seafood a couple of times. Everything is fresh, high-quality, it was repeated a couple of times in 8 days. Theme dinners. You can have lunch both in the main restaurant and at the pool. Imported alcohol: good beer, wine, champagne. Delicious desserts, baklava is generally great. Waiters bring drinks after 5 minutes.
5. The sea.
Sand-shallow pebbles, special shoes are not required. Pier with sunbeds, drinks nearby. The deckchairs are comfortable, new, and stand next to the sea, not as far as in neighboring hotels. Mountains can be seen from the sea! Sunbeds are always free.
6. Animation. Cool dance shows every night, really professional, at a high level. During the day, games, a soap show, trampolines, board games are brought to the pool.
The contingent is Ukrainians, Germans, Englishmen, Romanians, Turks!
They went to Antalya by a regular city bus, paid ukr. visa card.
One of the disadvantages is, of course, the price.
And the hotel really deserves good recommendations!
We are happy thanks. Certainly recommend to everyone.
To be honest, not once during my entire vacation in various Turkish hotels did I have such a keen desire to write a review. Who gave this hotel a 5 star deluxe category? The hotel pulls on 3 plus - and in all respects.
The hotel is in dire need of renovation; everything is shabby, shabby - and frankly old. The furniture in the public areas (judging by the appearance) was acquired in the late 90s. Lamps (with plafonds, the design of which was relevant 30 years ago) - apparently, at the same time.
But it's still okay. The worst is food and drink. As well as service. For all the time I was at lunch and dinner, I found once salmon (extremely small), once squid (cut and mixed with vegetables) and once crabs and shrimp, which was already perceived as a frank miracle. The chef doesn't know how to cook! Or maybe he saves? For carrots (in various variations) and wheat were constantly present. I'm not against carrots, I'm generally a vegetarian. But to go to a five-star deluxe hotel to eat carrots???
At 18.45 (opening time) the restaurant is stormed. And rightly so, because after five minutes queues and empty containers begin, where only the name remains of the food. That's interesting, the staff does not know how many people they have? Maybe you should fry the same chicken (one of the chef's favorite dishes) a little more ??
After the restaurant is stormed, a show called "find the waiter" begins. Found? Don't rejoice ahead of time. If you managed to order drinks, this does not mean that they will bring you exactly what you ordered. In 70% of cases, we confused the quantity (one wine instead of two, two water instead of one) and so on. Finding a waiter a second time (to bring something else) is unrealistic. I quickly mastered the principles of self-service, but, unfortunately, there was no cola in their nook. Yes, by the way, tips do not solve the problem.
An attempt to try guzleme on the beach also ended in failure. True, there was a queue (there are queues everywhere, I returned as if in the days of socialism! ). But gozleme? Under this name, the hotel staff understands thin pita bread (ready-made), in which the filling is wrapped and fried on a brazier. I personally have never seen such a disgrace in any hotel so far.
There are six alcoholic and three alcoholic cocktails in the bars. Moreover, in all bars the assortment is the same. An attempt to teach them how to make "Kir Royal" was unsuccessful, because they have no liquor: neither blackcurrant, nor raspberry, nor any other. I was told twice during the rest that the champagne was over. How can a bar run out of champagne?
In general, I had a clear feeling that the hotel saves on everything: from food and drinks to staff. The size of the wine glasses struck me: I believe it is 75 ml, no more. To not drink too much? And the plastic glasses on the beach at the bar are such that you need to take three of them - and they still sag in your hand.
And the smell. . . I was afraid that this smell would haunt me at home. Cheap chemicals for cleaning. It is everywhere: in the lobby, in the bars, in the corridors….
I am writing all this not for someone to improve this hotel (it is impossible). And just to say: people, don't go to this hotel!!!! !
My review is most likely a warning for hotel guests.
