Of the minuses: TERRIBLE, OLD and SHARPENED rooms, sofas in the rooms collapsed, wardrobes loose with rusty hinges, in some rooms from communication with tourists there were problems with the current air conditioning. Rooms are cleaned daily, which includes cosmetic and bath accessories, this is where the cleaning ends... the balcony was not cleaned even once. The staff is indifferent, apparently due to a very crowded hotel.
As for food, you won’t stay hungry for sure, but everything is monotonous and boring. The pools are huge and beautiful, but the quality of cleaning suffers again... even in the morning sand and hair come across under your feet. Animation is great and varied! The sea is gorgeous, the entrance to the water is very pleasant, there are two recreation areas with green grass and sand. There are a lot of sunbeds, towels are free and there have never been problems with them, there was enough for everyone. If you come to a hotel of this level for the first time and there is nothing to compare with, then in general it’s very good, but based on previous experience of holidays in Turkey, I can say with confidence that the surroundings and “luxury” that catch your eye from the moment you stay, will be replaced by disappointment. I will give this hotel 4 stars. The ratio of the price given for a ticket and quality - at different levels.

They met us perfectly, but with the room, despite the fact that the hotel was half full, they settled in worse rooms, specifically so that they asked for money to be moved to another better room. The staff is responsive, kind, all issues were resolved quickly. The room was cleaned every day. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, it's a pity there was no seafood, very lacking.

The equipment on the beach is in good condition, everything you need is available. Quite a comfortable stay. I also consider the opportunity to use the Tokapi Palace infrastructure as an advantage. Well, of course, the proximity of the airport and Antalya pleases. The sea was quite warm and clean, sometimes stormy. Came to rest with her husband in the Kremlin. The hotel is awesome!! ! We are newlyweds and showed our marriage certificate everywhere. The most awesome thing is that the hotel has its own sandy beach. The beach is clean, the sea is warm, well, just a fairy tale! You can rent a serviced bungalow for the whole day (which we did one of the days).
Now about food. Personally, I did not have the goal of overeating, I had enough snacks in the snack bar and fruits for breakfast. I read reviews of other vacationers that a large queue for food is created in the "dining room" and this brings inconvenience. Yes, there is a queue, but this does not spoil the overall impression of the rest. All this is trifles.
The bar has good alcohol, imported. The cocktails are delicious.
There were also restaurants on the territory of the hotel: Mexican, Turkish and others. But honestly - tasteless there and the service is not very good.
To diversify our vacation, my husband and I took 2 excursions that the guide offered us. Very satisfied, impressions for years to come!
