In May, Alanya is best of course. It will be warmer there. It was at the end of May that we usually went, except last year (at the end of June). But in May, the sea is still not very warm and expect that the children will actively swim in it ..... mine didn’t swim, they sat in heated pools, rode down the slides in the water park, anything, but not the sea. And the pool with sea water is not heated (I have not seen in any hotel that this type of pool was heated) and, accordingly, the water there was also invigorating.