The hotel is good, beautiful and luxurious. The food is varied and beautifully presented. The rooms are clean and comfortable, mostly facing the sea. An atmosphere of peace and goodwill is created around you. And you can’t relax, you need to remain vigilant. In the restaurant during tomorrow (at 8 o'clock in the morning, there were practically no people), after leaving for a few seconds for coffee, a mobile phone was stolen from my bag, which I recklessly set aside. And despite the video surveillance installed everywhere, this did not bother anyone except me. At the reception dryly promised to call the guide of the group if the phone is found....Naturally, no one looked for him, this incident is not worthy of their luxury hotel and. And theft still takes place!
ANIMATION - unobtrusive, but it is, not vulgar, in general, quite good. Interesting evening performances. MINUSES of the hotel - sandwiched between hotels, something is happening in the evening, music rumbles from everywhere, fireworks rumble every other day, so if you want absolute silence, then think about it. But it didn’t bother us at all, on the contrary, a festive atmosphere was created))) Still, the cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired. CONCLUSION - family hotel, young people who want to hang out, it will be boring there. Lots of Belgians, Germans, Englishmen. Good, worthy. Not far from the airport, 15-20 min drive. Airplanes do not strain absolutely, they are already flying high above the hotel (because they are gaining altitude over the sea and far from the hotel). Have a nice holiday!!!! !
Back in the agency (Natalie Tours), we immediately liked this hotel from the photo: there is no pomposity and bad taste in architecture, which is so common in Turkish beach hotels. The main criterion for architects, most likely, were convenience and rationality. For example, our standart room had windows on the sea, like all the other more than three hundred rooms of this type. Agree, a rather rare phenomenon that eliminates disputes during check-in and unplanned surcharges. You just go and get the sea in the window.
The room is large, thirty meters, just for three, and even a spacious balcony, where in the evening it is very cozy to sit with a beer from the mini-bar (there are a couple of cans daily for free, plus water and juices) and breathe in the sea air under the surf. At night, I didn’t have to suffer from stuffiness, the air conditioner helped, although it was central, but it functioned well.
And early in the morning to the beach, as expected)) The beach is very suitable for those who come with children, clean sand without stones, a smooth entry into the water without holes and cliffs and a sufficient number of sun loungers. The whole rest the water was beautiful, once the waves only rose and stirred up the bottom sand, but the next day everything was transparent again. Yes, and on the territory there are various aqua structures, such as slides (for some reason, in the Chinese style) and pools where a child can splash. The territory itself, not gigantic, but organized with no less sense than the hotel itself.
On the one hand, everything you need is available (green areas with shade, swimming pools, catering) and in convenient places. On the other hand, the road to the beach does not turn into a hiking trip with an overnight stay.
I was glad that there were no problems with feeding the child, he is quite fastidious with us, even if not a prince, but you can’t force canteen shti to eat. Various fried and steamed meats, various pasta, vegetable salads, lots of fruits (very sweet cherries), free fresh juices. A couple of times my wife and I dined at "a la carte", once an Italian restaurant - for our favorite lasagna, in another Mexican - salsa and quesadillas. Both, of course, are already paid, but they are worth their money. In general, a hotel for those who are waiting for a quiet comfortable stay, in the company of family members or friends, is clearly not for regular visitors to Kazantips. )))
1. The day of arrival and the day of departure (at 4.30 am! 0 are counted as two days;
2. Garbage was not taken out of the room for two days;
3. The jacuzzi was never able to clean from some lantuhs that flew out of the holes when the pump was turned on;
4. WiFi, despite 54Mbps, opened windows for 30-40 seconds, as a result, there was no connection at all for the last three days;
5. Food . . Don't get fooled by a one-time free trip to an Indian fish restaurant - the choice of dishes is limited.
Three shrimp were brought in a fish restaurant, and to make it seem more, two of them had their heads cut off and placed side by side. All this was poured over with some disgusting tomato sauce.
6. Original alcoholic drinks are poured only with the manager from the reception, or if you hit the table with your fist, while the Germans are not reminded;
7. Local wine - impossible to drink, there are no other wines. Beer of only one kind - Ephesus. The truth is that they don’t wash their feet;
9. Animation - none.
10. Finally stole $20 from my jeans pocket
11. For Russians: there is clear discrimination compared to tourists of other nationalities - Germans, Danes, Dutch . .
