ALL imported alcohol has become paid (according to the guest relation, the suppliers are to blame, who SUDDENLY do not supply alcohol to the hotel, so everyone who has bought tickets in advance and has been living for several days should PAY for normal alcohol). Complete nonsense, hotels are supposed to stock up on alcohol weeks in advance, not days in advance. But for the money - please, everything is available. It's all the fault of the foreigners who leave, and the Russians for the Turks are not the 2nd, but not even the 3rd grade... The attitude is worse.
18.03. "Fish Day", which we waited for several days and went by positive reviews... and what meets us? ICE small crabs and shrimp-sized crayfish. . . The crabs are obviously cooked and frozen a few days ago. We specifically came to the very opening of the dining room, it's just a shame... to serve defrosted (!!! ) seafood. The meat in crabs is all wadded and icy.
At the hotel at lunchtime on March 18, the sanitizers in the restaurant ran out, since they replenished them for dinner, and thanks for that. The hotel is in extremely poor condition, you can feel it by the torn sofas in the dining room (not a restaurant).
In general, the hotel is very tired and in urgent need of repair. Do not trust the reviews written by the hotel staff. The hotel is up to 4 * Turkish barely falls short.
In general, dear Russians, if there are no foreigners, the hotel will feed and serve you at the level of extremely economical 4 *. Think several times whether it is worth going to a hotel that, in the absence of foreigners, has lowered its level below nowhere.
P. S. There is no soundproofing in the hotel, the walls are cardboard, we hear perfectly what the neighbors are talking about (not loudly).
Therefore, I never have problems with the service, but this case is so extraordinary that I simply have to write about it. I don’t know how to write briefly, because I prefer to argue my position, including sorry for the many letters.
Important - I didn’t choose the hotel, it was advised in the agency to my friend, he booked it back in August with his family and we agreed to join them.
We stopped at Adalya "Elite" Lara on January 2 in the evening and immediately it turned out that our room, which we had paid for (two-room family sea view), of course, could not be provided to us, we could spend the night in a regular room, and tomorrow we would be relocated right in the morning. We are sane and adequate people, we didn’t throw tantrums about this and agreed to this temporary downgrade. At the same time, no one particularly apologized to us, and no one even offered any bonuses (for example, visiting an additional Ala Carte, we would use it).
In the morning we managed to sleep longer than usual, and go to a not very long breakfast, even take a walk to the sea, but our room was still not ready. Then, when we were told at 12 o'clock that it was finally ready, we waited another 30 minutes for a porter who would bring the keys and carry the suitcases.
Thus, half a day was lost in moving from room to room, and we, already tired of this, came to the new room, saw strange stripes on the glass in the interior door. We ran them on both sides - they are perfectly smooth, not a single scratch, that is, they are just stripes inside the glass, around the glass itself the cashing is all collapsed and with traces of glue, it is clear that they have already tried to fix it somehow, but to no avail .
We looked around - peeling wallpaper, WEB on the floor lamps, in general, for an allegedly new hotel (built in 2016) a very tired state, and we thought, well, that means the glass is also from this series of “artificial antiquity” and did not bother about it, and we are already tired of these crossings, and glass does not create any threat. In general, it looked like a dull pattern (there are many such “solutions” in this “Elite” hotel). So they scored and went for a walk. Moreover, the room was not prepared - some papers were lying around, there were not enough towels, the minibar was empty. On January 9th, we leave the hotel at 6 am and then on January 8, exactly after 6 pm, they call the room with Guest Relation and start to run into my minor daughter that “you broke the glass and the director said that you urgently pay $ 150, otherwise we will not let you out of the hotel on the plane. ”
I tried to write about this problem to a guide from Coral / Odeon (we are basically used to the fact that in normal 5 * hotels and with normal operators, guides can be in touch at 23:00), whom we asked the day before to book an individual transfer for us, to which I received an answer that, in fact, his working day was already over and he was purple about our problems, he knows his job duties very well, call some hotline, whose phone he did not even bother to reset. How can you say that to CUSTOMERS? Especially to whom you have already sold excursions worth tens of thousands of rubles and also FORGOT to order an individual transfer (of course, there is a commission there, after all, from only $ 45 - why waste time). In general, Coral is definitely the worst of all the operators that carry to Turkey.
