The hotel has potential, but everything is dirty, half-abandoned, the staff is not trained ...The real level is from about 2 * to 4 *, depending on the parameter
So let's go!
For starters - this hotel is not where it is indicated on the map, but even 700 meters further from the sea. Around fields, tractors, wild dogs, wastelands...
numbers
The hotel is declared as after renovation, in fact the renovation is in full swing, a lot of rooms are under renovation or in the mud after renovation.
We were settled in an unprepared room - a layer of dust on the floor, boogers on the bedspread, sand in the shower, an empty minibar ...The quality of the repair is 1 out of 10. This is really the level of 2 * or a guesthouse in India or the UAE. I'm too lazy to attach pictures, just take my word for it. The walls are painted in different shades, pipes on the ceiling, wires, skirting boards are somehow made, laminate flooring too, putty everywhere ...The light works only in the hall and the toilet.
And if you turn off the light in the toilet, then the light in the hall starts blinking))) The corridors are miserable
We demanded a family room - no repair quality, but the rest is cool. Large hall, there is a bunk bed, a balcony. Large bedroom. Large bathroom. Spacious and nice overall.
Food
The kitchen was highly praised - now there is nothing that was praised! No red fish, no lamb, etc. )))
Food at the level of cheap 4 *. For three days, there were only 1 time beef cutlets, 2 times turkey, the rest of the time only chicken. For one lunch there were stewed chicken backs and fried chicken backs for example. There seems to be a choice, but as usual in Turkey, there really isn’t anything to take : ) Something that doesn’t go well (such as egg salad or broccoli) can be sour. In terms of the quality of the food, I can’t say that everything is tasteless, just average ..
We came here after serving in an average 4 * in Alanya, we thought we were going to a gastronomic holiday, but in the end everything is worse here both in choice and in taste.
There is a snack bar with fast food, it's delicious there. Great burgers, great fries, onion rings, bolognese. But if something is over ahead of time, they won’t put in a new one.
Beverages
In terms of drinks, in principle, everything is fine, this is the strength of the hotel. In each bar there are coffee machines where variants + cocoa are made on the basis of instant coffee. Powdered "juices" are the tastiest in Turkey and Egypt that I have tried. Beer is okay. White wine is delicious, rosé is ink, red is not sure if there is, until I tried it. Delicious soda. They make cocktails in the lobby bar, they can even make mojitos, but since the staff is not trained, do not expect a taste like in a bar. There is sparkling wine! All alcohol is served in glass. Everywhere cold water in 0.5 bottles without restrictions.
In the prepared room, in addition to water, there were juice bags and bottled soda, though to replenish you have to go and ask at the reception)
Dirty and stupidity
this is the main problem of the hotel. It seems that there are workers, but they do everything anyhow. The man seems to have wiped the table - and it has become dirtier than it was : ) The staff wanders around in anything, no uniform, everyone seems to be trying, but it’s of little use ...In our building on the steps on the first floor, for the second day, there is a plate of food ...The appliances are dirty, the tables are dirty, there are pieces of food and crumbs everywhere. It is removed but very slowly. Well, the Turkish cattle turns on the heat of course
None of the ordinary employees speaks English and Russian!
Only the aunt from the guest relation speaks (thank you very much) and one aunt at the reception. The rest sometimes can’t even understand that they are asked for cola or not cola, etc. : )
Everything is not on schedule. And since no one understands you, it’s difficult to find out anything) Tea bags, that is, not.
Bus to the beach, that is, no. Snack bar that is, it is not. Ice cream is or isn't. By the way, the ice cream is top!
There seems to be a gym, but let’s say there isn’t a single dumbbell there . . Maybe I’ll add a photo later, you’ll laugh : )
Beach
Beach norms, sunbeds under a canopy, bar and snack bar. Small pebbles, almost sand. The entrance is smooth, there are no stones and slabs. Walk to the beach at least 15 minutes. From the room to the water, I got 18 minutes at a leisurely pace. The bus runs either every half an hour or every hour. The beach section is the last one to the city beach, so in the morning and in the evening the locals chill on sunbeds.
Animation
Well, I wouldn't call it that loud. Two dead girls go about their business and a more cheerful boy, they play darts 2 times a day. Then at 9 pm a children's disco and at 10 an adult. There is a mini club, children were sitting there, apparently it is open. 3 basses, one with slides
Location
as I wrote above, the hotel is not where it is indicated on the maps.
There is nothing nearby, the nearest 10-minute walk there is a market with arbitrary prices from the owner, a taxi rank. Other than that, only hotels and wastelands
But in 20 minutes it’s already more fun - a big migration, fresh juices, money exchange, SIM cards, rent at more reasonable prices.
30-40 minutes walk Neva outlet, there is a brand stock with original things.
Total, I do not advise the hotel, I do not advise the location. If you want to Antalya - go to Antalya, this is not Antalya but a hole in the middle of the fields.
