Through Pegasus flew 2 times. to Thailand and Turkey. When flying from Thailand lost luggage. The money was returned only half a year after a long correspondence. And they took it out of Turkey a day earlier and did not get a refund. Agree with previous review. We had the same. Do not fly through Pegasus.