Then the employee from Guest Relation began to lie that you were compensated for the room, you went to Ala Carte 2 times. I say that no one even offered us this, because we would have used this option. He began to name the dates on which we allegedly went, and after the first date (correct) he fell silent. He began to lie further that the cleaning lady noticed this only this morning, although these stripes were there all week.
It should be noted here - I am very sorry that I also left a tip for this cleaning lady for her mediocre cleaning - there is always sand in the room, 3 towels for 4 people, a towel for the feet, which would not interfere on the ICE tiles (on the heated floor in "Elite" do not know how) put only 2 times for the entire holiday. I had to throw face towels on the floor so as not to freeze my feet.
In general, none of our arguments were accepted, no one was going to go look at this glass together, there was allegedly an appraiser and calculated everything, on the demand to give a price list for damage to things (it should be in the hotel) - we will give it to you tomorrow afternoon (they know that check out is at 6 am). They delayed everything on purpose until the evening of the last day of our stay, when neither the guides nor the tourist support services are no longer working and we have already left in the morning.
I said that, in fact, no one compensated us for the difference between the cost of the rooms, to which this “employee” urgently came up with the idea that there was only $ 20 (of course, he refused to provide the price again), and that “the director said that if it’s so important for you , then we can subtract these 20 dollars, ”which simply extinguished the hope for some kind of adequacy of the negotiations. The question is, what do you understand - that I will post all this on all Russian reviews - we don’t care, post it.
For them, $ 150 for nothing (despite the fact that we left $ 4.000 for this mediocre vacation for a ticket and even at the hotel for all sorts of massages), more expensive than the reputation on Russian sites - there was definitely nothing to discuss here. As a result, even when paying at the terminal, they transferred everything to lira, but not at the dollar rate, but at the euro rate, which once again confirms that this is not a hotel, but a massive scam.
Well, in general, this “Elite” absolutely does not correspond to its price, there are no 5 * there, including because:
• In the room after cleaning, there is a constant stink of disinfectants, apparently it reminds them of a remotely expensive perfume and they do not consider it annoying.
• I already wrote about the cleaning itself - it is not 5 *, just the usual replacement of towels, and even then not all. Tips don't affect anything. It is generally common with them there - a DJ takes money to put on a song and explains that there are no such songs (although he has the Internet), but of course he does not return the money.
• But maybe it's all about the Internet - it's not there at all, it feels like the whole hotel is connected to one home 100 Mbps channel, everything slows down terribly, I turned it off and used LTE, it's not a fountain in Turkey either, but much better than a hotel " us WiFi everywhere! ".
• Peeling wallpaper on the wall adjacent to the bathroom, under which mold has most likely already appeared.
• The installation on the toilet is turned off every other time, and moreover, it can spontaneously turn on the drain! At night, including, and she is only 3 years old, I'm afraid to imagine how these toilets will work somewhere even this summer.
• The air conditioner makes sounds CONSTANTLY, even when it is turned off, regularly it seems like the kettle is boiling in it, if it were not for fatigue from rest and fresh sea air, it would be problematic to sleep there. And here the situation is reversed than with the installation - it turns itself off at night, and does not turn back on when the temperature drops and it is necessary to heat the cold room again.
• There was a very strong storm on January 6, so the wind whistled through the windows so much that it seemed to us that they were about to fall out. In reality, if this is put in Russia, they will simply be torn apart in winter through such cracks. The balcony was flooded with a full puddle of water, there is no runoff.
