I read somewhere that low-cost airlines appeared from Ukraine to Istanbul. In Turkey, you can rent a normal room with breakfast for 25 euros / day, the rest of the food is from 25 euros. But "surpass " the cheapest package tour is almost impossible.

Then you need to buy tickets. In the high season for charters, this will not be so easy, because TOs book tickets in batches. It will definitely be more expensive for a regular flight, except to buy it for half a year. Next, you will need to arrange a transfer to the hotel. Individual will cost not cheap. You can save money if you travel by bus. But again: first from the airport to the Antalya bus station, then by bus to Alanya. And there already on something to the hotel. Plus pay your own insurance. If you like this way more, then why not use it.
