In September we came with our son and daughter 6 months for 3 weeks. After a week of stay, we went out with the children after dinner to the open terrace-bar through the lobby. The baby was placed on the couch. SUDDENLY THE CAT JUMPED ON THE POST AND SENT A JET (he marked the territory) DIRECTLY ON THE DAUGHTER. We are in shock, she yells. We run to the nurse, she spread her hands, says wash your face. We call Melissa from gestreleysh, she also makes a helpless gesture.
All weeping, I carried my daughter to the room to wash off this caustic urine.
Everything seemed to work out and the next day we began to demand at the reception to connect us with the hotel management. But every time we were connected with the same gestreleshn. Melissa at first said that all cats and cats are taken out of the territory, but after a couple of days we found a house for cats, where they are fed and watered, groomed and cherished. Then she began to tell that ...well, yes, there are cats, but we show them to the veterinarian, everyone has books with vaccinations. GOD! ! ! SO BADLY LIE...!! ! ! In the photo you see a cat from the Aqua bar. They go there and beg for meat, which is fried after dinner. People eat there. Can you imagine the situation? ? NONE! ! ! absolutely no one isolates cats from tables and people. By the way, the same cat jumped on the pole that separates the open area of the main restaurant from the terrace. That is, when there are no people, cats reign there.
Melissa began to say that they have incredible sanitation. Again in the photo you see stoves, garbage and food waste, nothing is closed! ! !
The last attempt to get an apology from the hotel managers was a conversation with the guy from the guest relation, from which I just slowly rolled to the floor. I quote.
- And let's not walk around up to about and say what you want from us? If you want, we will organize a transfer for you or an upgrade of the room. Well, come on, offer, and we'll think about it.
I didn’t manage to answer this rudeness: at that time my eldest son was vomiting in the bathroom, and later he was taken to the hospital and put under the system. Diagnosis: rotovirus. This, by the way, is another point from, laundering reputation, , . I have a screenshot of the correspondence, where Melissa claims that there are no sick children in the hotel. Apparently, we are, lucky, to the fullest. Our son was the only one who got sick.
Guys, I just wanted to be reassured, apologized and promised that the situation would not happen again: cats would not eat from my plate, a cat would not piss on my child ! ! ! Do you really think that my conscience will allow me to use this disgusting situation for material gain? !

(I doubt this very much, but for the future, for the uninformed, I note that supervision by a veterinarian guarantees the absence of diseases only in domestic cats that do not have uncontrolled being on the street)

- They're at the vet. And in general, if we do not breed cats, then we will lose 80 percent of our customers.
- Do your clients come here with cats to talk?
- Our European customers are very fond of pets and we show our tolerance on purpose.
- Pets live at home, they are clean, they have no fleas or worms, and they relieve themselves in a tray, and not in the territory where children walk and crawl. We have not had a complaint from customers that children have been infected with worms.
-They can discover it even a few years after the vacation, and no one will even think that they caught this infection in a luxury hotel, as you position yourself.

And yes, there are cats in many hotels in Turkey, if it is not a luxury hotel. In any case, customers must be warned in advance that they are and that no one controls the cats. Pregnant women come to the hotel, small children who crawl on the carpet in the lobby, in which a white cat freely lives. None of the waiters, and they are in order here, do not pay attention to her.

The design of the hotel is chic, the rooms, the restaurant are all very nice, stylish and modern. They gave us a room overlooking the sea, where there was everything you needed - slippers, bathrobes, even a free mini bar, which was updated every day.
The food is so varied, we were very surprised at how many types of dishes there were. Heated swimming pools, bars, discos. Rich infrastructure. We will definitely come back here again.
The 10-storey building is located in such a way that the view from the rooms is different - both to the sea, and to the garden, pools, and to the surroundings, and there are also rooms without a street view, with a view and access to the hotel lobby. The rooms are spacious, they provide everything you need for a comfortable stay: bathrobes, slippers, bath accessories, minibar, wine and fruit in the room, coffee, tea. The Junior Suites also have a coffee machine.
Wi-Fi, the availability of which is now increasingly of concern to all tourists, is provided free of charge throughout the hotel and in the rooms. But there is a password that you will receive upon check-in.
Good, varied food, including seafood and various delicacies, vegetarian and diet menus, aged alcohol (for a fee). 9 A la carte, each of which can be visited 1 time per stay for free.
For children, there is a children's menu and canned food from Hip, fruit and vegetable purees.
The beach is well equipped, there are piers. Umbrellas, mattresses, sun loungers - free of charge. On the beach there are tents for secluded relaxation, the cost is 20-25 €.

The big fat spot on the chic “dress” of the hotel is the service at the evening show of the hotel on the stage of the snack bar, where, like a drop of water, the whole “rotten” essence of the hotel is reflected. And this stain, apparently, will not be removed soon and crosses out all the rich decoration of the hotel. If local Turks say about some luxury hotels: earned a good reputation - now earns a bad one, then DI, not having time to open, immediately began to earn a bad reputation among vacationers from the CIS. At the evening show, polite and boorish discrimination is visible, at least towards Kazakhstanis. The waiters do not have time and therefore they are given the installation to serve first of all the Europeans. In front of my eyes, foreigners were immediately brought an order, but we observed 3 times, made an order, but did not wait for what was ordered. I could not stand it and went up to these lying bastards in white (senior managers in charge of general control) and directly asked: Do we need to reserve service a day in advance or self-service for CIS citizens? One of them, it seems Mehmet, turned on the fool, began to apologize, approached his wife, promised us to personally bring the order and covered himself. I was ready for this, such types deliberately provoke a scandal, enjoy it, while making round eyes: what happened? Atanyn basy mehmet for you, consider a voucher for a zyaket (donation) to your wretched hotel. The greed of the owners of the hotel to expand the staff of waiters makes the seemingly good guys lie and dodge. They bring another first ready cocktail, passing it off as an order, or grab a sipped cocktail from another table. The Turks are targeting Europeans, appeasing them to the detriment of tourists from the CIS, considering the latter as second-class people - "sponsors" of the hotel.
Therefore, nothing depends on managers like Sergey Morozov, who also turns on the fool (what number you are from, although it is determined from which number they are calling). Maybe some people are satisfied with a satisfying life (there is something to eat and drink, we will be silent), but for me, rest is first of all respect. I have nothing against foreigners, they themselves were uncomfortable that they were quickly served.
Animation - sucks utterly, or rather it does not exist at all (once I saw two dead animators near the entrance to the main restaurant and that's it). Children's animation is a complete zero. I went once with my daughter - zero reactions, they sit drawing something for themselves, then at my appeal - a turn of the head and a smile, as if they had just “noticed” it. But then, before the evening show on the stage, they invite you again the next day to the miniclub, as if they were just waiting. What for?
The train ride of waiters with loud chants, like training, is incomprehensible. What is the use of this if there is no service? Maybe they are vacationers, not us? In general, I do not recommend.