• The room is large, but empty, there is not much sense from this area. There is not even a bedside table with shelves near the bed, just a small table. Outlets don't all work.
• Despite the fact that the hotel is overcrowded (New Year holidays) and they knew about it very well in advance (already in November there were no free rooms for this period), they did not endure the scheduled repairs - we constantly bypassed some Tajiks laying tiles on the street , the sound of hammers was constantly heard from the room, there was construction debris in the pool, there was such a feeling that we were purple on you, we want to quickly make repairs, while the money was cut down from you.
• In the indoor pool there is a terrible stink of CHLORINE, even at the time of the construction of this hotel in 2016 there were a lot of other methods of disinfection WITHOUT color and ODOR, but the director clearly does not know about this, he has no time, he throws customers for money.
• The sauna is located behind the wall from the pool, but it never occurred to anyone to make a passage there;
• No one cleans up the garbage on the beach, and it's not the season, but it's really rubbish there, the employees work there - they could go out at least once a week for a subbotnik. The daughter played environmental activist and in half an hour collected a huge bag of non-biodegradable trash. There were even syringes! We were in Goa last February, there in Candolim the beach is CLEANER! Goa, Carl!
• The food is very monotonous, there was lamb for a couple of days, maybe a fish day once a week, yes, there were crayfish and crabs, but there is no sense in crabs if there are no utensils for them, and breaking them with your hands leads to an explosion of the contents of the claw in half the restaurant. The children were fed with French fries and pasta with mayonnaise, there was no children's table and absolutely monotonous, at least there were bananas.
• The time for breakfast and lunch is very limited, as early as 11 am you are left without breakfast. Despite the fact that there seems to be a disco there is no place to eat after it for nightly soups. This is such an Ultra All Inclusive Very Very Light.
• There are very few imported drinks, yes, they poured them for me, of course, but most are drunk by locals. And here everything is far from Ultra.
• Most non-restaurant staff don't smile or say hello, it's definitely not even a 4* level.
• I won't lie about bartenders and waiters - almost all of them are quite adequate and positive, but I rarely have problems with this service, I already wrote about it.
In the end, I can say one thing - NEVER go to this hotel! This is a real example of complete disrespect for Russian tourists and money scam in the style of the 90s. At the same time, it is absolutely not worth the money either in terms of infrastructure or in terms of service. It is sold as "Well, it's new! Built in 2016! ", but in the end it is ALREADY falling apart! If you are not going to rest on your last money and they see it, then there is still a huge risk of such a scam that happened with us. I specifically looked at the prices for the May holidays - yes, there are a lot of excellent hotels for less money, which are incomparably better than this under-Elite! I will not write their names so that they would not be considered an advertisement, but they are also in the same Lara (although it did not work in the winter), it costs much less, but it is directly AT A LEVEL better.

Hotel Adalia Elite Lara was chosen for "breathe the air" and "work up fat" during the February school holidays (oh, this modular system of education - vacations on vacations - you will not get enough of the budget : ) ). The idea arose right after the January holidays. Then TO offered very nice prices for the composition of 2 adults. +2 reb. (7 and 8 years old) for a week on the dates you need, although, of course, you can’t call it a freebie : )). But, as usual, everything later - now there is no time, I will receive a salary, I will add an advance ...etc. Prices have jumped up! But, anyway, it was cheaper than all-inclusive hotels near Moscow, and it’s more difficult to get a job from Turkey : ))
Taking into account the season, or rather not the season at all, when choosing a hotel, one chip stuck in my head - I wanted to feel like a Japanese macaque in a hot spring : ))) (see photo).
Therefore, an outdoor heated pool was required.