The hotel is about nothing, given the location and distance to the beach, it makes sense to go only if it's very cheap, but it's not...The contingent is 90% Turks, a few Russian speakers, Germans, Arabs, etc. Hide
After checking in, we had a standard room (and they are small there) the tour operator chose, we did not control. Of course, we were upset, but we were able to agree and we were moved to a family room. And then the vacation became wonderful)))) The room is good, air conditioners, warm water, there are slippers, shampoos, everything is as it should be. In the dining room they fed for slaughter, there was everything and meat and grill and baklava and fruits and potatoes, vegetables, grilled red fish, tuna, veal. We were shocked to say the least, by the end of the holiday we were tired of eating. Alcoholic drinks are not poured at the pools, they give only fanta cola, ice cream. In the lobby you can take alcohol until 2.00 am without any problems. Local drinks, once they gave imported whiskey (in this regard, about ultra all inclusive, they lied a little) every evening there were some raisins. For example, brewed coffee was distributed on the street or donuts were fried, flat cakes were molded on the street on fire, and so on.
Evening animation for children every day, you can paint with sand for 5 dollars, then on the stage they are solemnly handed over, a trifle, but the children really like it. They danced, held lotteries, there was live music. After the children's disco, the adult disco started until about 23.30. In general, I liked everything, there were nuances, but they can be solved. Why this hotel calls itself 5 * is not entirely clear, but it definitely pulls on 4+. Managers are all good, help to resolve issues, tourists are mostly Turks in this hotel. Rescuers on the beach and at the pool are responsible, the kitchen is good. If you are not afraid of remoteness from the sea, then you can go to this hotel!
Checked in at 9 am, paying $10 for early check in. At 10:00 we went to the beach. We returned at 16.00, open the room, and inside the sauna - 70 degrees of heat. I went to complain to reception. We were given a second card so that the electricity would not turn off when leaving and the air conditioner would not turn off. During the day, the air conditioning was set to a minimum, only at the same time it was possible to stay in the room. But there is a plus in the room - the air conditioner does not blow on the bed at all, it blows on the sofa for relaxation, so I slept normally with the air conditioner on. In the bathroom, due to the fact that there is no water valve on the washbasin, and the tube is inserted into the drain pipe without sealing gum, there is an unpleasant sewer smell.
Upon check-in, they asked to change the torn bedspread, and said to the attendant and at the reception. Until 19.00 no one changed anything. I took the torn blanket to the reception, they promised to change it. An hour later I called the reception, said that I had not slept all night and I wanted to sleep. After 15 minutes, the maid came and laid a sheet on the sofa for relaxation. But thanks to the Google translator, I managed to explain to her and after 5 minutes the issue with the veil was resolved. The corridor and the lobby of the buildings are just white walls and ceilings without any decoration, in some places there are wire harnesses hanging, not even packed in boxes. In the elevator, in place of the mirror, the wall is smeared with dried glue with markings for the size of the mirror.
Now about the beach. A minibus goes to the beach every 30 minutes from 8.00 to 19.00. In the minibus you need to wear masks, if you don’t have it, a polite driver will give you one. Many thanks to the driver for his conscientious work. When there were a lot of applicants, he even went every 15 minutes. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. Near the place where the minibus (18-seater with air conditioning) pulls up near the hotel, there is no shade or benches to sit, you have to wait standing in the heat, and the sun beats much stronger there. In mid-September 39 degrees in the shade. On the beach, drinks are served from 10.00 to 18.00, and food is served from 12.00 to 16.00. There may not be enough sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. That is what happened on the first day. But after spending half an hour in the bar, the seats were vacated. It seems to be a new hotel, but there are traces of mold on the umbrellas, and on the racks, rust appears through the paint. The beach is sandy, after 10 meters from the shore the depth is already headlong. At the end of the beach, between the sea and the river, there is a 5-meter isthmus, through which water flowed one day during the race and there was an unpleasant smell on the beach.
On the territory of the hotel and on the beach, masks were not forced to be worn, only in the minibus to the beach.
We ordered a sightseeing tour of Antalya from the TUI operator for $ 50 per person. We waited half an hour, as it was said at the reception. No one came, obviously the driver was a bummer to walk, and after waiting at the shutter, he left. We contacted the operator, after 15 minutes I drove up and returned the money. Booked the same tour on the internet the next day for $30. The money was paid on the bus. Behind us were guys who were indignant at why they were charged $50 each. I think that a day ago we could have been in their place.
The food was good, grilled fish every evening. Chicken day and night, fruits - apples and peaches, melons and watermelons, oranges, many different cheeses, salads in different variations of tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, zucchini and blue. Lots of different olives. Cakes and pastries. On the beach: ayran, shawarma chicken, blue and grilled zucchini, burgers, meatballs, tomatoes, cucumbers, melons, watermelons and cottage cheese flatbreads (gozleme). From drinks juices: orange, cherry, pineapple, apple, cola and sprite, coffee, beer (it seemed that non-alcoholic), chilled water in bottles of 0.3 liters.
The hotel stands on a wasteland near the river, overgrown with reeds, there are almost no trees on the territory.
So my DR was simply IGNORED!! ! And this despite the fact that the husband once again wrote to the reception for a day.
