Hello everybody!
I'll add my two cents about this wonderful hotel. I will try to tell you in detail about our vacation and impressions...
The hotel is good! Beautiful, even a little pretentious! And the hall and the rooms and all the rooms, all with sophistication. And, of course, the patio! Just like in Italy. . .
I'll start, however, with a big fly in the ointment! In this huge barrel of pleasure and positive. . .
Namely, settlement. We arrived early in the morning, around 9:00. We were well received. A lovely girl Anna, who makes reservations for A la carte restaurants, greeted us with a smile, gave us bracelets, and helped us fill out the form. She offered to go out for breakfast, which we gladly took advantage of.

But then... At the reception, a certain employee treated us with obvious coolness... Yes, we knew that check-in was at 14.00, yes, we knew that tipping was accepted for everyone and everyone in Turkey... However, the check-in exceeded all our "expectations". Of course, there were no numbers right away. We were not the only ones suffering. There was even a couple with a small child. Moreover, they offered a "penny", or rather $ 10, but it was necessary, as it turned out later, $ 20. So they too toiled in anticipation. As a result, we were settled at 13.00. And then after the showdown. And we were indignant because, although we were the first to arrive, we can be said to have settled the last. Everyone who came after us settled in almost immediately, especially the Germans. They were generally settled without a queue and without additional payment. Our compatriots were expected to pay extra for settling. This is what angered us. And what is surprising, as soon as we made a claim about this, the room, which was not there for half a day, was immediately found. As it turned out, the number was assigned to us from the very beginning, but they expected a “tip” from us and pretended that there was no number.
Here, many thanks to Anna, for her help in communicating with the impolite receptionist and for helping to resolve the issue.
Half a day turned out to be crumpled, the mood could not be worse. Such a hotel and such an attitude towards yourself. This is no longer a tip, this is real extortion, and on a national basis.
But I won't talk about the bad anymore, because that was the only negative thing about this hotel.
The rest is only positive.
Our room overlooked the side of the entrance, that is, the left wing on the outside. The view, of course, is not as beautiful as from the internal rooms, but it was quiet. Although, even from our window we could see the Mediterranean Sea a little bit. =)
I really liked the room. Big. Comfortable beds, places for things, refrigerator, safe, wardrobes. Nice decor and lighting.
The TV showed both Russian and Ukrainian channels. There were also German, Polish and Turkish channels.
Balcony with a table and a small clothes hanger. You need to dry your clothes, so that was handy.
We left tips. The room was always cleaned well, but no swans were depicted on the beds.
But the refrigerator was replenished every day. Water, mineral water, juice.
The shower is good. Big and powerful. Just a Charcot shower. Shampoos, body gel, soap, cotton pads, sticks, shower cap. There was no hair balm. Towels for the body and for the hands and feet. There were no bathrobes, although this is a five.
The service at the hotel was excellent (with the exception of the described incident). The workers are trying hard. Many thanks to all of them for this. And for cleaning the room, and for table service, and for drinks and cocktails. In general, for everything! They try, smile, everything is positive.
But special thanks to the chefs!

The food at this hotel is top notch. I will not describe everything, otherwise it will take up a lot of space. Varied and delicious! And the meat was different, not only poultry, and different side dishes, and vegetables, and herbs, and other pickles. In general, attempts not to gain a lot of food each time ended in our fiasco.
Here the juices from the vending machines were not very good, rather nectars. Freshly squeezed juice (only orange) in a restaurant (well, you can’t call it a dining room) could be taken, but it cost 7 lire, 2 euros or 2.5 dollars (in general, I’ll talk about the intricacies of currency conversion later). And what sweets! What is in the restaurant, what is in the pastry shop. And in the confectionery they brew delicious coffee, they brew it in front of you. Coffee is available from the very morning, and sweets from 16.00 to 19.00.
And what's interesting is that coffee in a vending machine near a bar tastes better than coffee in a vending machine in a restaurant. But this is so, vacationers on the note. And if you want more milk, then press the ultra white coffee button, there will be milk with coffee.
In general, you can eat at any time, and even at night. Not in the main restaurant, but in the beach bar, in the bar in front of the pool. There was also ice cream and cakes. Everything worked according to its schedules, but they overlapped each other. In A la carte restaurants, you need to sign up with the girl Anna. For 7 days, you can go once to one of the three (Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, also known as fish). If you rest for more than 14 days, then you can go to A la carte 2 times. We tried the Mediterranean - we liked it.
The territory of the hotel is small, but everything is somehow competently and conveniently located.
A cozy patio, a pool, a bar, a beach… Pools, in fact, as many as 4. The main, children's, pool with slides. And under the courtyard is another, indoor pool. We were not there.