At the cost of my Wishlist, Trendy Lara passed, but we were already there (reviewed here https://www.turpravda.com/tr/antalija/Trendy_Lara_Hotel-h48026-r222382.html), and Adalia Elite Lara, but there is absolutely no greenery ! Well, okay...the soul of the Japanese macaque overpowered : )), why do we need trees in winter...In general, after visiting Trendy, we decided that Lara is not our area. After this trip, we were convinced of this again : ))
We were at the hotel for dinner. Quickly issued and issued the keys. The room was overlooking the wasteland. When buying a tour, the choice of species was not offered, supposedly the "marine" ones had already been bought out. Since views are important for us, but not decisive, somehow we didn’t focus on this, a view of the city would suit us just fine. But in this case, well, everything looked very dull (we were so impressed that we didn’t even take a photo).
So it’s like nothing, you can survive, it’s not a garbage dump, after all ...Let’s go, after all, ask for another number without persistence and anguish, it will turn out to change - good, it won’t work out - well, okay. At the reception they told us that we were upgraded and given a room with a side sea view (indeed, the sea is visible). In, damn it, can't we return everything back, we want to look at the houses across the road? - No, the hotel is full, etc. , but if you really want, then for 3 euros per person per day (there are four of us, in total 84) they are ready to provide a room with windows overlooking the hotel courtyard. You can view. After the preview, they said that we take over 30. - OK. Looking at the ease with which the girl agreed, we thought that we had overpaid. But drinking, sorry, being on the balcony and contemplating the beauty has become more fun : ))
About the number.
Since we went to the balcony, let's start with it)). I liked the balcony, although small, but the table and chairs fit.
Several deployed to the sea and completely isolated from neighbors. There is a dryer with five horns, so quite 4 sets of bathing accessories of various sizes are completely placed, and plus something else on the little things.
The room itself is spacious, thanks to the mirrors even more spacious. They put an extra folding bed (actually a full-fledged bed), but we didn’t feel cramped at all. An interesting solution with a TV: not framed by mirrors, but the picture is projected in the mirror, there is no TV, but it is still there : ))
A closet with a sufficient number of shelves and bad hangers, well, you understand when you need to get into the groove)). Safe, kettle, minibar available. The minibar is replenished daily, each drink (fanta, cola, sprite, juice, beer) for some reason one at a time, two of some water. But if at the time of distribution you find yourself in the room, then as much as you ask, so much they will give)).
Very comfortable beds. Anyway, we slept like groundhogs.
We have a children's regime, no matter how you go on a spree, and at 22.00 we were already asleep, and we didn’t pick out of bed before 8 in the morning. Unless dad sometimes took morning walks by the sea (hunting to freeze) and for breakfast, while there are few people, and then get his sleepy hours in the sun by the pool)).
The bathroom is standard, with all the necessary bells and whistles: sticks, hats, dental and shaving sets, we already had three of them : )). A very handy little thing is the anti-slip rug in the shower. There were no problems with the presence of water and its regulation. In general, the plumbing is wonderful: it works perfectly, without any plaque and deposits, it’s just brand new. But the doors are already somewhat shabby, the jambs are moving away, the walls in the room are patched ...
But all this is not striking until there is a lot of it.
The room was warm, the air conditioning never turned on.
What is bad is just the most elegant audibility in the rooms. From the corridor - it's clear.
You can hear people in the next room, or maybe upstairs or downstairs, just talking to each other, who listens to what music ...Personally, this doesn’t bother us, but our neighbors probably found out how loudly and musically some men in the prime of life can sleep: )))
About cleaning.
No complaints. I often walked barefoot in the room - there was no dust and sand. The floor, by the way, is not cold and pleasant, so slippers were not particularly required. Didn't crawl under the bed. I didn’t keep track of the change of bed linen and towels, even if the towels weren’t reported, we already have so many of them)).
About the building.
The hotel, it seems, opened in 2016, so everything is modern and shiny, but with a touch of Arab gold luxury. I am not a specialist in design and architecture, all my knowledge is at the level of “like it, not like it”, “it’s beautiful not beautiful”, but I got the impression that the interior designers of the hotel liked all the styles like that, they wanted to use everything so much that everything was mixed up.
