We arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the morning, we were quickly registered at the reception, offered to eat, we refused and we were taken to our room. After I entered the room, there was no limit to my surprise, we were given a family room room (a two-story room), while please note that we did not pay extra money for the room (it was never important for us to live in a room with sea view). The room was chic, everything is very clean, comfortable and tasteful! The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every day, the refrigerator was always filled with drinks, lemonade, beer, water. The room has a kettle and all the tea accessories! The bathroom also had everything you need, every day they put a new gel and shampoo. TV showed 4 Russian channels. September 19, i. e. . , the next day our daughter had a DR, and they brought us a bottle of wine and fruit to our room and congratulated us. Everything is chic in the hotel, very comfortable, clean, everyone is friendly to you. The territory is not large, but we didn’t need a tennis court, you can take a walk to the city if you need it! The kitchen in the hotel is chic, they feed for slaughter, a large selection of meat, there was pork, chicken and beef. Every day was different, on one day, along with the daily menu, there was a Sushi day, the other day there were seafood (oysters, mussels, octopuses, different fish), a lot of fruits, pears, bananas, apples, grapes, oranges, figs, watermelon, melon , pineapple, kiwi, mango, etc.... Believe it or not, there was even Borsch. The cuisine is simply the best I have seen in other 5-star hotels in Antalya. The staff is super, the waiters are like meteors, I didn’t have time to sit down, they already bring you drinks, they monitor the cleanliness of your table and are very responsive and friendly! Animation class, every day a new show, we were 15 days, all 14 days there was different animation, it was a lot of fun and "at home" Children's Animation is on top! There are a lot of Germans, but if you listen, many Germans are our Russian migrants, so be on the alert, you can be eavesdropped : )))))))))))))))))) ) I liked it, everything to the smallest detail! The view from all rooms overlooks the sea, the pools and the nearby Royal Palace hotel. The restaurant is spacious, there was always enough space, despite the fact that the hotel was fully occupied. For small children there are special chairs. Chefs surprised every day with their masterpieces of baking, meat, fish, chicken dishes, we didn’t really like mashed soups, very spicy and it’s not clear with what kind of cereal, fruits were all except pears, green sour grapes and melons were green. Everything is very expensive in the hotel shops, it is better to take all personal hygiene items from home. In large shopping centers there is nothing cheaper than thirty dollars, in souvenir shops you can and should bargain. If you are traveling with a small child, it is better to take diapers and cereals with you, because milk cereals and soups are not tasty. The sea and the beach are clean, ice cream in the beach bar from ten in the morning to five in the evening, and near the pools in general until eleven in the evening. Beach towels if you change, you pay one euro, but you can not change them. I can’t say anything about excursions, because with a small child I’m not up to them, I was in a local hammam from the tour, it costs $ 35, although the hotel has a spa and it costs $ 30 there, so you can try everything at the very beginning of your vacation at yourself at the hotel. When leaving at twelve o'clock in the afternoon, we were charged one euro for a call from the room to the insurance company. Our flight to Yekaterinburg was delayed, which was reported to us in advance by the Russian-speaking guide from the tour, Svetlana, three hours before departure we were taken to the airport. Another tip, in Yekaterinburg in duty free everything is much cheaper than in duty free in Antalya, and if in Yekaterinburg there is one consultant for the entire department of perfumery and cosmetics, then there are a lot of them, and they won’t let you sprinkle everything on yourself. Standard room, on the 2nd floor, overlooking the hotel grounds and the neighboring Palace Holliday hotel. The room is cozy. Free in-room safe, fridge with drinks. replenished every day, cleaning - so-so, superficial. The first 5 days they left 1 dollar, then they stopped - nothing has changed, they cleaned it the same way. Towels are changed. but sometimes they forget to put shower gel, I always take my own shampoo. On the first day we visited the SPA - EXCELLENT HAMAM, then foam massage and the procedure ended with a medical massage of the whole body, my husband and I were very pleased. The area is small but green. Palm trees are small, because the hotel is new - 2 years old. Green lawns, flowers, gardeners take care of the vegetation all day long. The pool is not very big with 3 slides. Next to the bar. Walk close to the sea. The beach is not very clean, but the garbage under the umbrellas is removed 2 times a day. We were lucky with the weather, we arrived - it was a little cloudy, and after 5 days the heat came up to +40. The water in the sea is super +27. The restaurant is even nothing, but for 2 weeks it gets boring. At first glance, a very varied table - chicken, lamb, vegetables (stewed, fried, fresh), various cold snacks and sweets, pastries, garnish - only rice and potatoes. Soups are varied, in the form of mashed potatoes and one taste. Meat dishes are tasteless, but vegetables are very tasty. For breakfast, several types