Chose this hotel based on location and proximity to the airport. Settled normally, but the room is old. With shabby furniture. They asked from the travel agency to relocate - zero. They lied that they put a note about relocation in the room. But there was no note!
Resting mom-pensioner, one. We wanted to make a pleasant, not cheap hotel. Mom asked to be relocated herself in the morning: at lunchtime a letter appeared at the travel agency, and mom waited an hour in the room for a porter until she called. It's not about some special relationship, but about elementary participation...
Nice place, clean beach. The food is good, but the assortment seems to be worse than in previous years. It's not critical.