But this, probably, is also an artistic idea ...I can’t say that I don’t like it, but walking through the halls and halls there was no feeling of calmness, regularity, harmony, there is no integrity or something ...
Although the design of the halls in different styles is very convenient for the main restaurant, we talked like “I sit in the Heads” or “eat at the piano” : )))
Okay, this is all lyrics and has no practical meaning. What is really bad and should not be in a hotel with the prefix Elite is simply dead, filthy, completely obscene-looking armchairs, chairs and sofas in the Lobby, bars and restaurant, especially from textiles. Oh, very annoying. Maybe things will change for the season.
Wi-Fi is everywhere, flies in places. I think it depends more on the gadget. With my old “bitter” phone, it was sometimes difficult for me to agree on high-quality Internet.
The rest of the family uses the Korean brand of not the latest models, no problems at all. After outside walks, when approaching the building, they immediately got hooked on the network and let's shout notifications, who has more. And mine will figure it out until it connects ...
About food and drink.
During our stay in the Lobby, one bar was open, on February 23 the second one was opened. On the minus ground floor, the bar is the center of gravity of the hotel, all paths pass by it. During the evening shows, a bar was opened in a nightclub. And, it seems, on February 21, a bar with a snack was opened next to the beach from 12 to 17 hours, before that there was only a coffee machine.
In addition, fruit, cookies, and tea coffee were also displayed on the floor. I don’t know, of course, how this affects the comfort of those living in the nearest rooms, but I liked the idea - it’s convenient to grab a coffee in the room, it still tastes better than from bags in the room)).
I won't say about the variety and quality of alcohol - I only dabbled in champagne - and not sober, and not drunk : )). My husband tried Ballantines whiskey a couple of times - he did not like it. Refrigerator with soft drinks next to the pool.
Periodically, a waiter girl on roller skates drives around the pool, takes orders for a drink, and does everything very quickly.
It has been written and rewritten about food: it is difficult to stay hungry. It cannot be said that all the masterpieces are right here, but there is a choice. It seemed to us that the menu was somehow “wave-like”: one day there are so many tasty and interesting things, and the next day, nothing remarkable, it is not tasteless, just ordinary. By the way, my cubs rejected French fries, having tried once, they never ate them again, they also did not eat chips. There is no mashed potatoes (powdered), soups are excellent: there is also mashed potatoes and slices, as we are used to.
No ignorance and forgetfulness, they pour you a glass with a sincere smile, and not as if they are doing a great favor. The child is served instantly, as soon as the bartender notices only eyes with ears sticking out from behind the bar : )).
In general, the hotel staff is one of the positive qualities of Adalia. Both maids and bartenders clearly do their job, without fuss and unnecessary questions, with a smile and even a desire to please or something. I have not seen this for a long time, probably, I go to the wrong hotels)).
About children's entertainment.
Of course, there is nothing special in the kids club during the winter period. But muzzles decorate perfectly. The main thing is to have time to wash the child before he has time to flop into the pool : )) Mine went several times for a change.
There are very few climbing frames for children, so to speak, of primary school age. What is there is just for kids. Carousels and trampoline did not work. You can't sit in the pool forever.
In general, there is nothing special to do with a child. Fortunately, we have a gang of two, and they come up with activities and games for themselves.
About water procedures.
The outdoor heated pool is wonderful. We were lucky with the weather, not a cloud for the whole week. Even the non-stick coating had to be used. It just started raining on the day of departure. Therefore, almost all the time was spent by the pool and in the pool. Many sunbathed on the beach, but it is windy there.
The people swam in the sea. And what, as much as +17. But the water is cloudy, not attractive in appearance. Somehow it did not attract.
