Is that possible. The departure of citizens under the age of 16, accompanied by adults who are authorized by both parents, is carried out on the basis of a notarized permission of both parents, indicating the country and period of travel. In addition, a number of documents are required (child's passport, birth certificate ...). These are the rules for citizens of Ukraine. Belarus may have its own troubles ...

I don't think the question was phrased very accurately. What exactly worries you that rafting is not a harmless activity for an 8-year-old child? If this is the part, then I wouldn't recommend it. Although, both in Montenegro and Turkey, the guides told us that it was not at all dangerous and that you could take your children with you. But here on rafting (there were no children and thank God) I still think that there is nothing to do. The river is usually very cold, with steep rapids in places. Boats sometimes capsize (we had this in Montenegro). Of course, everyone is wearing life jackets, but the child can get scared, for example, we were also covered by a boat from above, it’s good that my husband arrived in time ... I think that rafting is for adults.

Yes, as an adult, you can travel alone with your younger brother and take full responsibility for him. As for safety, rafting from Alanya is taken to the Koprulu canyon, in May you can still talk about some rapids, and since July everything dries up so much that you won’t find any extreme there.

Just in Turkey, we did not go rafting (in May) because of the children, we were in Montenegro (the simplest rafting), Georgia, western Ukraine - that's rafting !!! Tim was a real extreme.