Further - the hotel is located 20 minutes walk to the beach!!!
Hey, do you think it's 5* all inclusive?? ? This is a solid trio!
Also - the hotel seems to have opened last year, but already all tattered, shabby.
About Wi-Fi - in the offer and on the website it is stated "All over the hotel". So, do not flatter yourself - Wi-Fi does not even catch at the reception !! ! They asked the receptionist a question, at first he lied "We have some kind of failure", after the third day of "non-existent failure" he sighed and admitted "We always do not catch. "
There is a bus to the beach, and it is better to use it - it is stuffy on foot in the heat.
Animation is weak, straight primitive. Every day they pull you into the club, where the entrance is allegedly $10, and inside cocktails, drinks, etc. for $35, and you will be forced to buy them.
The food at the hotel is also quite simple, well, maybe because of the anti-Covid measures and constant checks... And the hotel is like that - "pensioner". For young people, it will definitely be boring.
In general, you just need to really weigh that it is 3 **, and if you want a relaxing holiday in the desert away from people, then Atalos will do.
In fact, we had a great vacation! No, this hotel is not a super inclusive resort, it does not serve seafood or vintage alcohol. This is just a good budget five on the third line from the sea. The hotel is new, clean, family oriented. Spacious two-room suites, where in addition to a double bed there is also a bunk bed and a folding sofa - those who come with children and grandparents will appreciate it. The room has all the standard set: refrigerator, TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer, electric kettle. And as many as three cabinets - there is where things can normally be laid out. Each room has a small balcony. Housekeeping credit: the floor was washed daily, linen was changed every three days, water, cosmetics, toilet paper and tea were always available.
The food in the restaurant was not very diverse, there were no pickles, but everything was fresh and tasty. My child is still a picky one, on vacation, usually, except for pasta, there is nothing to feed him, but here he ate everything, even beans! The tables in the restaurant were cleaned at lightning speed and they were also wiped with some kind of antibacterial agents, all the appliances were packed. It is difficult to assess how friendly the staff is, since everyone is wearing masks))) Not everyone knows Russian or English, but somehow it was not difficult to explain.
To the sea, of course, far away, if on foot, then 15 minutes, and even longer with a child. But a minibus goes from the hotel to the beach every half an hour. The hotel has three swimming pools, a water park, a mini club, a playground with a trampoline, a small gym, and a spa. There are few animators, but they are cool. It was indicative that there were many foreigners in the hotel (English, Dutch, Arabs) and the Turks themselves - these would not go anywhere.
Of the minuses - useless wi-fi and very weak water pressure in the shower.
For a budget family vacation, this hotel is the best, the quality meets the price. Picky tourists who are guided by "Rixos" have nothing to go here.
2. Problems with lighting throughout the hotel (you choose blind food on the street).
3. The territory of the hotel - a platform filled with concrete and two pools under the windows. There is simply no place to play. The hotel itself is located between the reeds and the cotton field.
4. There is no soundproofing in the room.
5. The staff does not know Russian.
6. We gave 3 things to the laundry - we got back only 2. Apparently, someone liked my jacket! They can't explain where the clothes went.
I do not recommend visiting this "beautiful hotel".
Departure from the hotel at 19:35. At two o'clock in the afternoon we got a call from the reception and were told that at 12 we had to vacate the room, BUT NO ONE WARNED ABOUT THIS IN ADVANCE, no word was said about this. Not only were we in a hurry to pack our things, but we were also fined $40! And when asked why we were not warned in advance, we were told that it was not their problem! JUST AWFUL !!!!!! !
The hotel has 6 bars. Buffet. Two pools, beach, 10 minutes walk. The bus to the beach goes every thirty minutes.
Entertainment during the day, on the beach and at sea. In the evening on the open stage, a Danish disco and performances by artists.
It features a steam room and a sauna. For $30, Ugur and Chika will give you a quality full body massage.
The hotel is new. The staff is trying. There are shortcomings. The main drawback is cattle-tourists, in such inexpensive hotels often come across.
Construction is still going on, they are painting with paint, there are no palm trees around the hotel, as in the picture, there is construction debris, it doesn’t match the photos at all, wi-fi catches only at the reception, every other time, the food is not varied and smells rotten in the evening, the child has 3 PONOS day! And that says something. Intrusive flies fly, the staff in the dining room cooks without gloves, the waiters go only to clean the dishes, the tables are not wiped, the dishes are not washed, the furniture is of poor quality, in the morning the back hurts from such mattresses.
The overall impression is HORRIBLE!!!!! ! Tourists do not buy this hotel, waste your money.
The most “pleasant” thing is the entrance to the building “C” - through the dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant), through the floor covered with slops with the smell of slops. You will walk from the room to the dining room - your appetite is gone. The food is just so-so. We went half hungry. There is not enough food, but it basically did not cause an appetite. Pool by the way 2. There is no gym. Smelly towels in spa. Walk 20 minutes to the sea. The beach is good because the territory on the left is not occupied by any hotel. The sun loungers of this hotel lie almost on top of each other. In general, this is a 3 * with an interference fit.