I have never seen so many people in white bathrobes at once. Just like some kind of uniform, or a fashionable uniform : )). Everyone walks around in these bathrobes and with beach bags ...I chuckle, but it’s comfortable, in fact, the main thing is that you can’t go to a restaurant in a bathrobe : )). Bathrobes are provided on a security deposit of $ 20 or 15 euros apiece, a deposit is issued at the reception, a bathrobe must be taken to the SPA.
Not so difficult, but the extra gestures for the extraction of these bathrobes are a little strained. Probably drag a lot))
Towels on cards, but no one counts cards or towels especially zealously.
The indoor pool was also popular with guests, but we have never been there, only came for towels. And there is a rumble, noise, din and chatter ...And the smell of bleach, where without it. Although, even after the street, the body smells like bleach. It is clear that without the presence of an open one, we would have splashed there. And in the rain, I don’t think it’s pleasant to swim, even with the soul of a Japanese macaque. So an indoor pool is a necessary thing, with a small number of swimmers it is also useful.
Good bath facility. There is a separate sauna for women, but for some reason men hung out there regularly)).
About the territory.
It seems to be there, but, as such, it is not. Everything is occupied by pools, paths and bridges.
Everything is thought out, designed with maximum benefit, every scrap is involved, quite nice, but there is no naturalness. Real reservation. And, nevertheless, I did not have enough trees: )).
That's good, with such a rational planning of the territory, they did not spare space for changing cabins, there are a lot of them, they are on every corner and they are comfortable, except that the hooks are a little high, the children do not reach, but oh well.
At the moment, there is an active improvement, preparation for the season, you need to be ready for this. Somewhere they drill, somewhere they saw...The littered and lowered pools look somewhat sad. The fountain is not working. But little by little the flowers are starting to bloom.
To be aware.
There is no currency exchange at the hotel. Across the street there is an exchanger, they changed 5 lira per dollar.
For a trip to Antalya, in a shop next to the stop, they bought a rechargeable card for 18 liras for 4 trips, the card itself costs 5 liras according to the seller.
They didn’t understand how much one trip costs, on the validator on the bus, when writing off, it showed 2.75. In Antalya, they also replenished it in a small shop for 6 lira for 2 trips; it is not replenished at the terminals at stops.
There is nothing particularly interesting in the area. Unless you can ride motorcycles for a change, $ 10 per hour, with 60 in lira, can be divided into half an hour.
In the nearest stores, the price tag, in my opinion, is not humane. Yes, and there is nothing interesting there. We didn’t go shopping, they say, it’s convenient to use the free transfer of some store offered by the guide. By bus, of course, it takes a long time, taxis are expensive.
The cost of renting a car at the hotel on the machine starts from 60 euros. When we first came up with this trip, we planned to take a car, but not at the hotel, of course. We decided to see how the weather was, and so it got tired in the sun : )), it became lazy.
Outcome.
Despite all my (our) show-offs and grumblings above, they were satisfied with the holidays. We got what we wanted, and even unexpectedly more (this is about the weather). The hotel is decent. And if you need to indulge in laziness, get enough sleep, take a break from school and the kitchen, wash down work stress, then it’s quite suitable. But if you also enjoy nature, then, of course, this is not here))
Here, it seems, in general, everything is not bad, but it didn’t hook .. .
Staff and service: great, very kind staff, anticipate all the wishes of the guests. I was in many hotels, but here the service was pleasantly surprised. Food: varied, very large restaurant, a little far to carry food to the tables. The choice is huge, for every taste. the main pride of the hotel, several saunas and hammams, a salt room, a steam room, everything is spacious and clean. Indoor and outdoor heated pools. Beach: there were sun loungers in the off-season, there was a bar on the beach. Animation: super, every day shows or music, competitions, they didn’t let you get bored, an excellent children’s room next to the spa, very nice animators. Rooms: huge 40 m, the design with angels was a little embarrassing , cleaned well. Contingent of vacationers: decent people of different nationalities, there were no cattle. I recommend the hotel for a holiday in the off-season, in the summer it will be very expensive.