The beach is good. Big, lots of sunbeds. Sand, but strange. As if optimal (men will understand) with sand. But the entrance to the sea is the only objective minus of the hotel. Hard rough stone. It is not at all slippery, even where there are algae, as if you are walking on grass. On the line of waves pitted with water. Under water, the bottom is also uneven, although it will be better. With noticeable ledges and height differences. But shallow is far enough. The water is clear and you can see where you step. If you enter carefully, it is quite convenient. With small children, of course, it is more problematic... The wife bathed in special bathing slippers.
If you stand on the beach strictly opposite the road to the hotel, the one where the entrance to the hotel, then in this place the bottom is a little more even and there is even a small sandy patch.
By the way, the beach is on the left, where the slab is cut off. . . It is cut off only at the entrance to the water. A little deeper is the same stone. So there is no point. It's just more convenient for kids.
You can swim from the pier. There are two descents to the water, there is a shower to rinse off the sea water. There are also plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas on the pier. Mattresses can be taken on the beach and on the pier.
In general, there are no problems with accommodation, neither by the pool nor on the beach.
For the beach at the SPA, you can take a towel, leaving a $10 deposit. Change every day. Upon departure, the deposit is returned in the currency in which the deposit was given.
In general, the hotel, nevertheless, is focused more on the Germans. The staff speaks German. However, there is no obvious discrimination in service. There are also many Poles. But everything was quiet and calm. Everyone is relaxing and talking.
The animation is still weak. I won’t say that it didn’t exist at all, but it doesn’t have a special scope either. A mini disco takes place every evening, followed by a small program for adults. Basically, there was something to see. Iman was especially pleased. A children's animator, but he also brought fun and laughter to adult animation. He deserves special respect for this. He is the star of this hotel.
By the way, our new German friends (or rather a young man) had the imprudence to get a haircut at the vaunted hairdresser from the hotel (the hairdresser praised himself). A fashionable European haircut has turned into a “palm tree” on the head. And for this art, the hairdresser also tore off 24 euros from him. So be careful with such offers.

I'll tell you about "ultra all inclusive". That's how they sold us tickets. However, in fact it is the usual "all inclusive". All imported alcohol for a fee. Cocktails with imported alcohol 10-20$, imported whiskey with cola - 7 euros. I drank Efes beer (there was no other, by the way). For some, this may be important.
Some general information for compatriots and our neighbors. In Turkey, they take any currency, including rubles. However, it is still better to pay in lira, and everywhere. Trust me it will be cheaper. So a bus to Alanya for two cost $ 4, and in lira it turned out half as much (7 lira - $ 2 at the exchange rate). But nobody talks about it.
There are no problems with cash withdrawals. We withdrew money from a Sberbank card through Denizbank ATMs (Denizbank is a subsidiary of Sberbank) converting them into lira at the rate of Sberbank. So you can safely go like this. There was an ATM at the crossroads near the market near the hotel and another at a gas station on the road to Alanya. There is also an ATM at the exit of the Antalya Airport building.
In general, the holiday was a success. It was a pleasure to be in this hotel. Recommended!
PS It is better to buy sweets and souvenirs in Alanya at the bazaar (bus number 50, you will reach the bazaar), there you can bargain well and have a large selection. And the difference in the price of Turkish delight was three times cheaper than in the store where the tour operator brought it.