of scrambled eggs, various cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, not very diverse, various cereals and muesli. Fruit all day. And the picture is very "killing" when our compatriots run up to the fruit, put cherries, peaches, apricots, plums, melons, watermelons and oranges on top of the plate. Grapes and apples are put in beach bags. Some wildness. It seems that people have never eaten fruit at all. Muscovites are especially hungry. There are a lot of Germans and British in the hotel, they are just shocked by such raids on fruits and sweets. Were in 2 restaurants a la carte: Turkish and fish. Hungry left the Turkish - there was nothing to eat, and after tasting goat cheese, the appetite disappeared altogether. The fish is not bad, but without any frills, but the view is excellent. The fish restaurant is located on the 12th floor and be sure to book a table on the terrace. The room on the 4th floor is spacious, the furniture is new, the design is beautiful, everything is standard in the refrigerator, everything is clean, the only negative is the central air conditioning and for some reason it turns on in the afternoon when everyone is on the beach or near the pool, but since we were in the month of May there was no particular discomfort. Leaving the room, I left a tip on the bedside table on the first day, but no one took it, I then looked through there is a special tip envelope. No complaints about cleaning. In our bathroom, the water stopped switching to the shower, after contacting the reception, they repaired it on the same day. The restaurant has a lot of meat, fruits, sweets, food for every taste, there are both spicy and dietary dishes. I read about good shopping on the Internet and decided to try it, but I was disappointed, there are two supermarkets Kundu Bazaar and Prestige Bazaar nearby, the quality is not very good, and the prices are higher than Dnepropetrovsk ones, I did not see the expediency in shopping. We tried to take minibus 102.103 to Dipo, this is not a bad store; the quality and choice are good; there are chain and Turkish stores, children's attractions (they barely pulled their daughter out). Whoever wants to ride, I warn you that you have to wait for the minibus back on the 4th road, and not on the one you came along. We arrived at the hotel at 11 am and we were immediately settled in the room (we were lucky, for a week later I watched as tourists waited for check-in for 1.5 hours in the lobby). The room is ordinary. Standard for 5 *. The only thing new is plasma on the wall. In the bathroom there are no cotton swabs, no cotton pads, no hygiene bags. Only shower gel and shampoo. we were settled on the 1st floor. There was no view from the balcony. Literally 1.5 meters away, a huge new hotel is being built, so there is a construction site right in front of you (you can’t sit naked on the balcony, the builders are not asleep). But regarding the construction, I want to note that the construction work has already been completed, finishing is underway, so there is no noise or dust. Well, okay, we are not pretentious people, we didn’t change the number, we decided that it would be even better, there would be a shade. We went to the beach. And here the first surprise awaited us. There were no mattresses on the sun loungers. If they say, you need it, take it and bring it. or wait for the boy when he is found and brings everything to you and opens the umbrella. The beach is poorly cleaned. There are cigarette butts everywhere and everything. The path along the beach (wooden so that the legs do not burn and it is clean) is only one, and then 3 meters and in the center. So a step to the right, to the left and along the sand, the child cannot go barefoot. Farther. Animation is a separate song. It's like it doesn't exist at all. She is dead. The mini club is open from 10.00. 15-12.00 and from 14.30-18.00 Where to put the child at other times is unknown. They do it randomly and without enthusiasm. The slides on the pool are small, some kind of children (correctly some man said in his review, compared to neighboring hotels - crap) The pool is small, but enough for everyone. The best thing was the food. Fed for slaughter, all sorts of different fruits. European soups, porridge in the morning. All sorts of fruits, cakes and pastries. Ice cream without limits. Service is good, waiters are attentive. Suitable everywhere, and at the pool bar. In general, there are no complaints. The main contingent is the Germans. Percent 90. The waiters speak German better than Russian. Another little disappointment - to change the beach towels you have to pay 1 euro. There is no such thing in all of Lara. Although this was indicated in the comments to the hotel. One more. My husband had an earache on the 3rd day of his stay. We called for insurance and they sent us, wherever you think, to the doctor's office, which is located in the same hotel, in which there are no instruments. Previously, they were always taken to a normal hospital. Sterile, with staff and tools. Doctor in Russian not a word. I had to invite a guide to understand something. Prescribed medicines that had to be BUYED. In conclusion, I can say that we did not bathe and rested to the fullest (as best we could), but we will not go to this hotel again.

The hotel is awesome! Rest - great! Although they write that the hotel is for pensioners and mothers, we are delighted. I was with my boyfriend - it turned out to be a honeymoon : -) The cleanliness is incredible everywhere, the cleaning lady cleaned the room every day, the linen and bathrobes are brand new, the minibar is always full.
